Was in town to take my mom to an appointment and she suggested this restaurant, which she had dined at before. We were greeted upon entering the restaurant and seated right away. Our server took out order, but it took a while to get our food. My mom's order was filled correctly; however, mine was not. I had ordered the Goodness Gracious - an egg white omelet with spinach, onions, mushrooms. Though the order was listed with feta cheese, I specifically indicated that I didn't want the cheese. However, when we received our order, it had feta cheese. When I indicated that the cheese was included, it seemed as if I caused a problem for asking that I receive what I actually ordered. Unfortunately, when I received the entree without the cheese, it really seemed as if the order was halfed (like I had half an egg). The order certainly wasn't as filling as the first order. Additionally, the server was not attentive. I did notice two folks who came in about 30 minutes after we did, and the server was at their table every five minutes checking in. I had to get the attention of another server at least twice because our server wasn't checking in on us in a timely manner. Basically, I was not impressed. I would have given this restaurant another visit if not for the lukewarm demeanor of the server. I was so put off that I didn't even get a photo of our meals to post on this site!

A very lively brunch/breakfast place, it was very busy but we were seated within 15 minutes. The host was very welcoming and a great first impression to our visit. Our waitress, Tamika was extremely friendly. The food and drinks were pretty good. I recommend the caramel cinnamon smile if you like sweet coffee. I got a Belgian waffle with bacon and i ate every bite. My partner and I were shocked by the affordability for the amount and quality of food we received. We only paid $25 for both of our meals and left with very full stomachs. My only con is while I understand it was busy, it did take quite a while (nearly an hour) to get our food.

Stopped in after checking out of the Airbnb for a good southern breakfast. My mouth had been watering for biscuits & gravy but they were out of them. WHAT...???? The friendliness of the waitress made up for them not having any biscuits (not really). I'll be back in town in April & plan on giving them another shot.

Service was great and waitress was extremely nice / happy. Wide variety of menu options. Cold brew is great. Cute place. Burrito was good, house potatoes well seasoned. Greek scramble was good , cheese grits okay. Crème brule French toast was amazing

A little underwhelmed. Had not been there in a while. Food did not seem as hardy as I remembered from before. Atmosphere was nice and busy. Spent close to $20. Not a fan.

They have great shirts for sale and I bought one for $15. The ladies at the front welcomed us and answered my questions about the shirts. The menu is a variety of comfort food and I felt at home. This style of restaurant is one I love. Family and God first. The coffee is good and it's serve with a real smile. I'm glad this place survived the pandemic. It would have been a loss to this community. From my observation this group works well together which makes the customers relaxed. I asked for my eggs med we'll and I got over easy. Eggs aren't all that hard to make. A gentle tap on the yolk and if it wiggles leave it on the grill. The cinnamon swirl French toast is delicious. A dense bread with lots of flavor. They offered coffee and water to go. I would come again and I'll look for another franchise at our next stop.

I'm visiting town with my traveling with job and stopped in here.I had the Avocado Toast & Eggs and Flavored Coffees Yummy !

When we first came in Dana I guess the manager was not in the front and so we waited at least 10 minutes before I went to find someone which was Cody to help seat us. Then when he sat us down, she still had not acknowledged us or greeted us. She was on the phone the entire time and just walked around. She never walked to greet or check on any customer within the establishment. Very poor management skills. I would have never knew she was a manager until I asked who she was. Interpersonal skills not there at all. Cami (THE HOSTESS WITH THE MOSTESS) she has the best attitude, very personal with everyone she saw in the store, walked around and spoke to everyone, checked and made sure everyone had what they needed. She is a REAL TEAM PLAYER. The food was ok, not hot, I was missing avocados from my omelet but I didn't say anything. The establishment floors were cleaned but the table we sat at was not wiped down, but Cody wiped them down and made sure we were comfortable. L//

There were a couple of people at the bar, others leaving, and one other seated party. So it wasn't packed on arrival, but once we were seated others began to arrive. The dining room isn't very big, it's quaint. Low lighting, white table cloth, candle lit, date night ambiance. Love it! Music playing: R&B jazz instrumentals; a little on the loud side, but not a deal breaker. There was no live music while we were there, but they do offer that on certain days. There is one unisex restroom, It appeared clean and nicely decorated, as was the rest of the restaurant. This place specializes in Charcuterie, meats, cheeses, wine, etc. But we were simply on the hunt for the best steak in Albany. Our server Hannah, was excellent! I hope she's there when I go back. She, and the rest of the staff were all perfect; a breath of fresh air in this customer service drought of a town. Hannah explained the menu, specials, what they offer on certain days, and everything else we wanted to know. She checked on us often, and we wanted for nothing. My husband and I don't drink, so we got a couple bottles of sparkling water and a soda. (This day they offered Pepsi products) For starters we had the Korean Duck Tacos and Bruschetta Al Pomodoro. The sauce on the tacos was a lot sweeter than I expected, but still delicious. Perfect tender meat, and choice toppings. The Bruschetta, was pretty good. But not anything I'd just HAVE to order again. My husband got a Medium Well Ribeye, collards, and creamed potatoes. He said the steak was a HIT:tender and flavorful. No complaints. He enjoyed the collards, and potatoes, as well. I had Lemon Herb half Chicken, Broccoli, and Creamed potatoes. The chicken, and lemon sauce were AMAZING! The chicken seemed brined, baked low and slow, so good. The broccoli tasted steamed and seasoned nicely. I'm not a fan of the potatoes. While they had great flavor, even without the lemon sauce; it was the texture. They were too loose. I prefer a thicker creamed/mashed potato. This establishment gets five stars, because customer service was exceptional, they go out of their way to give you a fine dining experience, and the food was overall fantastic! If you're in the area and in the mood for Charcuterie, or on the hunt for the best steak in Albany like we were: Come here! I do believe you won't be disappointed:)
