I order from this place all of the time from doordash. The main problem I have is that the quality of the food is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes it's really, really good. Other times, it's pretty bad, especially the food items outside of the main chicken sandwiches and bowls. Last time I ordered macaroni salad, the macaroni was like, straight kraft noodles and disgustingly mayoey. Usually its very nice elbow macaroni. Often I find when I order the banana pudding, the bananas they use are overripe to the point of being black. And it's not like I'm ordering at a weird time of day or anything. I'm busting my review virginity, cause the food here was booomb. The elote fries were divine. Great mix of crispy fries, corn, nacho cheese(I think), and flaming hot Cheetos. The Nashville hot chicken was awesome, better than a lot of other local spots. Not too hot and full of flavor. The slaw on it isn't overpowering and the pickles were oh so crunchy. Haven't written a yelp review in years, but for Egg n Bird I had too! I've eaten here twice during the afternoon. There was no line for both trips. The employees are very attentive and kind! I have ordered the dirty fries and the island bird bowl. The Food is very delicious. My friend and I compared it to jay bird's and both agreed that this was better. Spice-friendly for those who can't handle too much! Food is seasoned and cooked very well. Prices are very fair and the indoor seating is always clean. So we went to this restaurant to try it out as he was new in the area. When we entered the girl at the register welcomed us. After asking a few questions we ordered two fake chicken burger. After few minutes out order was served. The moment we touched the paper it was wrapped in our hands were OILY. We opened the burger and found that the name of the burger should be "OIL DIPPED EGG N BIRD Burger" Check out the pictures attached. We called the lady and showed her the oil pond in the paper box it was served in and she said it's always like that, and suggested us to use some paper towel to pay it down to remove oil. WOW REALLY, is this 2022 You Mr. Egg & Bird really want to serve OIL DIPPED burgers to make us Sick. Well it was NIT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO EVEN TOUCH IT AGAIN. So I asked her if we can get a refund coz we never expected so much of oil in a sandwich. That was definitely done wrong and if as she said use a paper towel to remove the oil. If that's the real Burger I don't think anybody is going to eat that crap. So to my refund question she said let me ask the manager, we waited there for good 7 to 8 minutes and I never saw her back to the register or me. She vanished somewhere in the back. So I left the crap oil dipped burger on the table and got out of the restaurant. Really bad experience worst restaurant ever seen. In my life I don't want to experience that again and will suggest people to avoid going to this filthy burger restaurant. I I will suggest you don't deserve to work in the food industry if you are serving this kind of food. Taste wise, the fried chicken is not bad here compared to all the other popular places making Korean fried chicken and regular fried chicken. I also liked how this establishment offers a bowl on the menu for those who don't want to eat a fried chicken sandwich. However, my side of fries was the tiniest serving I have ever seen, like it meant to be a kids size serving of fries. I actually had to do a double take and look at my online order receipt and the menu thinking that I accidentally ordered a small side to accompany my sandwich but nope - this is the regular size of the fries. It is so tiny, it included maybe 6 potato strings as fries (being liberal here) for $3.50. That must mean the cost fries has a 10000000% markup, I felt really disappointed with the experience. $3.50 seems very minor in grand scheme of things but I expected the price to reflect the serving size. read more

Chicken was so juicy and crispy, fries were perfectly crisp on the outside but fluffy on the inside. Food came out fairly quick and was made fresh to order so the food was still hot. The crack sauce was definitely crack (coming from a crackhead LOL JK) it was just the right amount of spice and so much flavor. Not only was the food great but the service was top tier! Delish! We had breakfast there yesterday. Had the bacon/egg and avocado/egg but had them both on a brioche bun. The bun is fresh and the crack sauce is yummy but not overly spicy. Today we had the chicken strips and banh mi sandwich. My strips were moist and not greasy. Fries were tasty and crunchy. While sitting and waiting they brought us a sample of the Korean chicken. I then mentioned to my husband it would be delicious over rice and the owner sitting behind my husband stopped eating his meal to bring us out some rice to try to as well. They also didn't give me the Cilantro aioli that I paid for... it wasn't that busy but did have to wait about 15 minutes more than estimated time.
