Eggplant Parmigiana

We weren't in the mood for BBQ on for the 4th of July so while visiting friends in the area we decided to stop by 'OG' a place neither of us have visited in a long time. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated (after asking for a booth bs table). We were promptly greeted by our server, Miss Shelly with a menu & drink recommends after asking for her opinion. We ordered our meals at the same time of ordering drinks. The food was soo good! Eggplant Parmigiana & The Tour of Italy. We were quickly stuffed with soup, bread and salad and couldn't finish our dinner. We were so appreciative of Shelly's amazing service, suggestions for upgrades & dessert. I will definitely be back specifically due to the great experience.

Because we were dining on Father's Day, I assume the crowd was larger than usual. Despite the number of people waiting, our party of four was seated relatively quickly, which was a nice surprise. Our waiter was not the best, but not the worst either. It seemed he was either new and still learning, shy, or perhaps just not confident in his role. Maybe it was all of the above. Regardless, he clearly needed more training or experience. I made a conscious effort to be patient and friendly in hopes of making him feel more at ease. Still, he often had to refer to the menu while taking our order and seemed unsure about the drinks. For example, when bringing our beverages, he had to hold them up to the light to distinguish between the Peach Bellini tea and the regular tea. The food took a while to arrive, which we understood given the holiday crowd. I ordered the sirloin with fettuccine Alfredo, my daughter had spaghetti with meatballs, and my husband and son both chose seafood Alfredo. Overall, the food tasted good, though I noticed my portion was noticeably smaller than the others'. Not a major issue, just something I observed. However, there were two incidents that totally turned me off: 1. Our waiter brought drink refills for my husband, son, and another customer at a nearby table. Again, he had difficulty identifying which drink was which. Evidently, the guest at the other table mentioned her tea didn't taste right. The waiter then turned to me and said I was drinking the wrong tea. Now I had been drinking the same glass of tea since before that customer even arrived! It felt unprofessional for him to accuse me of drinking another customer's tea--especially when he was the one who had mixed them up. 2. The ladies' restroom was filthy. I've always heard that if a restaurant's restrooms are dirty, it's a direct correlation to the state of the kitchen. I sincerely hope that wasn't the case, as we had just finished our meal before discovering the condition of the bathroom. Overall, the experience wasn't terrible, but there's definitely room for improvement, particularly in staff training and cleanliness. Since Olive Garden is one of my daughter's favorite restaurants, I'm sure we'll be back--hopefully next time with a more polished experience.

This is a new establishment in this area. Please be patient with the team as they navigate the crowds & create a working environment that will provide the best customer service for everyone. Please be patient as the wait times are somewhat longer than usual. WE all know this area has nothing good to look forward to! At the same time we are hopeful they don't decline as time goes on. Please show them some grace. Now if they mess up, that's a different story! Food was good & fresh-one of my meals was cold...... The service is 10/10-who gets the tip we had so many great servers assisting! It was cold as the Antarctica but I survived. I love it when they dim the lights. I enjoyed my visit It was packed! Of course....... We shall be back!

I wanted to get out of the house since it's been awhile, and have a glass of wine. I chose Olive garden because there have been a viral video on Tik Tok about the .25 wine tasting. Of course I had to see if it was true lol. From what was shown on Tik Tok, they made it seem like you can get unlimited tastings, but I knew that was too good to be true. The maximum number of tastings are only 3. I will say, the pours are only 1ounce, but gives you enough to get a few sips lol. I still enjoyed my time there and being out. I also ordered another drink. It was really good. The bartender was cool. He was busy, but made sure I was taken care of as well. This was my first time visiting this location, and love the ambiance and lighting. Will be back soon.

The East/West Connector Olive Garden is finally open! And Man was it busy. We waited to be seated for about 15 minutes. We ordered our drinks, I ordered water. The salad and bread sticks were on point as always. I ordered the Stuffed chicken marsala. It was really good. Thanks Olive Garden, lets tight up the service a little bit. Thanks Olive Graden. SYOY

My friend and I both ordered the shrimp and grits and they were overly good. I've never had shrimp and grits with an Alfredo-style sauce, but now I get it... I don't want it any other way. The service was just as good as the food. Our waitresses were super kind and friendly. We were seated outside on such a beautiful day but they didn't forget us. They stayed attentive and that made the whole experience even better. My only gripe was the Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte. The flavor was there, but having actual cereal in the drink wasn't my favorite once it got soggy. The texture through the straw was a little off. I think a cinnamon sugar version would've been perfect instead. But honestly, that's minor. I would definitely go back again and again and again. Such a gem!

The matchas were good, they tasted like hot chocolate lowkey, but it was made well, no complaints. The biscuits were really good! I like that you can tell it's freshly prepared: the filet was tender, and crispy. The biscuit fresh and the honey blended well with everything. The eggs were runny, the my were crispy and airy. I don't have any pics, but we'll definitely go back again!!

I ordered "get two" with tomato soup and tuna fish sandwich. The soup was really good. It had tasty croutons added. The included baguette was perfect for dipping in the soup. The tuna sandwich was generous and had a balanced amount of lettuce and tomato. I did not get the names of those who took my order and prepared the food. They all were exceptional!

Quite a while ago, they started looking weird and were doughy when I got them home. Total puffy "biscuit like" bagel. When I inquired about the issue, I was told they didn't "proof correctly". Each time I returned hoping for my favorite bagel to have been "proofed correctly", no success. Gave it one more go just now. Still biscuit like and when I asked why still this way, I was told, "they're fine, they just didn't poke a hole in them". After years frequenting this location, I don't understand why this one bagel doesn't look like the others. And yes, this probably seems silly but it just doesn't make sense. I will need to find another Panera location and see if their Asiago Cheese bagels are having the same problem And young lady at the counter, lose the attitude. It's called customer service!

Jadyn was one of those pleasant surprises you get these days sincere, authentic service. She checked in on us at the right pace and the other customers as well. She was spinning a lot of plates and was doing it well. We had Gelato to end the evening and it was good as well. Def not overly sweet, with real good flavor profiles. The crust was good and the cheese. Now, we are used to typical American pizza so some of the ingredients were unfamiliar like the prosciutto cutto and spicy salami. We all agreed to be open- minded and try it. It wasn't bad but not all that either. I thought all that meat caused the pizza to be soggy and wet in the center. I liked the crust and the cheese. So, I will go back and probably just get a pizza with ground beef, ham, pepperoni and mushrooms. I really wish they would create an Americano Pizza with simple ingredients. The bartender was super nice and personable and the drinks we had tasted great but were kinda weak. I'm a light weight who rarely drinks and I thought they were weak. We each had two and felt nothing. We had the frozen froze'. Overall, I would return again and recommend.

Because of that and with online and phone orders coming in, the wait was a bit longer than expected. I ordered the chicken, shrimp, and steak hibachi along with shrimp egg rolls. To be honest, the food was very disappointing. It lacked flavor across the board, no noticeable seasoning, not even basic salt and pepper. The egg rolls were decent, but still pretty bland. The portion size was generous, which I appreciated, but overall everything just tasted like it came straight off the grill without any seasoning.

I was really looking forward to trying the wings mostly because I head Atlanta had good wings. Well I think you need to go to specific places for those great wings because this wasn't it. First I will say the girl at the register was super sweet and helpful as I tried to figure out what I want. My food also came out quickly even though it was busy. I ordered Thai chili and dry garlic parm wings a hibachi chicken with fried rice, and a key lime pie. Sigh. I didn't like any of it sadly. The chicken wings had a good flavor, but they were DRY and therefore hard to chew. It came with fries which were ok. The hibachi fried rice was made with a chewy rice. The white meat chicken pieces again were dry. I opted for no broccoli, and the cabbage and carrots that I got in it were sweet. Like why was it sweet. I tried to add hot sauce and soy sauce to make it less sweet. But man it was still too sweet. Lastly the key lime pie was...interesting. The crust was loose and dry as if it was missing butter to bind it. The key lime was like a thick gelatin and not custardy. At the end of the day, being from California, I think it's a regional thing. Like I said the place was packed and the reviews are decent. So maybe I'm just used to a different style of cooking. I wouldn't suggest this place though.
