So this waitress Carmen she forgot to ask my for id when i just purchased a mimosa and on top of that the hostess Gigi she told us not to give our therapy dog a food and then she didnt believe that we had a therapy dog so what kind of ridiculous employees who doesn't give our therapy dog a food and not ask a 25 year old person like me an id like im not even 32 like person that are 31 and under should alway be ask for an id before purchasing any alcohol drinks like you cant just give them a drink without checking an id like who does the bar tender would not do that if they where them and at the end i told them that i pay for the mimosa separately and they add mimosa in the recipt That's why i give them a one star and 18% tip boom! read more

I was happy to discover another breakfast place that wasn't too far away. We got there on a Sunday morning around 10. I was worried it would be crowded, but it looks like we just beat the rush (that piled in after). Our server was super friendly, efficient, and attentive. The coffee was very hot and delicious. I liked that Eggs Up had a lot of options to choose from on their menu, with some interesting choices. I love corned beef hash, and there were so many options just for that -- omelet, benedict, and plain ol' hash. I decided to try the Patty-O-Sullivan omelet this time around, which is corned beef hash inside an omelet. The corned beef hash definitely tasted homemade and not from a can. I think I prefer it by itself or possibly on top of a benedict, though. We'll see next time. I'll definitely be back and add Eggs Up to our breakfast rotation. read more

Went with a group of coworkers and got the biscuit which with a side of the breakfast potatoes. The egg was cooked perfectly, but the biscuit was so hard I almost couldn't cut through it. The breakfast potatoes were also on the dry side. I don't know if it was a one off on the potatoes or if that's how they normally make them. This is a cute place, though. OK breakfast food. I will say we came soon after opening because Hubby had a birthday reward which took quite a while to find someone who knew how to redeem it. I would think that would be part of basic training. I only got a waffle which was like typical waffle anywhere. I don't like Montreal Steak Seasoning on my breakfast potatoes so didn't try an egg dish. I really wish they would offer plain potatoes. Basic breakfast food... kinda expensive for Breakfast food... unfortunately I was a single seat but didn't want to sit at the bar area which visually annoyed the host.. not feeling the love!! Oh well... waitress was good helpful the omelet was military style fresh ingredients so was happy.. pancake was good... home fries horrible to say the least cold soft and mushy with no flavor. 45 minute wait a d half the restaurant is EMPTY! When we asked why the wait was so long they said they are trying to not slam the kitchen. Meanwhile people are literally walking away at the door because they are walking in- seeing all of these tables open- and not understanding why there are 2 people standing at the host stand just standing there doing nothing. This is completely unacceptable. My friend is pregnant: we wanted to sit at the bar and they wouldn't even let us sit there: they wanted to know how many of us were eating: because they needed to take note of who was ordering food. I said there are 4 people in our party and only 1 person eating. Isn't the bar open seating. And the host said not today because we are trying to help the kitchen: seems like a lot of money is being lost for no reason. My pregnant friend is so stressed and was asking how much longer and the host rudely replied to her "there's one party ahead of you- here's some crackers" . Like take these crackers and shut up I can't even believe this right now. They can't even melt cheese on my sandwich. After 2 tries sending it back I give up . Now Bryan the server =AMAZING. What a wonderful guy honestly: I have always had Celeste and she's wonderful. We can now add Bryan As an amazing human who empathized with how absolutely sh*tty this experience was for us. There are no words. Thank you Bryan for trying to turn it around. Unfortunately everything leading up to this and then the quality of the food that was delivered to me was disgusting. We had about a 15 minute wait for seating, but unfortunately it took awhile for the food to come out. When the food finally came out our eggs and corned beef hash were less than lukewarm. The strawberry cheesecake pancakes were very delicious and were worth the wait however, as they were hot enough to enjoy. Unfortunately as I was leaving I heard some servers talking about others "not doing their jobs", but I have no context on what that conversation was actually about. I hope we can try this place another time on a better day, as I'm sure I would've enjoyed my food a lot more if it was served promptly and at the right temperature. read more

I ordered the Grand Classic breakfast and my wife ordered the waffles sandwich. The portions are large. We received our food was piping hot. Our server was courteous and friendly. First time visiting this restaurant after numerous recommendations. They seem to be understaffed as the wait was 25 minutes although there were 12 open tables inside. I eat at a small family owned restaurant 4-5 times a week and would like to make a suggestion. Try seating all the guests standing outside and serving them water and coffee while they wait to be served. It's a better use of time and guests would enjoy the restaurant a lot more. Another much needed addition close to Downtown Winter Garden, Eggs Up Grill is a bright and cute diner. They are open for breakfast and lunch. Recommend arriving at least before 9:30am on weekends if you don't want to have to wait a long time. There is alway a wait mid morning on the weekends. The breakfast menu has so many options, including your traditional breakfast options. I really love their corn beef hash, especially after a night of many drinks-- it really hits the spot. One thing I've noticed on a few visits is that the food takes too long. Usually places like this want to flip tables quick to get as many diners in as possible, but for some reason once you get your order in, it seems to take a while. So if you're not in a rush, it might not be a big deal. read more

I'm so happy to have stumbled on this new breakfast spot! I've been at least 6 times now and each trip has been a good choice. I have a go to breakfast order and Eggs Up had it on menu almost exactly how I order so I was excited to see this on my first trip. Beyond my omelet I've tried the sausage gravy with the biscuits and as a born and raised southern girl I can confirm the gravy holds up! One small mention that my weekday trips have resulted in my omelet being "better" as I think they aren't as rushed and my weekend trips have given me a toastier omelet than I like however still a solid meal. Next trip I'll try to brand out some on the menu habit in the meantime I'm happy!! read more

The food was not warm when brought to our table and the toast was cold. The waitress didn't come by to ask us if we wanted a refill on the "not so good coffee". The bacon had a lot of fat and the home fries tasted liked they have been cooked on a dirty grill. The prices were too high for what you get. I asked about adding a stack of pancakes and the price for ONE pancake was $4.50! She also gave us the wrong meals and I believe she knew this before delivering the food b/c I saw her move the toast over to the other plate. They also didn't bring butter with the toast and said we had to request it. Needless to say I do not recommend this restaurant and will not be back!!! read more

This place was amazing. Not sure what has changed but the food quality has gone down considerably in the last month. The servers are great and consistently great but the food just isn't up to par anymore. Food comes cold and half the table at a time. I see why now. I was there last week and made the mistake of sitting near the kitchen. I've never seen such Chaos and vulgarity as I did that day. My server was Jasmine and she is amazing. I've had her several times. The whole place was fairly quiet and not busy until the manager came in and was yelling at the staff and swearing at them. I was shocked. She screamed at the kitchen and the whole restaurant could hear it. It was awful. She then walked over to the cooler and referred to the staff as " f-ing idiots". It was bad. I felt awful for all the other staff. The servers are great and the whole reason why I come back and bring people back. But this day my heart broke for them that they had to deal with that. The owners should be embarrassed that this is what they have representing their establishment. Hopefully she was just having a bad day but it was stressful just eating there. I hope that they can get it together and this won't happen in the future. Customers shouldn't have to hear a managers melt down and the no staff member deserves to be treated that way. I will be back in hopes that this was an isolated incident. read more
