The vegetables were fresh and also not cooked to oblivion - they were perfect. Whoever is in their kitchen, really knows how to prepare/saute veggies properly AND my over-medium eggs were also textbook! I've been a loyal customer of Eggsquisite for five years, visiting weekly, and have always appreciated the great food and friendly service. However, my recent experience with a server named Patty was extremely disappointing. This was the second time we've been served by her, and both times she displayed a noticeable attitude.During our visit, my mom ordered a skillet and requested a side of crepes, willing to pay any extra charge. Patty refused, stating that crepes weren't part of the complimentary side options. When my mom said she was fine with the upcharge, Patty became confrontational, asking if my mom was in a bad mood or if she was angry . This was completely unprofessional and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. It was upsetting to see such a disrespectful attitude, especially since every other server here has been over the top amazing .Despite the delicious food, Patty's behavior ruined the dining experience. Thankfully, another server named Susana noticed the issue and checked on us. Her outstanding service was a bright spot in an otherwise unpleasant visit. I hope management addresses this issue with Patty to ensure all customers feel welcome and valued. I would hate for this one negative experience to deter me from returning to Eggsquisite, a place I've always enjoyed. read more

After browsing the menu for a few minutes, our waitress came over, and since I was torn between several dishes, I asked for her recommendations. I decided on the spicy chicken and biscuits but requested it deconstructed, along with a side of sweet potato fries. Our food arrived in a reasonable time, and everything was delicious! The biscuits were flaky and buttery, the chicken was perfectly seasoned and fried, and the scrambled eggs were just how I like them. My family and I had an amazing breakfast at Eggsquisite Café in Rockwall! I tried the avocado toast with lox and eggs, and it was absolutely delicious--fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The combination of creamy avocado, smoked salmon, and perfectly cooked eggs made for a great start to the day. My kids ordered pancakes, and they were thrilled! The pancakes were fluffy, light, and served with plenty of syrup and fresh fruit. The service was fantastic--friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Absolutely loved our breakfast at Eggsquisite! Walked in and had a 15 minute wait for a Saturday which was better than expected given the amount of people inside and waiting around us. Seating is very close to other tables so not very intimate at all, but it's a louder environment which helps make it feel less awkward haha. Ordered pancakes and a classic breakfast. The pancakes are absolutely gigantic! Got the seasonal pumpkin ones mixed with the cinnamon bun flavor. So good and sooo buttery! Classic breakfast was very tasty also- perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and the bacon and sausage were not overdone. Hubbys fried chicken and waffles were also super excellent!
