The manager was very rude! My waiter Justin was awesome as always! The manager was acknowledging certain people and certain people he was not acknowledging. Just stay off the floor if you are not going to be kind to everyone! He even called my waiter away from speaking with me. When my waiter was speaking with other tables longer than he was with myself. I've been coming here 4 years and never once felt so uncomfortable. To the point I got my food to go mid way through my meal. The new owners definitely need to correct this at least I hope they do because it affects the representation of the restaurant. Had it not been for the manager Gatsper I believe his name was I would have given 5 stars because Justin and the other waiters are so friendly and kind. This is the best breakfast spot in the Rockwall area. Our family (with small kids) comes once a week, it's tradition now, and everyone loves it. From picky toddlers, my wife's high expectations, to my clean dietary choices, everyone has great options. The food is to die for, and you don't necessarily have to get the heavy stuff to be satisfied. The employee/hostess at the door was very professional. We knew it would be busy during the time and day we dined and were more than happy to wait. As we waited we did catch a few conversations between customers and the hostess, she did her best to satisfy customers that were upset and frustrated about their wait times when using the app to get a table. So, if you're going to dine here be cool and try to go easy on the staff because they're great. The space inside is a little tight and the booths are a bit small-- so, if you're expecting more than four people to join you go ahead and opt for a table. Ate here Saturday morning around 9:30 am, July 22nd. Place was packed but we only waited 10 minutes for an indoor table. There is outside seating too. Inside was wall to wall people, tables are close, and 1500 waiters are running past you. They did the best with what they have but it was tight and loud! Small room fully packed. We ordered within a few minute of being seated and the food came out less than 10 minutes later. Coffee cup stayed full and they had an assortment of creamers. My biscuit and gravy omelette was scrumptious. I also had the side of pancakes, which is two huge pancakes. So when I ordered two sides of pancakes I received four big ole' flap jacks! I only ate two of the four. My wife had the Very Berry and she liked it but said it was really sweet. For the two of us we made it out around $50.
