If I could think of one word to describe my experience, it would be..."ouch." I came in on a Friday as a walk in and the staff was friendly and greeted me quickly and asked what I needed. I described wanting my gel polish removed and getting a fill of dip but no polish afterwards. They said they'd be with me in 20 so I decided to wait. They saw me after about 10-15 instead and I described once again what I needed. The woman said "so you want a fill??" And I said yes but no manicure/polish. She sighed and sat down and started working on my nails. After she finished with each hand she would kind of toss my hand down or fling it away and she was gripping my fingers so hard each time that I could feel my pulse between her fingers. She worked quickly and efficiently but I was nervous practically the entire time. She nicked me on my thumb when she was using the thinner drill on the underside of my nail. It has been stinging all day. All in all I was there about forty minutes and paid $30 with a $5 tip. Not really worth it since I was just removing gel. Off to find the next salon! read more

This is my favorite favorite favorite place to get my nails done!!! They also have tanning beds and waxing services. The women do beautiful nail art and they are very kind and patient here. They take their time with their mani's and pedi's, Not rushing anyone ever. They are seriously so nice. They do a really clean looking French pedi on me every few weeks. I always get compliments on their work literally every time I show my toes. They turn those scary nails into beautiful works of art! ;D and they do a suuuuper relaxing leg massage. The scrub they use too smells so tasty! Their salon is really clean and quiet. Went here and got my lip waxed and immediately broke out with these horrid pimples all over my lip! Obviously the "tools" they use are unsanitary and disgusting! How many faces has that gross little popsicle stick been smeared across!? Is it ever changed?! Apparently not and this is the outcome from going to this dirty shop with the worst customer service! If you want fungus, you've come to the right place. I was a customer here for years. They did a decent job for the amount they charged. Everything seemed clean, until my big toe nail started turning GREEN. I went to the shop to let them know - wasn't expecting anything except maybe an anti-fungal cream and a change in their cleaning process, but instead got a defensive denial and a pitch to invest in their $13 anti-fungal polish. I have been going to the Eden's nails for years. Today was my last day due to that they don't appreciate my business. I always make a early appointment when they open it's not busy for a fill. Today like every time they offered a pedicure, I accepted. But then walked in 2 ladies who claimed had appointments and was told they could no longer do my pedicure to come back later. This place is my go-to spot when I'm in the 680 area. They're do great eye brow waxing and it's only $7 bucks! The only thing I have a problem with is with the french manicures. They chip in about 3 days. I think it's from them using cheap polish. If they spent money on more expensive polish it would probably last longer. It gets pretty packed so call ahead of time or else you'll be waiting a while! read more

I can't really vouch for any nail-tech other than Sandy. She sits in the front and I think she might be the owner, or at least the manager. I started getting my nails done here a year ago when I saw the banner outside for shellac manicures. My sister had been getting them for a while and I really liked the way it looked and the idea that they lasted for 2-3 weeks. I was getting manicures every 10 days - so this would be a great way to cut back on that. Sandy did my shellac mani the first time, and I've made every appointment with her since then. I recently got engaged and went in to get my nails done before my engagement photos. I was very worried because I had been pretty rough with my hands and fingers at the gym and tore the nail on BOTH my ring fingers. I asked to have them cut off and just put tips on. She said she didn't want to do that because my natural nails were so long, she would rather put acrylic over just those 2 nails and let them grow out passed the break, and then we'd remove the acrylic and go back to shellac. I trusted her, and they looked perfect in my photos and at my engagement party. Everyone always asks where I get my acrylic nails done, and I love telling them I don't have tips, it's just a little acrylic over my natural nails. Sandy gets REALLY busy, so I always call to make an appointment. She also does pretty decent eyebrow waxing - I've had mine done here a few times, but she doesn't trim them very much, so I take mine somewhere else. Established business for over 15 years run by sisters. I started going here 14 years ago. I am not a regular but needed to get my color changed. The price for a pedicure and shellac is $35 which is a great deal, but they have very limited color options. It was the day after Mother's Day and the 2 ladies that were just finishing up where paying with their gift certificates. Therefore you know they have returning customers. Always a plus!! I have been here twice and both times they double booked my appointment. It is unfortunate because they are very talented at doing nails, but they always make me wait even when I have made an appointment in advance. The last time I went I brought my grandmother and my best friend. Even though I made the appointment for 3 people they only had 2 appointments available. I ended up sitting in the waiting room until someone was done getting their pedicure done. By that time my friend and my grandmother were both done and had to sit and wait for me. The other thing about this location is they do not have proper ventilation. The doors and windows are always closed so the fumes from the nail polish, alcohol, and acetone are incredibly strong, which give me a stomachache. Although I love the way they do my nails, it is difficult for me to enjoy my experience when they double book me and have a strong smell of chemicals. read more

I came in here to get a pedicure and a gelish manicure. Only to pay for a pedicure because the technique of removing gelish was so terrible. I specifically told her not to sand my nails because I had previously had it done by mary queens and they damaged the growth of my nails. It's like I was speaking to the wall , she began to use the sanding tool. As I told her once more not to sand my nails she began to "push" my cuticles with a stick that was used to model nails with designs. That just completely turned me off. As she started filing my nails, I asked her to stop because I was only going to pay for the pedicure. She says "no you have to pay for manicure too" I replied "for what , all you did was file, that's not a manicure". She hadnt even begun clipping my cuticles. Anyway, $ isn't a problem and I don't enjoy arguing with ignorant people. I paid the bitch and left. I'm never coming here again. Oh !! & one more thing I witnessed was that I arrived exactly the time they open to find clean towels on the ground. And another customer came in and asked about their sanitation process , the Asian simply did not answer the question. The customer explained she got a fungi from another place so she wanted to know (basically) if she could trust them. I believe it was the manager who stepped in and asked if the dryness on her legs was normal or the color of her nail was usual. The woman said if you have a problem with me asking your sanitation process , ill leave. The stupid Asian lady replies "oh we have the right to refuse. Service ". I've been here a few times. I have always felt Tina needs to find another line of work. She truly is not happy. I didn't like the shape of my shellac french nails. She wanted to remove the shellac she had just put on my nails and held my hand against my will and began sanding away. When I pulled my hand away she got out of her chair and stood over me. I offered to pay Tina because I wanted to come back and have her sister Sandy re do them. She threw my money at me and told me to never come back again. However bring your own nail polish because they have cheap ones and no selection. I got shellac done here on Monday and it's uneven and ugly. It's also already peeling on the sides. I grew up down the street from Eden's Nails and I am on a first name basis with all the girls. I love going there because they are inexpensive and always find a way to fit me into the schedule. They do an exceptional job on eyebrows (although I've never needed shaping only touch ups). The location is always clean and well set up and the utensils always look sterile. They only thing I don't like is their selection of nail polish so I always bring my own favorites. This location is perfect for the neighborhood it's located in. read more

I've gone here for years. The owner and her sister are very friendly. A lot of the girls that do pedicures don't speak very good english so they don't talk to you very much but that doesn't bother me esp when your enjoying ur pedi. I like that they use hot towels after the massage. read more
