I never thought that the areas in my heels were worth mentioning since the area is so small, and heavily used mainly because I figured that the relief would be short lived. Chris was extremely thorough and truly did go from head to toe and work on every muscle he touched. He combines a very expert understanding of the human body gained as a T'ai Chi Master with study and experience in a wide range of modalities - from Thai massage to cranial sacral and everything in between. She is my go-to "fix me" professional every time I experienced pain and discomfort from work or just being active. She is intuitive in her approach to healing. She is gentle, not painful and do not believe in massages you should feel pain or soreness. I always walk away feeling refreshed and better mobility.
