Been wanting to try Eggs Up Grille out for a while now and we were finally able to get in without a huge wait! They focus of breakfast, brunch and lunch and typically close by 2pm. We arrived at 1:20pm on a Sunday and while the place was busy, we were able to be seated quickly. There is a shared parking lot in front of the location so lots of parking is available. I ordered The Chomlette, I was pleasantly surprised with how much chorizo was in this omelette! Tons of meat in every bite! I opted for the english muffin and homefries as my sides. Huge portion of home fries (although I felt they could've been seasoned better than they were and they also were missing that little crunch that you often get with home fries. I also opted for a side of biscuits and gravy. Little flat but I appreciate that they had a little grill on them providing lumina texture with a really good sausage gravy. I tried the apple cider mimoso and wasn't impressed. It tasted like sparkling apple juice that you get out of a bottle versus an actual Mossa. I would stick with the classic. My husband got the Philly cheesesteak omelette with home fries a side of country ham and a pancake. The pancake was good but he would not order the country ham again as it was just too salty. Is all it was packed with me which is great his home fries looked like they came from the bottom of their holding space. So it's interesting to see the difference between his and mine. Came across this place today as a half way meeting place for breakfast. It is in a strip mall next to a Publix. We were a party of 5. We were seated quickly and our server was Tiffany. She was very nice and attentive. The food was ordered and it came out quickly and hot. My son picked the pancakes with chocolate chips, my other son picked biscuits and gravy, I picked the homesites with scrambled eggs and sausage links and my husband picked some breakfast bowl. This is my third time visiting so obviously the food is good but I can't help but notice some changes since the first time I visited about a year ago. It was brand new and the owner was present, very friendly and even walked around from table to table asking if you were pleased. Our hostess then was Carolyn R. and we had her again this weekend. I'm not sure if she is the top waitress or not but SHE SHOULD BE!!! This is the person you want training ALL YOUR OTHER WAITRESSES! She's efficient, thorough, friendly and clean! The manager was present this week when we went and she was so blah... no personality, no smile, no nothing! The portions have gotten a lot smaller! The hash browns they put on your plate are actually for a toddler. I just think with the cost of the food, the portions could be more, so again food is good but don't expect to be full when you leave and if you want to keep them coming KEEP CAROLYN and promote her! We tried to join the waitlist virtually but that wasn't an option (don't know if that's an every day thing or weekends only) but based on the reviews we weren't surprised to see many people waiting outside when we arrived. Thankfully the wait time for two was only 15 minutes, and they hit that mark exactly. Walking into the restaurant I was immediately struck with how bright and open it was, with a bit of a diner feel with the booths and tables. Service was quick and friendly. I ordered the veggie omelet with cheese, home fries and an English muffin. My husband ordered the shrimp omelet with grits. The food was served quickly and exactly to order. My omelet was full of fresh ingredients, the potatoes were cooked perfectly! My husband enjoyed his omelet and said the grits were flavorful and cooked perfectly! And we always have plenty to take home for later. Decently priced brunch place that we went to as a group of nine. Seemed a little understaffed but seated us relatively quickly. The waitress spent a lot of time talking to her coworkers while we waited for drinks for ~10 minutes. Water cups were empty for 15+ minutes before refilled after asking directly. We ordered iced coffees and never received them as well. When we were finally able to order it was relatively smooth and didn't take too long to come out. Home fries were not good, and everything needed some more salt. Mimosa carafes decently sized for $20. Waitress was rude at one point and then came back to the table to thank us for still tipping her decently. So I guess she was just having a bad day or something - trying to give all of the service industry grace right now. And second, the food was very good with no problems in ordering and portions were very generous. Also another plus was we got the food Super quick! I mean in under 5 minutes! I ordered the Ultimate omelette and it tasted great,as you would expect. Pricing is maybe just a tad more then average. The atmosphere was relaxing and windows all around to make it feel not crowded. If you are looking for breakfast or brunch; then, I would definitely recommend. We have two little kids and the service was quick enough that there was minimal fussing. The kids both loved their food with the kids menu being perfectly customizable to each of their likings. Both plates were almost empty by the time we left. Both of the adult meals were great, too! I am a fan of the Philly Benedict when I want to go a little different. It is a great combo of a philly cheese steak meets breakfast. The service can't be beat! Incredible food great mid 50's diner vibe. My girlfriend has taken me to this place and its the perfect place to go and get breakfast classics with a modern twist. Just recently I tried their new Pumpkin Praline Pancakes and after the first bite i was in awe! Everything tasted so good with the nuttiness and sweetness of the pumpkin! They have so many side options and many combinations to go with your food. As an appetizer we split a blueberry muffin that they toss on a griddle, and it tasted phenomenal. Breakfast was delicious - truly the fluffiest Belgian waffle I have ever had. And while I'm not an "egg snob" - there's truly nothing I love more than good scrambled eggs.
