I gave them a 3 because unfortunately I wasn't too impressed. They are definitely understaffed which is unfortunate. We came on a Saturday night & the wait was very long, which we expected on a Saturday. But when we were finally seated, there were so many empty tables that remained empty. It took a very long time for our server to make it to the table, but she was very nice & as helpful as she could be. The main reason I gave them a 3 is because I don't believe I received the correct steak. Both of us ordered a ribeye, but they looked completely different. Even the server who brought out the food called mine a NY strip. After telling him I ordered the ribeye, he took it back, then came back a few minutes later saying he was mistaken & it was indeed a ribeye. Other than that mishap, the food was ok. Came in on Saturday for date night. The food and staff was on point that night. Everything we ordered from start to finish was delicious. Stephanie was our server and she was attentive and patient. We started with ceaser salads.The Parmesan crusted lambchops are back. I enjoyed them. Next time I get them I will get them plain. We've never eaten at Longhorn's but their salads are good so we ventured off to try it and it did not disappoint. It was pretty busy even for a Sunday night. I saw lots of families, couples, and groups. The good: great staff, quick service, you get exactly what you pay for. Areas of improvement: drinks could have been stronger -- my sangria tasted like Welch's grape juice. That's it. If you're expecting a Capital Grille experience, you'll be very disappointed but for a chain, it's actually pretty solid for steaks and the like. read more

Tip- on busy nights put your party on the waitlist by going online. You can checkin while you're on the way and won't have to wait as long. My husband and I went on a Saturday night of Mother's Day weekend and only waited 10 minutes in the car after checking in online before we left the house. We were seated and service quickly followed. As you can see from the picture I got the Parmesan crusted lamb chops and a lobster tail. The lobster was okay, not the best lobster and I probably won't order it again but it was tender and had a nice grilled flavor. The lamb chops were just okay too. I got them medium and they were cooked perfectly and tender. The Parmesan crust was good but if I order these again I would do without the Parmesan crust. What they really needed was a good herby salty garlic butter. Overall they were satisfying and 5 lamb chops is a generous portion size. read more

ongHorn has always been one of our favorite restaurants, but this visit was very disappointing. We were seated next to the bathroom and politely asked to move. The hostess, Kalia, was rude and loudly said there were no other tables, even though several were clearly open. After my husband questioned her, she finally moved us. To make matters worse, my food came out cold. Our server was Ok and maybe he was tired considering it was late, but the hostess's attitude and the poor food quality ruined the night. I expect much better from LongHorn. I hope management addresses these issues. read more

I recently visited LongHorn Steakhouse and had a mixed experience, but I have to give major credit where it's due--our server, Anayvah, was absolutely amazing. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, kind, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Her attitude was so positive and welcoming, and she really went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Honestly, she was the highlight of our visit. As for the food, it unfortunately didn't quite match the level of service. My salad wasn't as fresh as I would have liked, and my steak was tougher than expected. However, the broccoli was cooked well and tasted great. Even though the food missed the mark a bit, Anayvah's exceptional service truly stood out and made a lasting impression. I visited this location for the second time ever on 3/3/26 at a little after 6pm. I sat at the bar and stated I wanted to place a to-go order. I was told a specialist would be with me shortly. I was not askied if i wanted a drink so i asked if i could order a margarita. I drank my drink and sat there with an empty glass while i waited on my food. The bartender literilly ignored me. She took care of everyone at the bar except me. I felt like i was in the twilight zone. It was so bad the ladies next to offered me their drinks or to buy me one. I declined. So even if it's policy to not serve to-go patrons drinks, she could've asked if i wanted water or something. On top of that, i finally got my food (the trending lamb chops) at a little after 8pm. It's been a couple of weeks now, but I'm finally getting around to reviewing this restaurant. The thing that really stands out about our visit, is that initially my steak wasn't cooked to reflect my order. The manager, Lesia Graham, came to our table and took care of that, replacing my steak with one that was perfect! She went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied, even taking my order off of our ticket. She was extremely courteous and personable. This is a valued customer service attitude that gets more and more rare these days. Check your receipts and monitor your accounts. I always round to the nearest dollars at restaurants with included tip. So like if my total is $14.54, I pay $5.46 for tip and the total would be $20. Doing this has allowed me to catch when waitress enter for different amounts. They did this at this LongHorn and when I brought it to management's attention. She was nonchalant and told me it was an honest mistake and that she would putting the difference back on my card. I am yet to see it. So beware. We keep trying Longhorn.... We really are hopeful so we wait six months and try a different location. We are beginning to get weary of trying. We were impressed with wait times because usually on a Friday night you can easily expect 45 mins and upwards at any local steakhouse. We were seated in about 15 so good beginnings! Ordered drinks and starters. His salad arrived for his dinner plate before any starters arrived. We ordered stuffed mushrooms and French onion soup for me. My French onion soup followed his salad a close second. Not homemade French onion soup and lukewarm. Next to arrive was our stuffed mushrooms and the filling and cheese were tepid at best. The cheese on top melted but the insides of the mushrooms and filling were still chilled. Almost immediately after came the bread AND our dinner plates. Our table was over full and we had barely eaten one mushroom and now we had to choose between items. He ordered the Ribeye, loaded baked Potato along with the aforementioned early arriving salad. I ordered the sirloin and grilled shrimp with Brussels sprouts. He had zero complaints on taste but his medium steak was medium rare, no warm pink center there. My sirloin was perfect medium but lacked flavor. I didn't even eat a second shrimp because I could not get the first one off the skewer and it wasn't warm. My favorite thing on my plate was the grilled corn! The Brussels sprouts were far from crispy. Too much sweet sauciness for my taste buds, needed more acid to offset. All this said, the biggest reason we get disappointed in Longhorn is their standards of cleanliness and upkeep. Monthly maintenance lists exist for a reason. These lights are ridiculous on filthy. Every light in the restaurant was the same level of filthy. These two had bug tracks...tracks where the bug crawled through the layers of dust and dirt to die a tragic death. And this is OVER tables... I looked as we walked out and even the entrance fixture had the layer of dirt and dust inside it, but even more of it. Mr. Rodenroth, managing partner, time for a closed work party to deep clean and bring up the level of food prep. $100 meal and we left a lot behind. Our waitress benefited most of all because while everything else was less than acceptable, she was great! read more

I've been here a few times before. This location usually stays pretty busy because they offer great service and great food. I visited here Friday to take my cousin out for his birthday. He had the chop steak with rice pilaf and a cesar salad. He added seasoning to his chop steak gravy but enjoyed it overall. I had the outlaw with a sweet potato and steamed broccoli. The steak was seasoned pretty well. I feel my steak was cooked rare instead of medium rare but it was still full of flavor. I just cooked it a bit more before i ate it as leftovers. Sweet potato came with a choice of cinnamon and brown sugar. That was really good per usual. The broccoli was steamed with the perfect crunch and flavor. I also got a long pour of my favorite wine chateau st Michelle Riesling. My cousin ordered a long pour of Merlot. He's into red wines, so he really enjoyed his wine. We ended up sitting at the bar because the wait was roughly 30 minutes. We were called sooner than 30 minutes but since we were already at the bar we decided to stay there instead. Good thing we did, Alex and Laura provided great service despite how busy they were. Only con is the parking. The parking lot is overly crowded with all the take out orders which eats up a lot of dining spaces. People were just parking anywhere. We had to park in the lot of hobby lobby. Came here to celebrate my grandfathers birthday. He loves longhorn but today seemed to be very off for whatever reason. Our waitress was Kayla. I'm not sure if she was overwhelmed or what but she was very short when it came to serving us. I noticed another table she was serving for totally different energy. She messed up on my grandmothers order and made it seem like an issue when we were trying to get her order corrected. Long story short if i were to go back to this location.
