The French doors to the patio were worse: misaligned, hard to close, hard to lock, sand and air coming in everywhere. Doug ended up pulling them off completely to reset the hinges. The process was smooth start to finish. Detailed written estimate, update when he went for parts, then a scheduled appointment. He showed up on time, worked fast, and left zero mess behind. Now everything opens, closes, and locks like it should -- no more sun or sand sneaking in! What really got me though was the vibe.
