This is a standard Einstein's: bagel display, coffee station. The problem is the restaurant layout.  I arrived when it wasn't busy, so there was no clear line. People didn't know how to get to the front. People would walk past others who had completed their orders. When it's busier, it's clear to walk thru the dining room to get to the front of the line.  This is a bad traffic set up. My sesame bagel was fresh and toasted right. My plain shmear was good.  The employees weren't rude, but won't win any congealitity contests. This isn't my town, but if it were, I'd choose a different one.

I have a love/hate relationship with this location. Sometimes its good and sometimes its TMI bad. Reason being was that my boyfriend and I had to go to the bathroom after an hour of consuming a Jalapeno Bagel with plain cream cheese (me) and a Six Cheese Bagel with plain cream cheese (bf). I am not sure how long those bagels have been out or if its been there for a couple of days. You know you cant leave dairy out for that long! So i have resorted to just buying plain bagels instead. Just becareful of the bagels with the baked cheeses on top.

Looks like they make their own bagels. I didn't have one though. I had their special French toast with strawberries and whipped cream. Also had a London Fog with espresso and blackberry flavor. I know an odd mix of things but it was good. The service was outstanding and definitely a must try if you're in the area.

The place was well decorated, clean, and had a wide array of baked goods that looked delicious. There was a large dining area with soft jazz music playing, reminiscent of a bagel shop in NYC. Prompted by one of the other Yelp reviews, I ordered the breakfast sandwich (choice of bagel, eggs, cheese, and meat). I opted for turkey sausage on a red chile bagel. I also ordered an iced Americano since they didn't offer cold brew. The Americano was refreshingly strong and very tasty. The espresso didn't taste burnt or like the machine hadn't been cleaned in a while (you can tell). Sadly, the breakfast sandwich was underwhelming. There was a large quantity of eggs and not enough cheese, and the flavor of the red chile was overpowered by everything else. Next time, I'd like to try a toasted bagel with a cream cheese that accentuates the flavor of the bagel.

The establishment was so unassuming and didn't look like much from the outside. But..going inside, the gracious and friendly staff along with a good, afforable meal bagel really got me. I got a toasted everything bagel with green chile cream cheese and a can of soda..and it was less than $10. Surprised me jn a good way as these days..tnings seemed to cost a lot more! The bagel tasted so satisfying with a generous schmear of that gren chile cream cheese. I got a seat and really took the time to savor the whole bagel sandwich there. It was so satisfying. Staff also had been great. They were friendly and helpful. I would definitely think of stopping by this shop again the next time I find myself in Rio Rancho craving for a low frill breakfast or light meal!

Tuna with nothing in it but mayonnaise. It came with a very small cup of dressing. Probably 2 tablespoons. I asked for more dressing and it was an extra $.75. Not a huge deal, but seems strange for a salad to come with 2 tablespoons of dressing. Very disappointing experience. Their bagels looked very good and I'm gonna try those soon. I would not go here again for a sandwich or salad as there are too many better options nearby.

So its a bit awkward because there is a sign asking you not to seat yourself until you've ordered your food. It can make you feel a little anxious because if its really busy, where are you going to sit. We saw people waiting around not knowing what to do. Let me start by saying our food took way too long to come out, I even saw someone walk out because they were waiting so long on their food. I saw someone waiting for their food who sat close to us, and it turned out to be a to-go and I was like darn, that felt like they waited 20+ mins. For what they have on their menu, I feel like they should be able churn out food orders pretty quick. A couple who ordered after us, got their full food order before we I got my French toast and everyone else at our table got their food. It felt like 10-15 min wait on my food after everyone at the table got theirs. There was also an issue with our order because we were waiting on a side, but then I guess it was never added to our order per our server. We sat in the front corner and you can see the whole cook area, this also means if ventilation isn't on point, your clothes will soak in that aroma, like my jacket did. Food itself was good, nothing bad about what we received, but the wait time on food was way too long. I was leaning a 3.5 star which would make it a 4 star review, but the hiccup with the order along with the wait time just killed my experience. Not going to lie, I went to Filiberto's afterwards because I was still hungry after eating my stuff French toast and half of my girlfriend bagel.
