Next to Reading Terminal Market is Eggs Ale

I love this place whenever I'm in center city staying overnight and Reading Terminal Market is closed I hop over here. Always got a table, open late, great comfort American food and lots of great breakfast food. Prices good for the city, fast service and friendly atmosphere next to the hotel and parking lot.

Crab Cake Eggs Benedict is very delicious (Must try if your not allergic to seafood) The food overall is good The coffee is definitelya No. If you close your eyes and drink it u will not able to tell if its water or coffee . That's how bad it is. Also they included tip on your Bil (22%) Service is decent speed. Place is clean.

We discovered Egg's Ale because we were staying at the Sheraton that it's attached to and figured it would be a quick and easy way to get some dinner after a day out in the town. It's definitely a low key hidden gem in the area. Service was great and the food was even better. Everything we ordered had massive portions. We got the chicken quesadilla, fish sandwich and cheese steak. Everything was excellent, tons of flavor and cooked perfectly. The sandwiches came with fries which was the only thing that weren't great to me. They used a ton of oregano which i'm not a huge fan of, but that's just me personally. Otherwise they were good and crispy. Prices were all great for the area. Definitely cheaper than other places we went to and got a lot more for the price too. Overall, had a great experience and would definitely be back! If you're in the area and you're looking for a quality meal then stop by, make sure you come hungry.

We were attracted to come check this place out with its unique name. Lo and behold they have a great beer menu. There was not a large breakfast menu and it was kind of expensive. The only bad part of our meal was the potatoes. Do not recommend. Servers were kind and constantly checked in and brought refills. It is attached to a hotel and the restaurant is very up to date with the hotel decor.

Egg's Ale deserves more respect than it gets. The food is delicious, the service is excellent. The portions are huge. It comes off as a local diner in a suburb, not one of many restaurants in Center City. Forget the chain restaurants and go to Egg's Ale instead.

This was close to my hotel and decided to grab a quick dinner based on the number of 5- star reviews. Not sure how their rating is so high. The food and service were mediocre at best. Lots of people were saying it's the best Philly cheesesteak and I completely disagree. I'm not a cheesesteak connoisseur but Jersey Mike's Subs in Florida has a better cheesesteak. Service was super slow and the server was the bartender which ended up being very inattentive. Maybe it was an off day.

The food was delicious and the service was very friendly and very helpful. Will definitely come back my next trip to Philadelphia.. It was well worth our 30 minute walk from our hotel ! The spices on the potatoes were an amazing additions!

Small breakfast nook connected to the hotel across the convention center for convenience. We walked in around 9 and finished by 10am. I had ordered the pancakes, which were large but they were very dense and dry so I wouldn't recommend. They have a country fried steak that seemed to be ordered a lot across different customers. They have forgotten the coffee my friend had ordered, but was able to easily take it off the final bill.

I didn't expect to enjoy this arcade as much as I did. I went this past Memorial Day and…read morethankfully, it was not packed AT ALL, it was basically empty. I do think if I went on a day where it was packed, I would not have enjoyed it as much. The racing simulators are pretty cool! The chair shakes while you are racing in order to give it as much real effects as possible. As your driving/racing you have to pay attention to the guides on the floor in colors red, green & yellow signifying you to slow down on certain curves and turns on the different tracks. When you pay for a race, five rounds of racing is included. You can pick your level of difficulty for each round. I went with "rookie" for all of my five rounds and each track was different. It was neat not knowing what to expect each time you began and it was cool to know you could enjoy it even at the most basic level, which is rookie. The food was not bad, but I could've done without it. The fried chicken sand-which was kinda salty, but I was a fan of the truffle fries. The prosecco was good, light and extra bubbly (not pictured). I think the interior was very nice! Being that there was barely anyone, I got to capture some pics which was nice! I see this as being an arcade you enjoy, when it's not many people, as couples and with some friends. Not a place to frequent often, I think.

Very disappointing experience at F1 Arcade Philadelphia during NBA Finals Game 3…read more Our group of eight professionals chose F1 Arcade to watch the game, order food and drinks, and support a local business. With approximately five minutes remaining in the game, the TVs were suddenly turned off without warning. We initially thought there was a technical issue, only to be told that everyone had to leave because it was after 11:00 PM. The issue wasn't that the venue was closing--it was how the situation was handled. No one informed us beforehand that the game would be cut off before it ended, and when a member of our group respectfully expressed his disappointment as a repeat customer, the security manager on duty, Dante, responded aggressively, used profanity, and stated that he "didn't care" because he makes more money than any of us anyway. Customer service and professionalism matter. Unfortunately, the manager's behavior turned what had been an enjoyable evening into a negative experience that left our entire group questioning whether we would return. We hope ownership takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the customer service issues and management conduct at this location.

Woo child!! To be young again!…read more it's my sister's annual birthday week and we finished the night off after walking philly for what felt like 2 hours (25 minutes) and stumbled upon this club! the bouncers at the door were hella friendly (thanks billy) and the security inside kept a tight room. we joined in upon like 4 birthday parties and a full bottle service. needless to say the shots being poured were plentiful. Thank you to the really nice bartender in the orange hat (also a millennial) who grasps the concept of 'it's so loud in here' like it's not a nightclub. anyway the prices of the drinks were great. NO cover charges (that night) the floors were covered in confetti, and it was awesome watching jake paul get his jaw broken on someone's phone! #netflix ps. if you have a video of me acting up in a sombrero--no you don't.

Dear reader, Little…read moreGay Pub was quite easily one of our favourite spots in Philly. We went with a group two nights in a row, and everyone had such a great time both nights, which I think says rather a lot. It is not every place that earns an immediate return visit, let alone the very next evening. The music was good, the drinks were great, and the staff was super nice and friendly the entire time, which made the whole experience even better. The place was also really clean, and it never felt too crowded, which was especially appreciated with a group. There was room to actually enjoy ourselves without feeling packed in or shouted over. The rooftop was absolutely the crowd favourite and was so nice with the great weather. It really gave the whole place an extra bit of charm and made it very easy to settle in and stay a while. The location is also excellent, which made it a very convenient spot to come back to. Overall, this place delivered a thoroughly fun time, good drinks, and a very easy atmosphere to enjoy. We would absolutely go back and would happily recommend it.

I understand safety first but I would have liked to seen more. The bartender was friendly and took my likes and offered me a drink to match them. They did a great job - something sweet with cherries, vodka and a touch of Smokey tequila. Upon hearing it was my friends birthday and us willing to try suggestions made based on our likes the bartender gave us drinks on the house. So amazing!! Great place, amazing staff and yummy drinks. Can't go wrong with that combo.
