I happened to find Kris Touhy Auto because I searched for a BP gas station close to me along my route -- and sure enough attached to the BP was this auto shop. I was shaken, I was embarrassed, I was rushed -- and the two men in the shop (an older gentleman and a younger man) immediately stopped what they were doing and both came out to check my oil level and fill it up -- for like pennies! They even showed my son (and me) how to do it. I can't say enough good things about these men and this shop. I usually HATE going to new places to do sort-of-major work on my car since, well, you know... I go into the shop and first thing I get is a great greeting; unexpected, and asking what I might need. Oil change. Maybe.. Gas? "Not a problem!" and Rob (I think that was his name) grabbed my keys. At this point my day was made. Done. Smile ear to ear. Short talk - but extremely to the point and helpful. After my oil change I pulled up to the pumps and James (the guy at the counter) came out to help me! Now THATS what I call customer service! I was extremely anxious, but BeeZee owner was wonderfully kind and assured me the car would be restored so perfectly that no one would ever know the damage occurred. They delivered on that promise completely; the car was back in pristine condition! Unfortunately, I had two more incidents: a hit-and-run on my driver's door and then significant roof and sunroof damage from a faulty garage door sensor. No BS…read more After getting put through the ringer at Lincolnwood Toyota being sold this and that and being lied to for 4 hours while they "fixed" my car, I needed to weigh my options. Was told by Jersey that the labor the dealer was going to charge me $150+ for would be "minimal" and would cost $15 tops. Turned out the part that I "needed" was 75% LESS from Jersey. They ordered it that day and upon looking at the issue told me it was a quick fix. So quick, in fact, that not only did I not actually need the part (which I was 100% committed to buying from them) they weren't even going to charge me for the labor. A couple clips and tests later I got a call, grabbed my keys, and I just... left. Took my $550 dealership fiasco and completely erased it - didn't even make me pay restocking fees, shipping: NOTHING. 2020 left me thinking there weren't any honest, hardworking people around anymore, but if you go to Jersey Auto you'll find that there are a few left.

They have cars illegally double parked making it EXTREMELY difficult and dangerous to exit any of the driveways that are along this stretch. so much so that I've almost been in 3 accidents because I cannot see around these vehicles until I'm IN the street. They are also constantly parking their vehicles in the street (whether it be partially or fully), doing business in the street, and their employees (maybe the owner) likes to park in front of our drive and then give a death glare when asked to move. Because all of the public parking is occupied, their customers will also park in the street or in front of the residential drives. The area looks run down and absolutely TRASH like a meth heads lawn with all of the busted down cars everywhere. Not to mention they have multiple vehicles sitting there for weeks. Never give business to one that does not care about its community. Either move locations, scale down, or shut down.

Express is located on Elston Ave right across the street from Mariano's & 1 door east of the DMV. I've come to know most of the people in the office as well as the people doing the body & mechanical work. They do solid work at a competitive price. I've lived in this area for over 25 years & to locate a shop that does excellent work so close to home is awesome. For the most part they have been very responsive to my needs both for body & mechanical work. I have recommended a number of my family & friends as the quality of work is unquestionable. For me I appreciate the quick response & turn around time for a most of the time a reasonable price. This is a family run business that does excellent work. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. Only this time it caused secondary damage that needed to be repaired. A total of $1238.00. Plus the tow when it caused the truck to die on the highway. I have texted and called and there has been no response. Maybe they would like to take off the Customer First part from your website. I called their insurance company and they said they won't cover it because the problem was caused by mechanics error.
