Patty o sullivan and banana foster waffle. Life changing. I see a couple mediocre reviews, so let me offset with a handful of choices we have tried. Sweet potato pancakes. If you like it sweet, this is it. It has a glaze and an amazing moist base. One plate really should be split. Eggs Benedict with hash is amazing. Hollandaise tastes a touch off, but doesn't distract. Hash. Yes, allllll the crispy please! Rye toast (we don't butter) is great, but it's really not the main dish. Kids meal with eggs, pancake and bacon is great, but try to ask for the bacon crispy. It's done, but I don't like any wiggly bacon- they aren't mind readers, so be sure to ask. Blueberry pancake- I am tough on wet stuff on my pancake unless it's syrup. They do well, but it's hard to impress me. Blueberry muffin, grilled. Well then, you can hang up the pancake, they did the muffin better. Moist and warm. Great service. Better food. Try to get one of the bar waitresses on a table, attentive and friendly. Busy, but rightfully so. Great coffee black or creamed and sweetened. My daughter begs to go. We decided to give them another try now that they have been in business for quite a while to see if they had ironed out the kinks and they did not disappoint! I was ready for a different breakfast spot. I like the Woodruff Rd location. But, here we are in Greer this week. It wasn't as good, kinda sad really. My scrambled eggs were flat n wet. I don't eat wet eggs, thus I ordered scrambled. These weren't even fluffy though. My toast, yeah, more like warm dry bread. As you can see in the pic. Not a sign of "toasting" on the slice, cold too. Even the to thick butter/margarine didn't completely melt. The thick bacon was nice but wasn't crisp, rather it was floppy n greasy. My home fries I was also looking forward to, coated in grease n flat in taste. I nibbled at the potatoes. Gave the eggs n bacon to him to eat. Neither of us ate the rye toast. Visit was on 26 March 2022. I usually review places while I am out traveling for work. This is one of the local breakfast places that I have been to while out running Saturday errands. I live close to the one in Simpsonville and one on Woodruff Rd. We were in Greer and we had a friend with us from out of town so we gave this location a shot since the others were nice. Food shouldn't make it to the table undercooked. My bacon and my wife's bacon was barely over the cooked line. And my wife's pancakes were rushed to the point there was uncooked batter in the middle and had to be swapped out. The rest of the food we ordered was ok. Our server was great as well. read more

This is our first time at this location. It did not disappoint. The place was very clean, the food was fresh and taste delicious. This is now one of our favorite places for breakfast. Pretty happy with our first visit to Eggs Up Grill Greer. We had a little bit of a wait which is to be expected on a Saturday morning but the service was prompt and the food was great. Made my eggs perfectly the way I like it (Over hard)...good service...decent prices...not a long wait. Would recommend!

Bad all around. Started fine, but soon after we came in they allowed a dog to not only come in the restaurant, but sit in a chair at the table. The dog was not labeled as a service dog and no one asked for papers or anything. The dog continued to sneeze 7-10 times AT THE TABLE! Then, we get our food. The hash browns were undercooked, so we had to send them back. The server took the entire plate back to the kitchen and said she would bring the eggs right back. Well, she forgot. Then, when she remembered she brought back the same eggs which are now cold eggs and eggs that have traveled all over. You could also see into the kitchen from where we were sitting and one of the line cooks was eating food with his hands, while on the line, and while wearing the same gloves as he was cooking with. We told the manager and he did nothing at all. Our family will never be back! read more

I must've had a first time bad experience? Idk based on review I came in and was very surprised at the bad service and bland no taste food. Ordered the steak and eggs (medium well) both my order and mother's steak were cardboard hard well. The toast was cold with a heavy cold butter spread on top. Eggs cold also. Our server came once.... with the plates and I had to call her over the other few times for napkins cheese coffee. Really bad experience. I didn't complain just wanted to leave. read more

This is our favorite breakfast/brunch place--OVER, and OVER, and OVER AGAIN. It never fails and the staff is fantastic. We've visited other Eggs Up Grills across the state and they NEVER disappoint! The Greer location doesn't fail to meet the same benchmark, and we are very excited that it's so close to home!--They make the perfect hollandaise for their Eggs Benedict, and their Banana Fosters pancakes/waffles are AMAZING, not to mention their SWEET POTATO PANCAKE IS OFF-THE-CHAIN with its own syrup! The wife and I enjoy going here most every Sunday after church for brunch. Good selection of breakfast and lunch items. Friendly staff and plenty of seating. Bar seating available. Omelets are a little on the small side. If you're looking for a sampler, try the Three Little Deuces--two eggs, two pancakes, and two pieces of bacon or sausage. One thing to watch for though is the wait time. The reception staff can't yet accurately estimate your wait. They'll often overestimate the wait by 2-3 times your actual wait. I've seen people leave who were told their wait would be 40 minutes and then someone who came in after them was sat in 10 minutes. read more

Quaint little location, spacious, plenary of parking. We have been there twice. The first time I had the eggs Benedict. It was excellent the second time and egg omelet with vegetables and there were so many vegetables the egg was difficult to find. I wouldn't get that dish again. The server was attentive and the service from the kitchen was good. It's not to the exceptional level yet, but close. Oh my gosh! This place is the absolute BEST for brunch. I'm only 8, so I got stuff from the kid's meal, but... The sausage was great, the french toast was superb, though the omelet wasn't as good as the first time I went, that's hard to do. I try to give a restaurant 3 tries before I completely give up! This visit was absolutely the worst. Today is a holiday but the restaurant seems to have adequate staffing in quantity, but the quality of service provided by our waitress, Sarah, was awful! Sarah wasn't very pleasant, and my husband and I had to continuously wave Sarah down for service. When Sarah did come to the table on her own, she would ask how we were doing, but not wait for an answer from my husband or me. My food was absolutely horrible. I ordered a corned beef hash omelette and grits.. both were cold. My son's fruit didn't look fresh. I even had to take my method of payment to the front and ask to pay because Sarah never came back after giving us the bill, even after a few attempts of waving Sarah down again. The only time Sarah seemed pleasant was when she handed us the check.. it was at this time she tried to interact with me 18 month old... needless to say, no tip was given.. The manager ( I am assuming this lady was the manager because of her shirt) seemed nice and immediately assisted when I asked to pay the bill. We tried Eggs Up Grill out for the first time today. We were disappointed. I had ordered the banana foster. It was too hard to eat. I asked the waitress if it was supposed to be hard like it was. She had the cook make another one and brought it out. It was just as hard as the first one that was brought out. I have had banana fosters elsewhere and any of them were very enjoyable to eat with the creamy caramel sauce. But this was caramelized and hard to where you couldn't eat it. It wasn't any good at all! It's not like any banana foster I have had in the past. I don't recommend it. My husband said his food was about a 2 star or less. We just didn't want to argue about it. We just wanted to pay the bill and leave. We definitely will not be back. read more
