Let me start out by saying I know they recently opened and are working out different kinks to their system. However, this was a horrible experience that ended in us leaving and going somewhere else. We were seated at 12:57 but sat at our table for 20 minutes before we were greeted by a server and drink orders taken. They did bring us biscuits (a frozen heat and serve biscuit) and apologized for our wait before we even had drinks. We ordered the vanilla cappuccino which is the only picture I took. It was fine but incredibly sweet. For our food order we ordered the crispy chicken and biscuits and the crab Benedict. Three times we were told our food was next. We were served our food at 2:15 and the chicken and biscuits looked like it belonged on a kids menu. It was frozen chicken tenders that you could have gone across the street to target to get and fries that were cold. I did not try the crab Benedict because the chicken was just the crowning moment dining here and my partner was NOT wanting to stay. We had some friends that were dining at a different table and they noted that the grits were without a doubt instant. Our food was comped.. along with I'm sure a lot of other peoples dining that day. Our server was apologetic but at the same time didn't seem to care. Other management came to apologize which was appreciated but too late at that point. A breakfast place which has all frozen food AND takes forever won't do great in the Germantown area. Perhaps all of their microwaves just got backed up today read more

The best way I can describe my experience would be very average. Service was pleasant, but they burnt my muffin and tried to serve it to me very burnt. Took forever to re-fire a blueberry muffin. Cappuccino comes from a pre-made machine, definitely not as good as a true Handmade coffee. I would not go back when there are so many other better breakfast places already around. read more

This place is amazing! I ordered a veggie omelette, breakfast potatoes and chose an english muffing for my bread. The omelette was cooked to perfection. There were actual chunks of the veggies in it rather than slivers like what I have had at Toasted yolk. The service was amazing. My waitress Regina acted like she actually enjoyed her job and wanted to be there. The whole vibe was good and they have a rewards program. I will be back tomorrow!! read more

DO NOT TRUST THEIR GLUTEN FREE ITEMS!! I have celiac disease. I ordered GF pancakes. About an hour after eating there I had the most intractable vomiting that I have EVER experienced in my life. I could not stop and was after puking my meal, vomiting foamed saliva and stomach acid more than 50 times. It was the most agonizing experience of my life. My husband and I are both physicians and nearly called an ambulance on me. Could barely get off the floor and couldn't stop vomiting. My toilet trained 3 year old peed on herself - either in fear or because I couldn't take her and didn't realize she had to go. If not gluten issue (which I truly think so) then the other concern is bad food poisoning (but I think less likely because my son ate off my plate and he was fine). Manager insists the food was GF and will investigate. Never disclosed the mistake. I was nearly destroyed yesterday but now that I am recovered today I am obviously angry and want to warn others!! btw - one of my first days off with my husband and kids in as long as I can remember! We were supposed to go to the mall and the pumpkin patch that day! Instead I spent hours on the bathroom floor until I managed to get off - throw up violently in the parking lot - and then repeatedly over myself in the car. If you saw someone dying at the Southaven mall - yep that was me! DO NOT EAT THERE!!!! read more

I had the Hash Benedict with cheddar garlic grits. It was delicious but the garlic was overpowering so I couldn't taste much else in the grits. That said I would order this meal again...with plain grits. The Benedict was fabulous. Our server was bubbly, very friendly and happy to serve us. Friendly? We were here for breakfast and lunch today. The place is overrated than what some of customer are saying about this restaurant. The waiting time was okay but there was no where to sit while we were waiting for 30 minutes. We sat down but we were not waited on until one waitress notice. She took our drinks ordered and relayed to our waiter. He did pass our table before hand. However, he did bring our drinks and so the other person. Then later h took our order. We waited for our food a little while. The food came out but we notice three of the four plate were small portion. One plate had little seasoning and thereafter, there was hair underneath that one bite away from finishing the meal. We decided not not to complaint about it. We notice that the manager came by our area and and greeted two tables. We probably will not be back. read more
