Very nice atmosphere to walk into from a bright, burning Texas summer. Everyone was nice. Cody helped me and I believe she had her coffee already since she was in a very cheerful mood. She was very attentive and I never wanted for my lifeline, coffee. I had the avocado benedict with some pancakes and turkey bacon. Have been looking for a new sit-down brunch place in the area and so far this is the one. The restaurant was pretty busy but we joined the Yelp waitlist and only waited like 5 minutes to be seated. Firstly, the fresh squeezed orange juice is so good I could have a gallon of it. I ordered the very berry pancakes and not only were the pancakes huge, they tasted great too. FOOD 10/10 Amazing! Wife and I both got the Southern Combo. Daughter got the cinnamon roll pancakes. Sausage was perfect and plentiful. Biscuits were perfect, fluffy, flavorful. Sausage gravy was a tad bland, but you just add a touch of pepper and have a bite of your sausage with it and it becomes a 10/10. Hashbrowns were honestly the best ive ever had, EVER! They were the perfect level of crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and they didnt completely lose their form when digging into them. Eggs... When you have "egg" in the name of your resturaunt you better be 100% on top of your egg game, and they absolutely were 100% on top of their egg game! Perfectly cooked without overcooking. Cinnamon Roll Pancakes were divine! Portions were huge, so of course there was enough for me to try. The flavor and texture had me questioning if i'd ever choose actual cinnamon rolls over these pancakes again. This place is my go-to brunch spot when I don't want to have any alcohol and just want high quality food. Let's look at some topics that most people judge their experience based off of and I'll give you my opinion: Ambiance: The restaurant is designed around a farmhouse aesthetic with white walls and your classic wall signs with cute sayings on it. The interior is open and airy and not bogged down with booth dividers. Service: I have been here at least five times so far and each time I have always had the best service. From checking in with the host to the servers they never miss a beat. I have never gone more than 15 minutes after putting in order before it has arrived to the table. Furthermore, my drinks have never gone fully empty as there is continuously someone coming around topping off coffees, water, or your server bring you another glass of your soda. You'll even have a manager swing by your table to ask how everything is going and truly wants to hear about your experience. Food: Now this is where they truly shine. They have plenty of offerings for everyone in your party. I will highlight some of my favorites. Biscuit and Gravy Omelet: If you are anything like me and love biscuits and gravy then you will love this. The inside of the omelet has cheese and biscuits with the outside topped with a great serving of their delicious sausage gravy. I highly recommend this to everyone. Cinnamon Roll Pancakes: If you are looking for something more on the sweeter side then I cannot recommend this enough. The swirl of cinnamon baked into the pancakes with the sweet glaze drizzle makes each bite enjoyable. Meat Lovers Skillet: There is nothing better in this world (well to me and maybe not vegetarians) is meat and this has plenty of it. You get ham, bacon, AND sausage (no more picking just one) loaded on a plate with a hash brown base and covered with cheese and your style of two eggs. I highly recommend getting it covered with sausage gravy to elevate the experience. Price: Everything is reasonable priced for what you are getting. You can easily spend roughly around $25 (not including tip...don't be too cheap y'all!) for two people but leave fully satisfied. Overall I highly recommend checking this place out for yourself. Be forewarned that the wait can be awhile depending on the day and time you go but it is well worth it. read more

Update: We have ordered from the Allen location many times now and we are NEVER disappointed! Since my past review we have tried the biscuits and gravy with hash browns, they're perfect. The biscuits are soft and fresh, the hash browns are tasty and not overcooked, and the gravy is perfect, no need to add salt and pepper. I believe their biscuits and gravy are the best I've ever had, including my own. We have also had the cinnamon French toast. After I ate here I felt like I died and gone to heaven. It was THAT good. I am so happy to have found my new favorite brunch place! What we tried was: salmon lox toast, avocado toast, chicken friend chicken, and the cinnamon roll pancakes. I know it sounds very basic to get avocado toast when you're out at a restaurant, but I was craving it, and I was so so satisfied with their avo toast, it checked every box for me. Came with 1 piece of toast cut in half and 2 eggs and a side of your choice. The salmon lox was good as well if you're into capers and red onions like me! but I had to add my own seasoning to make it better. Chicken fried chicken was so delicious. Crunchy on the outside, perfectly seasoned on the inside. Was not some plain ol' dry chicken like some chicken fried steaks I've tried. We ordered the lunch portion so that we could get some French fries with it, and it even those fries had some good seasoning on it. I think my favorite part of all was the cinnamon roll pancakes though... I have never tried anything like it. We ordered it with the pecans which made it had a nice crunch in each bite, and the sweet glaze drizzle was to die for. It was very sweet, but really delicious! I am usually NOT a fan of sweets or even pancakes... but these, I would definitely order again. The menu here is also HUGE! It literally could cater to anyone. The service was also great, waters were always filled, waitress came back multiple times to check up on us, and even a manager was walking around checking up on people. Unfortunately, that was necessary, bc my companion had to send her meal back -- twice. If the same waiter that took the order was the one who served us, he would have known what the order was & we never would have gotten that. That's a management process issue, & the wait staff was as accommodating as they could be. Still an exasperating experience. The MOD came by at the end of the meal, yet that felt cursory.
