The before and after photos speak for themselves, but I'll just add that Jeff was personable, communicative, and easy to work with. He knows his carpets and knows how to clean them thoroughly. We have a large dog who tracks in dirt and dander and is known to slobber on toys and treats (and also occasionally vomit up said treats). I didn't even really notice the pet odor until Jeff took care of it and it wasn't there anymore! He did a deep clean and also got out all of the stains (despite my prior attempts at removing them). It didn't take long at all. He took care to dry the carpet as much as possible, and gave good advice on future stain removal. Overall, I can't recommend him enough for your carpet cleaning needs in the Southern California area.

But this time the timing worked out and they did a very good job. Dane is very professional and the two guys that dis the initial cleaning were not very detail oriented and didn't do things in an efficient way. For one thing, they put all the small tables and miscellaneous things on top of the beds. They sbould have put them in the living room which has hardwood floors. They worked hard cleaning but they didn't bother to check for any stains or spots they missed. When Dane came, I pointed out to him several spots and traffic areas that didn't get cleaned well. Dane went over again and cleaned all the areas that did not get cleaned properly. I will definitely use him again but I am going to check all the areas after they are done and make sure they did not leave any areas unclean. Their prices are competetive and a good value considering everything is getting pricier by the day.

I've had my area rugs cleaned several times over the years, but this was the absolute best customer service and quality I've ever experienced. Firstly, the communication was A+ and Dillon was super on top of messaging me to coordinate and match up our availability. Dillon and Jordan arrived promptly in the morning to accommodate my work schedule and were even careful to take off their shoes without my asking. They completed pickup in under 10 minutes, quoted me a timeframe for the rugs, and stuck to it without any hiccups and open communication the entire way. Drop-off was a breeze and, once again, they accommodated my work schedule. I forgot to take a Before photo but have attached an After photo showing how pristine their work was! It's a sunken tile tub that had a few years of soap scum and hard water crud layered on. Over messages I was given a rough estimate of $40 for the hem and $20 for a shoulder take in, which was lower than the quotes I was receiving from other places. When I came in, my total to be paid at pick up was at $110. $90 for the hem, $20 for the shoulder. Of course, a quote is dependent on material, difficulty, etc., so I did not complain, but quote versus actual prices ended up being almost double. For a satin, a-line, unlined dress, this price was higher than what any from my group of bridesmaid with the same dress paid at other places. When I came in to pay and receive the dress she again upped the price by $5, making my total $115, which I found out after, was not the price given on my receipt when the dress was dropped off ($110) The actual work was fine and did the job, and the shop owner was very nice, but I do not think I would return here after my own personal experience.
