A quick beer at Molly Malloys!
Christopher T.

Came for a beer but stayed for the people watching. This was my first trip to Reading Terminal and from the little i know -this is the only place to grab a drink. We positioned ourselves on the corner of the bar and had great service. They have a huge selection of beers but we were pretty disappointed by the tap quality / flatness of the beer. Regardless, its a great pit stop amongst the myriad of small food stalls and shops.

Stopped in for a quick beer and snack before dinner. Sat at the bar, had me a Brawler with a portion of crispy brussel sprouts. Beer was perfect, not too heavy for a dark beer (my fav). As for the Brussels, a little undercooked. Not crispy enough and a tad too salty but then what better to wash down with a second beer. Sat at the bar and service was great with a smile!!

The Nashville Chicken sandwich with chips

The food was amazing the bar was hoping. The service at the bar was great. Nashville chicken sandwich was awesome

Cheesesteak with mushrooms, peppers, and onions. So so good!
L M.

Exceeded expectations. Had a cheesesteak with mushrooms, peppers, onions - wow it was delicious. Roll was delicious with sesame seeds. They have a large bar and seating area but I was meeting up with folks who were all getting other foods. Ate it standing up at a shared table with nice folks visiting from outside the USA. Grab a fork for the yumminess that might fall out. And a couple of napkins. Super good! Would go back.

Nashville hot Chicken sandwhich

All of the food was sooo good I was quite full after this meal! The dip did steal the show though, I couldn't stop reaching for more! The sandwhich was cooked well, and the ricotta toast and just the perfect amount of honey. Although, the Bloody Mary was not the best unfortunately, but I am very picky with my Bloody Mary's. Service and staff were great, checked on us plenty of times and made some nice casual conversation. This was inside of the Reading Terminal Market in Philly and I would recommend you check it out. Vibes are already cute because you're inside the market, and then you can walk around and shop after your meal. And as with many food places in Philly, SUPER affordable especially for how much food / drinks we got.

So cute and low key at the bar I came back again the next day. Reading Terminal has a lot of people and a lot of products. I've been in there many times and still managed to get turned around or find a stall I've never seen before. Trying to find MMs was an adventure: I was outside the Terminal and my friend was trying to direct me to the bar by text smh. Is this how mice in mazes feel? Once there I was enthused at the beer list. I blew my wad too quickly and asked for the draft Kombucha - I guess I thought itd be spiked? Lmao. It was really just draft kombucha. But delish in any event. Next time around I think I grabbed a sour or fruit beer (memory of a 44yo here) with wings and the next day one of the many IPAs. The wings were excellent! Let's see if I have pics. Stand back and stand by.

Challah bread French toast

The food I ordered from door dash was amazing. The breakfast grains were perfect, the blueberries and bananas were fresh and the almonds were crunchy. The challah bread French toast was cooked just right and the blueberries were tasty I didn't even need syrup!

Cheesesteak

Reading Terminal Market never fails. This is one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had. Cooper sharp & added mushrooms. Opted to sit in their little restaurant area, service was quick and prices were reasonable.

Egg & Cheese Biscuit, pop tart and Avocado Toast
Kimberly H.

The food is always delicious especially the egg and garlic aoli on a biscuit! They even have a different pop tart each week this week was a pear pop tart! We also got the avocado toast and it was delicious! The restaurant is always packed and super popular. Very clean and the staff is friendly and fast service.

Molly Molloy's was a great spot to socialize over cocktails and beers during a break from exploring the Reading Terminal Market. The restaurant is laid back and relaxing. The bartender was friendly, cheerful, and provided great service. We had the Watermelon Margarita, Nitro Cold Brew Martini, Cucumber Basil Mule, and the Sparkling Whiskey Lemonade. The drinks were refreshing, unique, and well balanced. Whenever I'm in town, this will definitely somewhere I stop for a few cocktails, to chill and relax.

Fell short even the next day

Well this is the 2nd time we've ordered your biscuits, and they fell short , they aren't fresh anymore, they feel stale .. usually we take a biscuit home as leftovers and it's still fresh .. these aren't .. I hope they start making them fresh

Blueberry poptart of the week

This has to be one of our favorite breakfast spots in Reading Terminal Market! The breakfast platter, breakfast sandwich, avocado toast, turkey sandwich, chicken fingers, fried chicken sandwich - you name it, it's all good! We love to come here on Saturday mornings to pick up the specialty poptart of the week too. It's a perfectly flaky pastry with a varying sweet or savory filling. In addition to the food, they have a great draft list, which also includes a nitro cold brew and a local kombucha. The wait staff never fails to disappoint either - they are so friendly and attentive, and we always leave happy!

We took all the local advice and stayed away from the tourist traps that are Pats & Genos and instead came to the Reading Market Terminal. Our cheesesteaks were so good that we went back the next day! Both our servers were friendly & quick to refill our waters (much appreciated in this heat!) Fun atmosphere in the middle of the market.

They aren't lying when they say that they have an extensive beer menu! I had a Dancing Gnome Kolsch which was very good and then a Corsendork Christmas Ale which was fantastic! I normally don't like spiced beer, but this one was perfect! My wife and I shared the cheese and salumi plate which was so delicious! My only re is not getting the large! My wife had the crispy chicken sandwich which was really good. The crust was crunchy and the chicken was tender and juicy. I had the porchetta sandwich which was recommended by our waiter and was SO DELICIOUS! It is a must! At first my wife was concerned about the limited menu. They may not have an extensive menu but what they do, they do right! Our waiter was really great and very welcoming, especially as we were from out of town. The place has a rustic vibe which fits with its old town location. We loved it! If we ever find ourselves back in Philly, we will definitely visit Glory again!

Pretty good overall!…read more Considerably big space for Philly. They had an upstairs too but I am not sure why it wasn't open during majority of the night. When the big crowd from the conference left they opened the upstairs. The Mac and cheese is SO GOOD. Very creamy and rich, the bread crumbs were an amazing surprise edition. This fatty finished it before the beer came. Lots of beer choices. I took off a start be size they were under staffed. So we were just waiting around for the check and the waitress kept forgetting what we asked for. Honestly, not her fault. There were like ~100 people and only 3 employees that I saw. So no designated waiter for tables. These poor 3 employees were the bartenders and the table waiters.

A quick note for first-time visitors: the restaurant has multiple entrances, and I initially arrived at the back door. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in directing me to the correct entrance. The space has a unique atmosphere. The indoor dining area felt quite dark, but the restaurant appears to have multiple levels, including an upstairs dining area and a bar, which adds to its charm. I started with a cocktail and really enjoyed it. It was fruity, well-balanced, and had just the right amount of alcohol without being overpowering. Based on recommendations, I ordered the burger. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype for me. It could have been cooked better, and overall I wasn't particularly impressed with it. What stood out most was the service. My server was attentive, friendly, and checked in regularly without being intrusive. Overall, The Dandelion offers a pleasant atmosphere, excellent service, and great cocktails. While the burger wasn't a standout for me, I'd be willing to return and try other menu items.

On a whim, I called Butcher Bar and told them I know it's last minute on a Saturday night, but could they accommodate 9 people. They told me if we were there in 30 minutes they could make it work, so we rushed over. We sat at the bar for drinks as they cleaned up a table. They overheard us talking about how The Trough would be nice (feeds 8 for $300, but was more than enough for us 9), and said if we wanted that they could get it started as the table was prepared. We said yes, and were sat a few minutes later with drinks in hand. Jenna (Gema? She had grape earrings) was a fantastic server and just so kind and attentive. She kept the drinks flowing and The Trough arrived sooner than I expected and was everything I wanted for dinner and more. I can't thank Butcher Bar enough for saving the night for my 40th and just providing a fantastic experience. We'll be back, and we promise to give more notice next time! :)

The first thing I did was head straight for my favorite, Cantillon from Belgium. This visit, I tried their Kriek LG, a fruited lambic made by adding sour cherries to a two-year-old aged lambic. All I can say is... WOW! Tart, complex, refreshing, and dangerously drinkable. If beer could win an Academy Award, this one would be giving an acceptance speech. Now, let's talk food. I ordered the Thai Curry Mussels, and they were absolutely outstanding. The broth was packed with flavor, and the mussels were cooked perfectly. They easily rank in the top five mussel dishes I've ever had, and I've done my research! Pro tip: Don't make the rookie mistake of eating all the bread first. Save some for the end so you can soak up every last drop of that incredible curry broth at the bottom of the bowl. Trust me, you'll thank me later. The service is always excellent. John usually takes care of us in the back, and he consistently makes the experience even better with great recommendations and friendly service. In side is cozy and friendly! A sizable pot of plump mussels in their black shells swimming in their liquor and considerable diced garlic and chopped fresh parsley. Delicious. The meal was accompanied by pommes frites and small slices of baguette for sopping. A chilled pint of Elder finished the monk's testament to excellence.
