Guests enjoying their lunch as I did
    Jeffrey M.

When i first came to Phoenix 7 years i had the good fortune of eating here 2019. I ate here again in 2020 before the Pandemic. It has been too long for a Return visit. The food is always fresh , well seasoned and delicious! Nothing has changed except the restaurant's popularity has grown. Almost every table was occupied for lunch.. I was delighted again to enjoy a Fatoosh Salad and a Tabouli Salad. Love Salads since i was a child growing up on Garrison Boulevard in Baltimore, Md. Eden Grull rates a 12 , not a 10.. Tasting the food and listening to Middle Eastern Music transports a guest to so many destinations? The Owner's parents are from Iraq. To finish the meal i had Baklava. What an Awesome Feast

My car was getting worked on nearby and I needed to jump on a zoom call and oh my was I starving. Just walking around I found this great place and the owner was there. She was so nice. Let me jump on my zoom and I ordered what I thought was lunch and OH GOSH! Wow it tastes so good I'm so happy I needed to take some home. Definitely coming back with real people next time! Thank you again Nora!

    Sampler appetizer and falafel

Had a pleasant experience at this unassuming local spot. Was surprised to see the restaurant pretty empty on a Friday night but we didn't mind having it to ourselves while we feasted on Mediterranean goodies. I had the appetizer sampler for my meal and ordered some falafel. My husband had the Moroccan chicken. Portions were very generous. We still have leftovers a few days later ! Compared to other Mediterranean spots. Id say the hummus was a standout- creamy and delicious, tzaziki was rich and perfectly balanced and the falafel were crispy and filling. Pita was so so and the baba was very tasty but not my favorite in the valley. Will definitely go back.

Haven't been here in so many years and regret not coming back much sooner. I'm glad they're still around and seem to have a number of regular customers. Pros 1. Authentic and very fresh food - so glad to be eating real food and not that processed crap at so many restaurants these days 2. Family run restaurant - owner told us about how his mom cooks at the restaurant on weekends. I definitely want to return to try some of mom's dishes 3. Table service - a lot of the middle eastern restaurants seem to be order at the counter now. I was feeling lazy and wanted to have someone wait on me Cons N/A

Everything is delicious! The puta bread is the best, freshest I've ever had; the gyro excellent. Do try this place.

Terrific food and service. Probably the best hummus I've ever had and the lentil soup was fabulous.

This is probably the best Mediterranean food in Phoenix! And the ladies that run the place are always friendly!

I think that I've pretty much have tried everything on their menu, and not one thing have I disliked! Everything is made fresh! The food is so flavorful! I love that they have a variety of options. A family owned sit-down full service place that is quaint, charming and welcoming. We ate in, but there were more carry out orders going than diners. We went after seeing the other good reviews and, as always, Yelpers usually don't miss. We were quickly welcomed and seated. The menu is straightforward, with a nice mix of Mediterranean foods. We had the Chicago gyros, chicken schwarma, beef kofta, lemon rice soup, tabbouleh salad and fries. All were great, but the fries were outstanding! I've eaten a lot of fried potatoes in my life, and really none better. They rounded out the meal-hot, fresh, crunchy and soft. Perfect! If I had to have a "complaint," the lemon garlic aioli on the schwarma was a bit too much, get that "on the side" so you can manage that. Otherwise a great meal. OPA!

Some restaurants chase trends. Others just quietly keep making really good food year after year…read more This is one of those places. I'd been here several times years ago, and after coming back, I'm honestly wondering why I don't eat here more often. I ordered the chicken shawarma, a stuffed grape leaves platter, and hot tea. Everything was exactly what I hoped it would be. The chicken was well-seasoned, tender, and wrapped with the classic toppings, and the portion was fair for the price. Speaking of price, the value here is honestly hard to beat. The stuffed grape leaves platter came with hummus, tabbouleh, pita, and hot stuffed grape leaves. I had completely forgotten they serve them warm, and my brain needed a minute to recalibrate because I'm so used to cold dolmas everywhere else. Once I took a bite, though... yep. That's how they're supposed to taste. Soft, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. I ended up adding some of the hummus and tabbouleh to my shawarma, which made an already great sandwich even better. The service was just as impressive as the food. My server was genuinely kind, gave me a few extra minutes when I couldn't decide, checked in without hovering, and even offered to package my hot tea to go when he noticed I was still working on it. (For the record, ordering an entire pot of tea for one person was an ambitious life choice on my part.) The dining room isn't huge, and there's also a small market attached, which adds to the charm. This place reminds me that consistency is underrated. Years later, I came back, and it was just as good as I remembered. Great food, great service, great value. I'll try not to wait so long before my next visit.

Got the food fast and the rose water lemonade was good. Mango juice tasted like Jumex and that's yummy to me lol Waitresses were nice and attentive. Bathrooms and the floors in the dining area need some TLC. Hopefully the kitchens kept up with. Waters we did not drink. They should probably clean up the walkway to the bathroom too there was just a bunch of stuff. They also have a store attached which was cool. We didn't look but still cool. Chicken shawarma was bomb!
