I was originally super pleased due to the fair pricing and fast installation, but when the opener started having problems which may be a manufacturers defect, we discovered that a basic necessary part was not in place due to the installer forgetting it (the stop bolt was not applied) I called them and left a detailed message and they will not return my call. Due to the opener not reserving open and closing instructions and the bolt not being in place to stop the trolley before it slams into the motor, we now have a double problem on our hands, and it seems like Brad no longer wants to help. read more

My garage was not working properly. I called Brad's and scheduled an appointment between 12 and 2. At 12 they called saying it would be between 2 and 4 for tech to come out. I was told I needed a new garage door opener. So I agreed. About a half hour into the installation the tech said he needed to rewire the sensors and button and would cost $180 then dropped it to $120. After the installation I learned the rewire was adding 6 inches of wire to the existing wire. Absolutely ridiculous $120 for adding 6 inches of wire. I was originally told it would have a panel outside so I could open the garage then after installation was told that was on the one that cost $1100 plus labor. I was also told that I could operate it with my phone. I was given no information on how to set it up on my phone. So this $650 door opener cost me $1118. The tech didn't even chwck the other components of the garage door. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Had an issue with 2 cracked garage door panels that caused the door to sag in the middle. I had tried to Frankenstein them just to get the door to operate until I could get someone out to do a proper repair. I've seen Brad's truck driving around the valley for a while and looked him up on Yelp to get an idea of what customers had to say about his service. Great reviews so I contacted him to set up an appointment. Brad showed up a bit earlier than scheduled but that worked for me too. Brad got right to analyzing the problems and solutions and was able to replace the old spring assembly with a new upgraded unit for a reasonable price. He also replaced 2 of the old worn out rollers and added a brace to help keep the door from sagging any further. I'm very satisfied with Brad's service and performance. This was the third time I used Brad's, previously it was to do a repair and then to fix some damage I had caused. Long Story Short - this time I backed up and slammed my door. Brad sent Joel to eyeball it and he gave me a reasonable quote to repair it. I opted to replace the whole thing. They both showed at 7:45 am the next morning and were done by 9 am. I called Brad's garage door and service to have my new garage opener installed because my other one was not working when the worker got here 20 minutes late already off to a bad start he told me I didn't have the correct one that they have the correct one and it would be $550 so I said yes he told me it has Wi-Fi and he'll throw in a free keypad after installing he told me he was done I had a question about my hinges he didn't have an answer he said he doesn't know and then I asked him how do I program my phone and Wi-Fi to the opener and he told me he doesn't know he's never done that before and for me to Google it, on his request he called the boss and the boss told me the same thing they never done one of those but he can probably come out in an hour this is the reason for my bad review I would put zero stars if I was able to but how do you go selling a product and you don't even know how to properly finish the installation or get it connected, horrible service would not recommend think twice before you called him. Point of the story is I paid a lot of money for this opener and I can only use half of the opener thanks for nothing Brad. Good luck.
