Well, with my $2 off coupon a sandwich and fries came out to $15 and my 2 "chicken tenders" in the sandwich were more like "chicken nuggets". I was excited to try this new place. It had more spice that your average chick fila chicken sandwich. I had the banh mi chicken. I was happy with it. The orange sauce was very tasty. So the sandwich had 3 pieces of chicken strip, julienne carrot "banh mi veggies". My only complaint is the fries serving is on the stingy side. They were crispy and quite yummy. Ordered a 2 piece tenders with crack sauce, a Nashville chicken sandwich combo with a coke, side of fries, and macaroni salad as well as 2 sides of hot honey. Tenders did not come with any crack sauce even though the menu said it did as well as the receipt... kinda sucks but whatever, I had the hot honey. They were decent with the honey. Wish I was able to try the crack sauce I asked for though.. Fries were cold and wilty. Not really a big deal because I had the paranoid idea that it would be that way anyway. Kinda just wanted to see if I was right. I was. Kind of disappointing. Nashville sandwich is actually pretty dang good. Can't really complain about it. Here's the part that bothers me the most. I paid extra to upsize my coke and it was 100% completely flat. Really sucks. Had to dump it out because flat coke is trash. I should mention I ordered this online... but that wouldn't have really made a difference on anything except the fries.. The only thing giving this a 3* is the fact that the sandwich was pretty good. I have eaten at the location in Pico Rivera, but the Cypress location is GREAT !!!. I was greeted by the staff Dena and Ilana as soon as I walked in, they were both friendly and helpful.
