The bacon was as tasty as you'd imagine (could've perhaps been cooked a couple more minutes for crispiness and char for our taste), the sandwich was yummy with hash browns prepared crispy as requested, and the shrimp and grits were decadently delicious with nice presentation. We took Tracy's suggestion to have the shrimp prepared blackened and that definitely elevated the flavor profile and helped to cut a bit of the maple butter syrup richness. I chose the Prickly Pear Mimosa from the list of available varieties of mimosas and it was tasty. If we're in the area again, we'll likely return to try different menu items as there were so many that sounded interesting!
