Good beers, and a cool vibe inside. I like the sports theme and it's a casual and clean space. We only got a beer here but I would come back for food. Service was fast and friendly.

I really dig the vibes of this place! Is pretty small with a decent patio and really friendly staff. The menu had good variety, though the food itself wasn't anything too special. Pretty standard for what you'd get at a bar and grill, which is totally what you want. It feels a bit pricy? About $18 for a burger and fries, but the portion was good. I'd skip chips and salsa though.

Overall good experience here. Went on a weeknight for dinner and there was a good crowd. I really enjoyed the Mexi melt burger. I'd get it again. The portions are good, prices are competitive. Lots of sports memorabilia and TV's to watch whatever games are on. Cool local spot.

Had a fantastic lunch over the weekend at Ed's mudville grill. Ed's has been a Clayton staple since 1994. Don't pass this up if you have an opportunity to go. The decor is traditional sports bar. There's memorabilia everywhere! The bar top seats about 12 but there are amble tables both inside and out. Service was pretty attentive. Bartenders seemed to know almost everyone that came to sit at the bar. They have basic draft beers, nothing local brewery based. And they have 1 of each type of liquor. One whiskey, one vodka, one gin, etc etc you get the picture. We ate a wide variety of food and it was worth every bite and every penny. French onion soup, French dip, Chicago dog, brisket tacos and fried zucchini. The French onion soup was loaded with onions, the broth was super flavorful and the toasted cheese bread on top never got soggy! So good and looking forward to going back for more. The fried zucchini is done in house. No frozen crap. It was roughly 2 whole medium sized zucchini that was cur into spears and deep fried in a thin and crispy batter with parmesan sprinkled on top. French dip was decent. The onion jam was OMG good but was pretty sweet and could have used some horseradish to even out the flavors. I did not personally try to brisket tacos but they were completely devoured and the chips served with were thin and crispy. Give Ed's a try. You won't be disappointed.

This was supposed to be a full size cheese nacho

I got the cheese nachos to go today and somehow it seemed half the size of last few times we been there and got them but they charged us the same price as always and the portions were cut to half. Which is disappointing cause I love their nachos

Too expensive for what you get - food is def microwave. The proof was in the hot dog bun - chewy!

The customer service is horrible. Would not let us split the checks and all food is microwaved in the back.

Excellent hang out with good game day food. The order of fried zucchini is insanely large to share! Love the sandwiches and soups.

Not the best service but the prices are somewhat decent depending on what you order. I did a half taco salad which was very good.

Ed's Mudville Grill is a three mile walk to the Concord Pavilion

Can I bring my dogs along ? Indoors?

Outdoors. But beware, half the people there with dogs have no control over them, or are the douchey dog owners that thought it was fun to train them to be aggressive.

At Legends, you walk in to everyone minding their own business which is so lovely. You can walk up and order food, drinks, grab your # and sit inside or outside. Outside there's TVs streaming sports and you can also watch folks at the driving range. The crowd varies across all age groups, which again, stays true to the theme of family friendly and mind your own business. Bathrooms are clean. Parking is plenty. It's a gem for Concord and a lovely place to gather, eat, play, get some online work done, and so on. If your sensitive to noise, that of people talking at various levels, music randomly playing, sports etc. maybe this isn't the place for you, because the noise levels can vary. But, if you don't mind the occasional loud yell of joy, children being children, adults catching up, folks celebrating birthdays/sports events, etc. then this is a great place to check out.

I took a bite of my burgers and though there was extra veggies as asked the burger was absolutely bland it had no flavor at all. It was even hard to get a nice taste of the veggies but the burger had absolutely no flavor no salt no pepper no flavor at all. The burger was cooked well done which doesn't really bother me much it's just that when you get a nice looking juicy burger you don't expect a flavorless item that you cannot taste. The fries were also subpar at most as there was no seasoning on them and were extremely bland everything was extremely bland. Very disappointed at this experience. People were fine and the service was fine on top of that the place was quite clean but the food was a let down this time.

I'm writing this review to save people from ordering the shrimp scampi here…read more My niece chose this restaurant to celebrate her birthday, and it was also my sister's birthday. There were four of us. Everyone except me is very fond of red meat--I am not. When I looked at the menu online, I was happy to see they offered several non-meat options. I decided on the shrimp scampi and looked forward to it all week. What a disappointment. The six shrimp arrived at room temperature, and the butter sauce they were sitting in was also barely warm. The shrimp did not appear to have been cooked in the sauce at all. They looked and tasted like plain boiled shrimp--exactly like the pre-cooked shrimp you can buy at Costco. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if that's where they came from. The sauce tasted like pure melted butter, with no noticeable garlic or white wine flavor--just plain butter. I suppose this is what I get for ordering a non-meat entrée at a steakhouse, but if you can't make a decent option for non-meat eaters, don't bother putting it on the menu. The French onion soup, however, was delicious. I would order only that again if I had to return. The creamed spinach was just okay--honestly, the one I make at home is much better. The baked potato was also very good and served piping hot, which I especially appreciated after the tepid shrimp. I did not order dessert, but my niece and sister both had cheesecake. They did not charge for it since it was their birthdays, which was very much appreciated. They also do not serve bread at this restaurant--or at least none was offered or brought to the table. Another thing I found strange was the layout. There is a very narrow hallway leading to the dining rooms on the right, and right in the middle of that hallway is the computer station where the waitstaff enter orders. I would hate to be a server here--it seems like one of the worst possible places for it. People were constantly trying to squeeze past while the staff were standing there trying to work.
