Finally got around to wanting to get that dang outside light fixture fixed. When I exhausted all my handyman efforts, I decided to hit up Yelp for some quotes. Got a handful of responses, but only one actually gave me a price: Elite. I don't know anything about electricity besides that it goes power-on and power-off. But I did know this fix was only gonna need a quick look at a couple wires. So, I didn't want a project manager and inspect- which was what ALL the other responses requested instead of giving a price. Elite said $125 for the first hour of troubleshooting. Done. Scheduled it a week away and hope to get it done in one visit. These guys are professional: got email & text reminders, courtesy call 1/2hr ahead, clean & presentable, etc. Just like I predicted, they found the issue right away. They even installed a new fixture I purchased ahead of time. Smooth process without any troubles. No doubt a 5 of 5 rating. read more

We called for a quote and a guy came out and took photos. He then told us a quote would be emailed to us. We then realized a few days had gone by and we didn't receive it, I called and was told their engineer was out for a few days but when he returned we would get a quote. It's been nearly a week and nothing. It was a small job for Tesla charger install (which Tesla provides a list of "preferred installers" so that's how we picked this company) but that's a mistake. I have been waiting for my panels to be installed since my site survey in September 2023. They are apparently having some sort of issues with the Solar panel company. Panels are available and my permit is available just needs to be paid for. Had upgraded electric panel installed. Thst went great but when wall on house needed to be restricted it was not textured to match the house. Just slapped up and painted. I was supposed to have everything done by January 2024. EEANDC installed solar on my home and everything was done as expected and was amazing. There were some issues with my roof (not their fault) day of but they were able to roll with the punches and still got everything installed same day. Their install team even stayed after dark to make sure everything was completed. They've kept me updated throughout the process and I'm looking forward to being able to utilize these panels! These energy bills are crazy. Great price for the system size (we needed 35 panels!). Their staff has always been super helpful and accommodating also. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! First time using this company they were amazing I gave them 5 stars two years ago. I used them again in December 2023 since I didn't want to call around for quotes. The front desk girl is horrible at picking up phone calls and never calls back to voicemails. I got an outlet installed for $125 by Marcos he's been amazing. Two months later, I try using them again and get a quote for $150. I let them know I literally just had one installed and the price was adjusted to $125. I book the appointment and see the price has jumped back up to $150. I speak to the front desk girl who said she'd speak to the owner of the business on Thursday. My appointment was set for today, Monday. I never hear back from her and it seems my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge. Time to find a new company since this is how you treat repeat business. read more

I had an appointment with Elite Engineering & Construction on Friday from 7am to 11am. I waited from 7am to 11am and nothing. When I called and spoke to a person named David, he advised that tech tried to call me. I did not get any phone call and verified my phone that no one from Elite called. Also, he said that tech tried to leave a message but had friend call my number, and was able to get through. Very unprofessional. Did not offer to reschedule same day or next day. They were very professional and installed our 3 fans including all new wiring for a very reasonable price and they look/work perfect. They did cut a wrong hole in the drywall but they hired a drywall professional that came the very next day and fixed it at no charge to us, which was absolutely the right thing to do. read more

We wasted a month trying to give this company our business. All we needed was doorbell transformer and chime replaced. Took them a week to figure out how to send the quote to us. Finally get it and approve the work and they call me a couple days later that they are on their way to our house to do the work when we hadn't been in contact to schedule. Once we get them scheduled they don't show up and don't answer their phones all morning. We called 8 times today without a response. Their voicemails are full every time you call. The technician inspected my ceiling fan that was not working, it was also not setup to the remote. After inspection and connecting the remote to the fan he said the fans motor isnt working and the entire ceiling fan has to be replaced. He reattached the lights at my request and removed the fan blades since they did not work. Once he left i checked the motor and it was spinning and operating. I reattached the blades and turned the fan on and it works. The technician was definitely trying to scam me into paying for the repairs. Beware of this company trying to scam you out of your money and replace things that are not broken!!! read more
