I had a good experience with this Edible Arrangements. I placed a same-day delivery order online thinking the location about 9 miles away would handle it, but my order actually went to a store nearly 40 miles away during peak traffic hours. An employee called to verify the order and make sure someone would be home since the items are perishable, and even though I felt terrible about the long drive, he kept reassuring me it was completely fine. When the delivery driver arrived, he was all smiles and just as kind. I apologized and thanked him for making such a long trip, and he also took some time to assure me it was no problem at all. Our family placed an order for my mother's birthday the day before. The day of we waited until 5pm for the arrangement nothing ever showed up, and we decided to go ahead with our plans. After trying to cancel they said nothing could be done. The next day manager called to try and make it right promised some balloons and truffles. The arrangement arrived and the flowers were in a vase no water, old falling apart and no truffles as promised. Multiple times we have tried edible arrangements and it has failed us. I was flabbergasted at what I received as my gift from them that was ordered for me. It was so sad my delivery came late in the evening approx after 7pm. It was flowers with a fruit arrangement with a Happy Birthday balloon. The flowers were wrapped really tight so in any way you're not able to see anything until you open. When I did the flowers were all dead and soggy, smelled bad. I could not believe they actually delivered something like this. The employees at this location are laughably inept. I called TWO WEEKS in advance of the delivery date. Was assured my order, to the tune of nearly $150 would be delivered on time. On the day before my delivery date, I was called and asked if they could deliver a day early. lol. Luckily for me, the day before V-day is also sort of an anniversary for us so I agreed. Not only did they get the address wrong and hound my girlfriend for the correct address (then said they'd charge more to deliver to the correct address), they were missing half the order! She put me on hold for a bit and then returned saying they could only redeliver later (my girlfriend had already left work), deliver the next day after 5 pm (she wouldn't have been there at the time) or I could PICK IT UP MYSELF. So what's the point of PAYING FOR DELIVERY? Wait, it gets so much worse. My girlfriend didn't want me going because I'd talk the managers ear off about how poorly he/she runs their inept store... so she went on her own to get the bear and bouquet. I called earlier and was assured they had both waiting for us. Wonderful. She got there AND THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PLUSH BEAR ANYMORE. She picked her own flowers and left. A day later? I got a refund for the bear. So why not a refund for the terribly executed delivery? Or the mismanaged order? Or the blatant lying about not being able to refund? With that I placed my order around 930 am, paid for the one hour delivery, it didn't arrive until after 330pm?!? I don't normally write reviews and I actually love Edible Arrangements. I've used them many times to send gifts to family all over. I wouldn't be so upset if I didn't spend almost $100! If I could give this store zero stars, I definitely would! I placed an order on May 8th to be delivered to my mother-in-law on Mother's Day. I definitely understand and respect that Mother's Day is a VERY busy holiday. I figured it wouldn't be delivered until May 10th or even May 11th at the latest. That didn't happen. It was NEVER delivered! I kept tracking the delivery and it only said it was "received by store". I called the store EVERY SINGLE DAY, numerous times throughout the day. I left 4 voicemails. NO ONE answered or returned my calls. It is now May 13th. I gave them 5 days to make this right or at least return my calls, but they didn't do that. Right before this review, I called 3 times in a row. Again, I understand that they are busy, but you can't tell me that NO ONE heard their phone ringing? Especially 3 times in a row! I filed a complaint with corporate a few days ago and waited for the store manager to contact me. They said give it 24 to 48 hours. It's been over that and no phone call. So I called the call center and complained and asked for a refund. I will NEVER use this location again. The delivery got there pretty quickly. The delivery driver called me to notify me that the recipient was not home, which should've been the first red flag because she works from home.
