Digging into biscuits and gravy with two scrambled and a side of fried potatoes.

We are SO full! This is my second time here and a great place for a Saturday morning TreatYoSelf breakfast, with the early morning sun coming in through the windows. It has sunshiny, upbeat decor and the staff at the kitchen service line have a full view of the dining space so no one will get left waiting or out of sight. This comes at the expense of a feeling of coziness, but overall it works. This time, I went for the seasonal cronuts, which I recommend to anyone trying this place out. Kinda their thing. I also ordered biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs, cranberry juice, and a side of fried potatoes. The biscuits were very buttery, the gravy full of sausage and flavor. The potatoes are herbal and savory and could be a touch crisper for my taste. Generous portions!

Was craving a cute breakfast spot on our last day of vacation and this was recommended. We went at 10am on a Saturday and only waited about 7 minutes which was nice but it would be so much better to be able to make reservations! As soon as we got sat, I could see the crowd come and there was a line outside. The inside was pretty big and definitely clean. There were a lot of tables that didn't have anyone so it was odd that they were making people wait. Maybe they didn't have enough servers. That's why this review is 4 stars. Having reservations would be great! The service was good and attentive, our food came pretty quickly which was great. The hash bowl and the biscuits and sausage crazy was delightful. I couldn't finish it all so took some home and it reheated great!

Eggs Up is always amazing. The staff is always pleasant and do a great job. Rachael always has the best smile. Always a great family environment and never too loud or crazy music in there. Great breakfast/ lunch place.

Probably the worst dining experience I've ever had. I walked in, sat at the counter, and wasn't greeted by staff--only a girl on her break acknowledged me. Eventually, someone handed me a menu. I ordered a coffee, but they barely had any creamer options available until I had to ask for more. The owner brought it out and seemed pleasant at first. Then the food came. The grilled muffin was tiny, cold, and doughy in spots. I simply asked if it was fresh or store-bought--I didn't complain or ask for a remake. The owner's response? He snatched it off the counter and threw it away. My breakfast platter was no better. The grits were the only thing served hot. The eggs were runny (for scrambled eggs, which is unusual), and everything else was cold. When I asked the waiter if something was off in the kitchen, his reaction made it clear this wasn't a one-time issue. He offered to remake the food, but before that could happen, the owner came back, took my plate--including the items that were perfectly fine--and told me I didn't have to eat anything. The waitress apologized repeatedly and handled the situation far more professionally than the owner did. I came in wanting to support a local business, but this was disappointing across the board--poor food quality, inconsistent service, and unprofessional behavior. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

An easy 5-star review for Eggs Up. A tip o' the hat to Delores for reminding me that I was coming up on 1300 reviews. So, here is my 1300 review. Eggs Up is tucked away, just past Wally World on Walton Way. The inside is brightly lit with an open concept. They have booths and tables. Some booths are small, so make sure you ask for one of the larger ones, especially if you will be PCing it while you dine. Service was fantastic! Our server checked on us a few times during our breakfast and responded to requests pronto. I thoroughly enjoyed my hash breakfast. My over-easy eggs were cooked perfectly, the breakfast potatoes were spiced just right, and the hash was excellent. If you check out my photo, you can see why this is an all-day satisfying meal. Plus one ordered the biscuits and gravy, and she was able to soldier through and eat just over half her meal. I was able to assist and can testify that her breakfast was as good as mine. They have an excellent lunch menu that we will be exploring on our next visit. Eggs up goes right into our breakfast - lunch rotation.

Crab-ocado scrambler with pancakes, home fries and grits

Usually I despise a big menu, but this is most definitely the EGGCEPTION! This place was packed out and I understand why. Eggs Up found a way to balance traditional dishes, but still keeping them unique. Usually a big menu will make my eyes roll, but they know how to make it work. It works because they use traditional breakfast items and create MULTIPLE dishes using those same items. I might have to steal some of these dishes myself. The options are endless . They have so many different breads to choose from. I ordered the crab-ocado scrambler with half home fries and half grits . I got a pancake on the side. I love how I was able to split my sides and try the grits and home fries VS choosing just one. Crab-ocado scrambler - This dish was so tasty . Everything was executed well and blended perfectly. Not one beat was missed . The crunch on the crab cake was really good. Home fries- SEASONEAD and well cooked. Thanks for actually cooking my potatoes Grits- a little watery towards the end, but they were seasoned well . Pancakes- balance between being fluffy but not super thick! My pancake was good and was a good size! Shout out to the cooks in the back!! Y'all cool with me! I'm definitely coming back with friends

Why have I not heard of this place before? Did it just magically appear overnight like a breakfast-themed Hogwarts? Because WOW. We kicked things off with the churro French toast, and let me tell you... this thing should come with a warning label. It's less "breakfast" and more "dessert that calls you sugar daddy." Fresh strawberries, cinnamon, sugar--basically everything your dentist told you to avoid--stacked into one delicious tower of happiness. A little too sweet for me personally, but everyone else at the table was having a spiritual experience, so clearly I'm the problem. Service? Fantastic. Atmosphere? Loved it. Food? Came out faster than I come running when someone says "free samples." I will definitely be back. Breakfast here might actually be the reason I start waking up on time.

Me and my Fiancé enjoy our experience every time eating here, huge fan of the sausage gravy with the biscuits. We live close and it's always packed when we drive by, so it speaks for itself how popular this place is. Good coffee, great service, delicious food.

A delicious bowl of oatmeal full of blueberries, bananas, strawberries!

Service is amazing. I admit I'm late.... didn't arrive until 910 when they were well into service, I can see how they are able to pack it in in terms of customers. It's a very large bright inviting space! Amanda is my server this morning. Beautiful smile on her face, quick to bring me some coffee and take my order. They have an extensive breakfast brunch lunch menu. It was hard for me to take it all in since this is my first visit. I had already decided. I would do a very basic breakfast with some cronuts since they are specialty. So it was oatmeal for me with a beautiful display of lots of fruit on top, including banana, strawberries, and blueberries. I'm guessing I could come back here once a week and only make a slight dent in the menu. Their beverages are definitely worth exploring. Their basic coffee is a medium roast but they also have a dark roast available and then of course they have all the coffee drinks you could possibly want something I find interesting is the offering of mimosas along with some delicious looking mocktails. They also have some upbeat music playing in the background, definitely in the background, which I enjoy. It's closing in on 10 AM and it's a little over half full. It's such a large property. I find it interesting there's no echo and only a slight home of people happily visiting with each other. I happen to be dining alone this morning, but it would be very easy to talk to anyone that sat across from me it feels like they were very conscientious and quite thoughtful with planning how they wanted their restaurant to turn out. It's a close drive for me, but I would definitely take a longer drive to come here and enjoy a meal. I highly recommend it and can't wait to come back to start chipping away at that big menu!! And something I didn't mention there's plenty of parking, which is also a bonus!

I discovered another great spot for breakfast and brunch in Cedar Park, and it definitely hits the mark. This place opens early and closes by midday--which is perfect if you believe, like I do, that breakfast is good any time of day. From the moment I walked in, the service was warm and efficient. The hostess quickly found me a table, and my server greeted me with a smile, menu in hand, and asked what I'd like to drink. I started with a coffee and an order of three cro-nuts drizzled with caramel sauce. The coffee was ok and the cro-nuts were a standout: flaky, flavorful, and indulgent without being overly rich. For my main dish, I ordered the Texas Farmhouse omelette. It was made in the classic style, with fluffy eggs wrapped around bacon, mushrooms, sausage, and green chilis. The flavors were spot on, though I would have preferred the bacon chopped instead of full strips, which made it a bit tricky to cut with a fork. The homestyle potatoes on the side were excellent--perfectly seasoned and tossed with onions and peppers--and the toast rounded out the plate nicely. All in all, this was a satisfying and hearty breakfast. It's definitely a spot I'll be returning to--and recommending to others looking for a quality brunch in the area.

Crab-ocado Scrambler and watermelon pomegranate iced tea.

On a whim my husband n I decided to eat here. What a great choice! The service was excellent--Kyla was very sweet and friendly. The crab-ocado scrambler n fried potatoes were an explosion of rich flavors Their prices are very reasonable too! Go check out this hidden gem-very clean place with lots of seating inside and outside with bright teal umbrellas.

Reasonably priced delicious breakfast with lots of options. Service was fast and attentive. The sausage in the loaded home fries was Italian sausage and not breakfast sausage, that was a little surprising but not terrible. I can't wait to go back and try more options.

Oh, yes, yes, yes! I'm so glad I found this restaurant on Door Dash! The food did not disappoint! The Eggs Up BLT was huge! It was on a large piece of bread and deliciously grilled. There was crispy bacon with tomatoes and a stack of leaf lettuce. Just half of this sandwich equaled the standard sized sandwich at your run-of-the-mill restaurant somewhere else. It was amazing! (Definitely look at the photo!) The kids' meals were great too. The grilled cheese was a large sandwich as well, the pancake was in the shape of an animal face (it had two ears on top), and the french toast was nice and thick. The bread also had a cinnamon swirl. Overall, everything I ordered was prepared correctly and tasted great. I look forward to going the restaurant next and checking out more things to eat.

She let us know the tupepito was a popular item, and the sweet plantain was a favorite among people that liked salty and sweet things. So of course we had to order those! I was looking online, and pepitos seem to be more like sandwiches, but the ones here reminded me more of a mix of a flatbread and taco. And it was delicious and so filling! They give a lot of meat and toppings so I definitely think it's worth it. And the sauces are delicious. They provide garlic, corn, ketchup, bacon, chipotle, and cheese sauce so you have so many ways to mix and match and experience different flavors between bites. But my personal favorites were the corn, garlic, and chipotle. I also saw they have cachapas and tequeños on the menu, so will have to try that some time too! They also have burgers but idk if anyone really comes here for the burgers when there are so many other specialized items on the menu.

Best in the area, and I love supporting small businesses. I got their mega taco and split that with my partner. Kept us both full! Food was made to order but wait wasn't too long. The entrance doesn't look like it'll have all this amazing food, but trust it and you won't regret it! Today i came at 10 am, after some months away, and already a line past the chiropractor next door indicating at least a 2 hour wait until reaching the front.. It gets to a point where this place, that has been loved by many in the community, has become inaccessible to that same community. There should be no reason for someone from this community, who just wants some good Q, to either A. Get in line over 1.5 hours prior to opening or B. Suffer the 2+ hour wait if getting in line even an hour before opening. I wouldn't have written this review if I didn't also come on Wednesday 8/12 only to see yet another line out the door at 130 pm, with meats sold out. I respect how big this place has gotten, but something has to be done to become more accessible to this community which has uplifted them. ... and no spending $170 minimum on their online service just to "skip the line" is not a solution. Everything was warm and the presentation was amazing, even for takeout. The brisket was delicious, my only complaint is you don't get a choice between lean and fatty preordering. I would never buy lean brisket but half the pound was lean. I will say that the lean was still pretty good, just not my favorite. The pork belly was my favorite item that I ordered. Just the right amount of sweet and smoky flavor with the most tender pork belly I've ever had. The chimichurri beef rib was succulent and beyond tender, but not at all overcooked. The Chimichurri sauce adds a nice brightness to the fatty beef rib. Sides are sides right? Not here at interstellar, the Mac and cheese was some of the best I've had at any restaurant! Creamy, cheesy, and that cracker topping put it over the top! The smoked scalloped potatoes were incredible but honestly I was too full to really enjoy them.
