I placed my order for Valentine's day, with only one minor confusion. I had to enter a shipping address, even though I was doing local pickup. Not a big deal, just took me a second to figure out. The next day I got a phone call to confirm the pickup date, and select a pickup time. They told me that due to the holiday, they'd have a tent out back for pickups. Easy enough. On the day of, I swung over and had my arrangement in hand in about five minutes. And I thought it came out great!
