Met up with friends for brunch on a Sunday. Fun atmosphere. Service is friendly and quick and food is tasty! I opted for "Healthy" and enjoyed the Breakfast Bowl with brown rice with ranchero beans, sliced avocado, baby spinach, charred corn, sunflower seeds a poached egg and a side of salsa. One friend had the Salmon Scramble, salmon with scrambled eggs, red onion, shallot cream cheese, and hashbrowns which she said were amazing! My other friend got the American Breakfast with ham, also with their famous hashbrowns. There is a free parking ramp located behind the building. Nice!

Charlene was our amazing friendly and fun server for a business lunch last week. She made sure everyone's drinks and waters were always replenished, and she helped us each choose an option for lunch from the many good-looking choices on the menu. They serve breakfast and brunch items until 3 PM, and they seem to be known for their tasty eggs and hash browns and Benedict's. You can't see it, but under the scrambled eggs, there was a nice amount of avocado and I enjoyed my Avocado Toast. Others at the table had the breakfast burrito, which was a VERY generous portion and reportedly delicious to the last bite. The space is bright and has a great diner vibe. It's easy to miss it because their storefront on France Ave is pretty small (just south of the jewelry store right next to the alley walkway) but this is definitely worth finding!

We came here to enjoy an early dinner on Friday and requested a table on the patio. It's a beautiful patio--it's open, so you can see the sky, there are beautiful hanging baskets of plants, and the tables and chairs are inviting (and comfy as can be!). It was pretty quiet despite being right on France--there is lots of construction in the area, but I imagine it might get noisy with the traffic. Ariana, our server, was a delight--pure sunshine, knowledgeable, and efficient. We appreciated her recommendations and warm, genuine welcome. The menu will suit many tastes. There are options for the veggie-inclined, carnivorous, and gluten-free. They have a nice selection of beverages, including zero-proof options and THC. We started with the happy hour guacamole. It comes with fresh pico and sturdy, zippy tortilla chips. It was really good! Everything was fresh and vibrant and tasted great. This is absolutely something I would come back for. We also ordered the buffalo cauliflower. It was really nice--the batter wasn't too heavy, the cauliflower was tender, and the sauce had a heat that built pleasantly and just the right amount of acid. The ranch was a cooling foil that set it off to a T. For my main, i had the eggplant Parmesan. The eggplant was cooked perfectly, and the Parmesan crust was exactly the right texture. The sauce was tasty, too. It was a perfect summer dinner. The greens that came with? Also fresh as can be--if you had told me that the veggies were picked this morning from someone's garden, I would absolutely believe you. For dessert, we ordered the butterscotch pudding and a hot fudge sundae, both of which felt right for a Friday night dessert. They were both smooth and creamy, and neither was too sweet--just right. The sundae in particular was a generous portion, so ask for an extra spoon! Based on who we saw while we were there, this is a good place for dinner with family, happy hour with friends, or date night.

Awesome spot for a light lunch while recovering from the shopping and holiday returns. Love the friendly, efficient servers and am never disappointed with food choices. Will be back for breakfast!

They're STEALING money from their customers. Bought a breakfast bowl and paid in cash. Total was $19.61 and they said they refused to give me the $0.39 in change. The guy who said he is the manager comes up to me and says company policy states that they round up the cost when the total is above $0.50 and round down when the total is below $0.50 as if their company policy supersedes consumer price transparency laws. Honestly, the $0.39 means nothing to me. It's the idea that they think they can tell customers one price, bring them a different amount in change, and refuse to pay them the proper amount because a policy that they created said they won't. Illegal and deceptive business practices. I ended up just telling them to give me my money back and I'll pay with card so they don't get the change. Should've just got my money back and went somewhere else. I felt bad for the hostess because you could tell that she thought her manager was in the wrong and was being rude. Manager was a problem. Owner should move that guy to the kitchen or somewhere non customer facing because his customer service skills were non-existent. Illegal and deceptive. Won't be back.

I never seem to get here enough, and there isn't a reason I can put my finger on. -Service? - Solid -Price to quality ratio? -Spot on -Ambiance? -What you would expect for the area -Parking/Ease of Access? -Next best thing to having their own parking lot (ample garage space behind it) ... Memorable factor? I think that may be the miss? Nothing that screams I have to go back amid a solid food scene in the cities. That note said, I really enjoy the food here. My first experience was during Covid when they did a partnership with Blue Barn from the State Fair and featured themed meals that hooked me! I've been for brunch on two or three occasions now, which is what this review is for. I did a selection from the "cakes" section of the menu - The Cakes, Eggs, and Links. A stack of buttermilk pancakes (3!), eggs your way (I did scrambled) and two sausage Pattie's. All for an easy $14. The food is delicious, simply put. David at the bar was my server and was attentive, upbeat, and everything you'd want from a server. Definitely worth stopping in to check it out!

I hate these type of reviews, in which I struggle between giving out 3 or 4 stars. This place is in a wonderful location (plenty of other shops to checkout afterwards, and not far from the lake for a walk), very clean inside, decent service (nothing spectacular, but nothing bad either) and a the greatest of all is they take reservations ( a must for me!) Yet, I'm giving this place 3 stars because the food was good, it just wasn't amazing or differentiated from other places I have been. I only came here for brunch, so judge only on that. I had a basic pancake meal and I found it pretty tasty, but there are just so many other brunch locations in the city that will get my attention more than this place. So 3 stars is not a sign of anything bad on any front. It's just mediocre. However, mediocre is safe and sure to please the masses!

We came here around lunch time on a Thursday. It was decently busy but no wait time. Our server was friendly, but our drinks took awhile to get out. This was the bartenders fault not hers. They make a pretty good Bloody Mary and we also enjoy their mimosa flights! The mimosa flight has four different flavors so it's nice to get a variety. I chose the lemongrass Thai chicken. It was listed under the entree section but I was a little disappointed in the serving size. It was a tiny portion of food served as a bowl. When I read the description it said nothing of it being a bowl. The rice was not cooked all the way and it was crunchy. The sauce was just not great either. I think this is more of a breakfast place. I wouldn't go for their other menu options. I only came here because a friend likes the breakfast burrito otherwise I wouldn't come here again.

Today I ventured to @edinagrill of course in Edina, Minnesota. Since it was a part of one I was seated I. The bar area which was pretty nice. There is the decorative wall that is amazing for little if you have them. My waiter was quiet and proficient. : Honey Crisp Jalisco which was actually pretty tasty. The nice mix of casamigos, pear cognac, apple syrup and lemon was the quite the combination. I would definitely order again. : I decided upon the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. It is better than the spicy chicken from Popeyes I would say. However, it wasn't something I would order again. Don't get my wrong well seasoned and spiced just right, I don't think I love love the Nashville hot chicken. These is my second attempt in some form and I'm just not wowed. Lol to each their own tho. Overall I would definitely give it a 8 out of 10. Let you make your own decision. I do hear they are known for their Turkey burgers. #TheTravoodie #BlackFoodie #YelpEats #BlackTraveler #TravelInfluencer #blacktravelblogger #blacktravelfeed #globaleats #FoodBlogger #travelblogger #eatnorthamerica #globaleats #flavorfulfoodiez ** Like, Share, & Follow Me @thetravoodie on IG, FB & TikTok DM or Email for Collab #TheTravoodieLife

Food 4/5 - The food was delicious! My two favorites were the juicy happy hour wings and fresh tasting harvest salad. The burrito with added bacon and chicken sausage is my significant others favorite. Service / Ambiance 4/5 - The service was good. We got our drinks and food within a timely manner. I love the layout/decor of this location over all the others.

I ordered ahead to pick up. When I got there - it seemed pretty busy but I was helped by the hostess who went to check to see if my order was ready. I had a few more minutes and there was a bench there for me to sit at. The pirogies were cooked well and delicious. Lots of flavor from the au jus and the fried onions. I do think it was a little overboard with the amount of onions on here. The steak was cooked how I asked. I would say that I did like what I got - it was on a pricier end but was a good filling meal.

    Coconut Shrimp

Solid restaurant with a diner-like feel set in downtown Edina! The food is diverse and fairly high quality. To start, the coconut shrimp were just average. They were plump and nice in size, but lacked a little bit in the flavor department. The sauce carried some weight, but not enough to separate them from those you might get at a chain restaurant. As for entrees, the beef stroganoff was unique for the typical stroganoff profile (in a good way). And best of all was the Bacon Truffle Burger which is a borderline Top Burger in MSP, I'd put it just a tier beneath Matt's, The Nook, and Red Cow. That isn't anything to be ashamed of, and Edina Grill is a perfect destination for those looking for something akin to a diner.

The food was great (Care Bear, Emma, bucatini, milk and cookies). The drinks were A+ (espresso martini, manhattan). But the VIBE and the service were exceptional. We had a 45 minute wait but the host was calm and smooth in a way I've never experienced before. He offered to start us with drinks or text when the table was ready. We killed the time in a nearby art studio. Our server was attentive, friendly, helpful. The place was busy but it never felt hectic. The kids (8, 10) chatted with staff about how bucatini is made and were treated so respectfully. When we left, my son asked if we could go there every Friday. I said I should leave a review and my daughter told me to say that Mothership "makes you feel loved." What a great neighborhood restaurant!

It is on the noisier side, so if loud music or a busy dining room isn't your thing, keep that in mind. It's a tighter space with lots of foot traffic, but the servers were super friendly and you can actually see the brick oven from the tables, which is a cool touch. We ordered the Connie with chicken, the Also Kathy with chicken and no bacon, and the chicken wings. Everything was so flavorful. The wings were perfectly cooked with this whole medley of spices you could actually taste in every bite. Both pizzas were delicious, but the Also Kathy stood out -- it has this really unique white sauce that my whole family fell in love with. Safe to say we have a new favorite spot whenever the pizza craving hits.
