I've been coming here for years. I always come as a walk-in, never had problems. Last time I came here, I had to go back a couple times to get my nails fixed and it was very frustrating having to find time to come. The initial girl that did my nails didn't do a very a good job. I came back in to get fixed. Kim was great fixing one nail. But unfortunately the other ones started coming off too. Kelly, the owner took me in for the last time and redid everything. I'm a very happy customer. They didn't make me feel bad like it was my fault or anything. They were really great at making me happy. Thank you so much! read more

Really disappointed this time. There was no proper scrub, no callus removal or buffing--just a quick wash with exfoliator and straight to nail polish. To make it worse, the technician was cutting cuticles while applying polish... who does that? I've had a much better experience here before, so maybe it was just this technician--but this visit definitely didn't meet expectations. read more

I've been going to this Nail salon for a couple of years now only to get pedicures. Which by the way they do amazing amazing pedicures. I get really bad callouses and they do an amazing job. So today I took my niece to get our nails done. She needed a whole new set and me a fill. THANK YOU Kelly for the amazing job you did on her nails. The patience you had was amazing. The worst place to go to. The technician cut through the skin during a manicure for my daughter and then proceeded to make it worse by putting acetone on it. She left traumatized and when I went back, they wanted to see proof. Luckily I had taken pictures and I had to take her to another place to remove the nail and get it to heel. Been wanting to find a closer salon and came across this place to try out. My family used to own a nail salon/ I worked there as a teen so I'd say I have a somewhat qualified insight on this. It's important to note I can also speak/understand Vietnamese. First impression is that the smell of the salon is like as if the smell of wet foot skin from pedicures was permeating the air with little ventilation. I can deal with that. I asked for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. The lady doing my manicure was fast and efficient, although when she sprayed alcohol on my hands, she kept spraying a lot and it splashed on my face and when I spoke up she was like "you're okay you're okay" but I'm not okay?...I've also never had someone pour acetone over my hands to clean them. The gel light machine also smelled like wet foot skin (I gagged). Overall my manicure was a 2.5/5. My pedicure was absolutely abysmal. I had a newbie (who claimed in Vietnamese she'd done pedicures often in Vietnam) which I didn't mind. But even talking to her in Vietnamese, she didn't understand how to cut my nail and also kept hurting me. At one point I offered to just cut it myself but they insisted and eventually her colleague had to step in and cut my toenails for her. After, I just had to sit there and allow my newbie to keep pushing/cutting my cuticles painfully (at this point I should've just spoken up). She used the buffer the wrong way and her colleagues had to correct her twice. All the tools used on me didn't seem sanitized and even for the painting/paper wrapping my toes portion, the owner has to step in and babysit her on doing it. She also didn't wear gloves for the entire portion of my pedicure which is highly unhygienic (which I noticed other workers were also not wearing gloves in between customers). Overall I deeply regret going to this salon and will not be coming back. EDIT: As I'm sitting here waiting for my toes to dry , my pedicurist went to a new customer and used the same tools and didn't sanitize them. This is disgusting practice and someone will catch something. Extremely dirty salon. read more

If you make an appointment with Andy, he will be late. When he's finally free, he asks you if you can wait for another client who's come in with "an emergency ". In other words, your appointment is worth shit and your time is not as valuable or important as someone else's. Don't. Just don't. There are hundreds of places where your own pampering experience can de a gratifying time and you're not considered less than someone else's emergencies. Nails by Andy! They are sooo beautiful! I came from Korea where they're the best in nail art design and I didn't think they would do it here but I'm so glad Andy did my nails!! I showed him some of the nail designs I wanted and he was able to make them gorg. Also it was my first time doing dip gel ombré nails and I LOVE them. I like that they are much thicker and secure. The color is beautiful and so are the gems. If you want nail art make sure you show references! Also they made a mistake because when I walked in for gel nails one of the ladies took me to the foot wash thing and started on my feet. I said no colors cus I asked only for my hand nails. Later she charged me for a pedicure and I was surprised because there was no formal communication about it. But Andy offered to do my toe nail colors so I just came back and got them. I love this place love love love love love. They are amazing, they listen to every word you say about what you need for your feet. The service and the quality is amazing. I have horrible calluses on my feet and when I left that place I was as happy as clam. I did promise her that I wouldn't be coming back 6 months later, I promised I would be there in 2 months. And they are extremely reasonable priced. I got a wonderful massage hot stone I got extra attention to my calluses I just love this place. This is the best place for a pedicure that has the most bang for your buck. I got a gel pedicure that included exfoliation, a massage, and even hot stones and it came out to $36! I've gone to other nail salons like kitchen nail bar and they didn't paint my nails nearly as nice as they did here at Club nails. They took their time to perfect the cuticle and color. I had gotten a gel manicure at a nail salon by my house in SF. One month later, I still hadn't gone in to get the gel removed. I was spending the weekend at the roommate's house and had some free time. Since Club Nails is so close, the roommate's sister in law and I decided to drop by and get a manicure. It was Saturday, May 16th around 12:15pm. We walked in and they took us right away. I got the Gel removal & Manicure for $15. The service itself was pleasant. My nail technician was nice and even gave me a shoulder massage while I waited for the acetone to soak into the gel. She was very sweet. Checked with me to make sure I was happy with the shape of my nails, etc. I didn't get much of an arm massage, but I was wearing a sweatshirt so maybe that was why? I preferred the shoulder massage anyways, so I won't complain. I feel really bad writing this review since everyone here was so nice. But they did a horrible job on my nails. There are still pieces of gel on my nails as I write this. And I had asked them to buff my nails since I didn't want any polish. I don't know if there was a miscommunication, but it didn't seem like they buffed my nails. They weren't smooth or shiny at all. The roommate's sister in law asked for the same thing and her nails weren't buffed either. I ended up tipping $5 as I really enjoyed my shoulder massage. But my manicure probably only deserved one star. I bumped it up to two because of the massage. read more

I love Club Nails! It is tucked away in a quiet Evergreen plaza and has the nicest staff. Amy is the best! I've been going to her for my nails before she was even at this nail salon. She's friendly, professional, efficient, and does beautiful work. As for the salon itself, it is very clean, reasonably priced, and the massage chairs are great! I have been here three times, and the three stars are for the first two visits. I came here and got a manicure/pedicure with Kim and it was wonderful. I came here and got a fullset with Tammy and that was amazing. My third visit was to fix a broken nail. I got here and was seated almost immediately with Kelly, who was extremely rude and standoffish from the get-go. After I got up to help look for the color, she moved me to another table. This was the first red flag. When I was driving away, I realized there was a huge bump on my nail so I called in to ask if I could get it fixed. I come in again, Kelly asks me to sit down and is once again extremely rude. I point out the bump and she tells me off, eventually going so far as to say "I'm way too busy to just fix your one nail." I told her I found her actions extremely rude and that I didn't want her doing my nails.. Tammy took over at this point and I am waiting for the UV to dry the gel as I write this review I thought my mom and sister came in on an off day when they told me they had a bad experience (pictures of my sisters nails vs what she asked for below), but this experience tells me I was the one who came in on two off days and didn't have to deal with horrendous service! TLDR: Kim and Tammy are amazing nail techs, Kelly is a piece of work. I came in on a sunday around noon and didn't have to wait! (I did call beforehand asking if they had space). The salon itself is really clean, albeit slightly outdated. Kim gave me a gel mani and was really meticulous with shaping my nails, trimming my cuticles, and painting. Got regular mani by an older lady, and regular pedi was done by a younger boy. They got busy very quickly, and 90% of the customers were retirees who lived around the villages. I can't believe after all these years of being a client, I'm going to give a NEGATIVE review. I wish I can give "0" stars. I've been a client since before Club Nails opened. Literally almost 10 years. My daughter wanted a refill on her nails. She saw an older lady that obviously just started working there. I've never seen her before, but my daughter isn't picky. Long story short, the nail technician cut 7 of my daughters fingers! WTH?!? Who does that and shame on the owners for hiring such a person! My daughter was crying and upset, and in a lot of pain! What pissed me off even more is how UNPROFESSIONAL the owners were acting in this situation. I held my composure because I was ready to tear this new nail technician into pieces! I didn't want to cause any commotion in their salon, but now I wish I did! The owners not once offer to help ease her pain. She's freakin crying! Obviously, they were trying to hush up the situation by talking in their language and they didn't even take the nail technician to the side and asked her what happened. Instead they had her work on the next customer! Wow! Horrible! The owners Kelly and Helen didn't even offer my daughter any ointment to put on her cut & bloody fingers. I had to tell them myself! These crazy ladies continued to say sorry, but the nail technician is a really nice lady. Ummm excuse me! I don't give a flying rats bottom if she's nice. That's not an excuse to cut my daughter 7xs! This chick should never be allowed to do nails! I'm sorry Kelly and Helen, as owners you should both be ashamed of yourselves! How dare you both not even try to attend to my daughter. After all these years as a customer, this is what we get. I hope one day none of your kids ever have to endure this disgusting, unprofessional care! I get it, it's your business...however you should know that your customers make your business! This is Yelp and I have to keep it clean, so just know I have more than what these words are in black and white. I will NEVER come back to this money hungry, unprofessional nail salon ever again! So disappointing! This salon has no shame what so ever...don't even try coming here. For a salon in Evergreen Valley let alone in the Villages, they're super shady!
