I am leaving a 1 star review for the manager at the time we visited. The young man who took our order was very nice and friendly but when we were waiting we heard the manager being extremely rude to the other employees. Yelling at them, saying she wanted to slap the s**t out of someone, yelled at a customer saying to quit leaning on the counter. I've never had a problem with Einstein's. As a matter of fact I live that they offer a lox option! It's a great stop to pick up a variety box for the office for $20 (13 bagels 4 pastries and 2 tubs cream cheese). They are a little pricey but the bagel quality is good ... as well as friendly smiling service at 7am when the sun isn't even up yet. read more

Terrible service. Kept telling us how busy they were and that's why they were so slow. Then they messed up our order. We called to complain. They told us to call back later if we wanted our money back. We went back and got the correct order. Food quality was terrible. Less ingredients than normal. Sloppily our together. The service is appalling. There were 3 workers that I could see. Two had their masks pulled down completely WHILE PREPARING FOOD. The other had her mask PARTIALLY covering her mouth. I remember about 10 years ago when i lived in Atlanta I used to go to Einstein bro's all the time. I was so excited when I saw this one near my hotel while visiting Cincinnati. I was a little skeptical because the yelp reviews were pretty low (2.5 stars) but my excitement clouded my judgement. We pulled up around 10am to grab a few breakfast bagels. My husband got one of the newest bagels, the farmhouse. His came out pretty hot and he said it was good. They were out of the Hashbrown bagel it comes on, so he went with plain. I chose the ham and Swiss. I asked for Asiago. They were out of that. So i also went with plain. My sandwich came out lukewarm at best and very dry. We also ordered a cinnamon sugar bagel with strawberry schemar. The top of the bagel was delicious although served COLD. But the bottom of the bagel I'm pretty sure was an everything bagel. Very onion-y flavored. On top of the food being awful, the lady that was taking the order was incredibly rude. She placed us on hold multiple times and continued to rush us through the entire order. I highly recommend no one going to this Einstein's. Unless you like rude staff, cold food and stuff you just did not want! read more

Einstein's team, please consider the following: Toast \tōst \ (verb): to make (food, such as bread) crisp, hot, and brown by heat (Source: merriam-webster.com) I get that your Corporate HQ "efficiency experts" probably train y'all to set the toaster on the lowest heat and the fastest conveyor speed because it increases energy efficiency and product throughput, and thus enhances revenue, and thus grows shareholder value, blah blah blah. But you know what that approach *doesn't* increase? The toastiness of the product. Pro tip: If the bagel comes out the other side of the toaster looking and feeling exactly like it went in--i.e., neither crisp, nor hot, nor brown--you haven't toasted it and you need to try again. read more

So yes, I've been eyeing this location for a while waiting for it to open. I've had Einstein Bros. At other locations and hoped to find one near Cincy. Finally! Thanks to an interesting turn of events, I found myself in the area for lunch so it was a no brainer. It's smells fantastic when you walk in, a mix of bagels and pastry aromas in the air. I walked in not quite ready to order, sensory overload, but quickly found the Hummus Veg Out and thought it'd hit the spot for a lighter lunch. Seeing all the bagels, I subbed out the multi grain roll i.e. Came with for an everything bagel. Surprisingly to me, there was no extra charge for the substitution. No knock on the roll, but the bagel was great; crusty but not too tough, a little chewy but not to the point it's going to give you a headache chewing. In other words spot on. The sandwich itself, o commend them on not putting gobs and gobs of cream cheese on it. It's enough to taste and hold everything together but not overpowering. The hummus was an unexpected treat as well. The cucumbers, roasts red peppers, onions and greens were fresh too. The ingredients were crisp and full of flavor. They'll customize to your needs as well and it's not a hassle. Sandwiches come with chips, potato salad or fruit. Again, the fruit and potato salad appeared fresh. A variety of coffee lines the wall as well as soda and teas. The only place I think could use a little improvement is your wait after you order. It seemed a little long and I was at an off time. But, you could try your hand at the drive thru, yes they have a drive thru! It may be faster, it asks I may speed up a bit as new employees get their bagel making skills on. I can see this being a good place to do some work or read a book occasionally. read more

My company catered in Einstein's for lunch and we were all more than excited. Unfortunately we were all disappointed! The $10 salads we ordered (strawberry chicken salad) was give pieces of lettuce and a few slices of strawberry, with no chicken in sight. The chicken sandwiches were just SMOTHERED in mayonnaise and four little cubes of chicken, we were missing 3 meals, had no plastic wear and no cookies. This was miserable! Einstein makes a pretty decent bagel. They are light, fluffy, and crispy. My reasoning in giving this place 2 stars is because of the service of the staff. On one occasion that I visited this location I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes without anybody saying a word, and then when I go into the location to order the person supposed to be working the drive through was taking an order for someone inside. Even when there were more than enough people to cover the orders. When I do receive my order 25 minutes later (a toasted bagel and a bagel sandwich) it was incorrect. When I return on another date to order a bagel box through the drive through, it was another inconvenience. I wanted to switch out some bagels in their standard bagel box and they told me I had to go inside. Which was crazy because this was something they I had done before. I went inside, placed my order and left. The staff didn't seem friendly and one of the staff members was on their phone and the other staff members were talking instead of taking my order. My bagels weren't sliced (something I didn't think I needed to specify ) which made them difficult to try and do with a plastic knife. I don't think I will be returning anytime soon. read more

Every time I go the service is VERY SLOW. Under staffed for sure. Last time I went I ordered a chorizo sunrise and they forgot the chorizo... really it's in the name. The food is good but overpriced and not worth the terrible service. read more

Ordered the Santa Fe. Supposed to have pepper hack cheese. Got a gooy mess with running melted cream cheese. Brought it to the kid behind the counter who could give a crap that he just made a crap bagel sandwich with the wrong ingredients. No replacement, no apology. Thanks for your money sucker. I ordered two bagels, sliced, toasted with butter. They were delivered cold, so cold the butter hadn't melted. I ate one but got fed up enough to take second one to the counter and say "Hey, this is too cold to really enjoy." He said, "I can heat it up." I was picture being him running it through their toaster again and thought that would make a mess of it. So I said no thanks. We live right near this location an come often though repeatedly disappointed. I can think of maybe 2 times of 20+ that our order wasn't screwed up in some way or we didn't have to wait 20 minutes as the only car in the drive through. Don't dare ask for extra of anything here or they'll charge you $0.50 for it and then not give you extra (literally every time). I even tried calling to see if we could go back to get the extra toppings and was basically told too bad. This place is a disappointment. read more

If yelp would let me rate this place lower I would. First lets talk about customer service or lack there of. The workers didn't seem to know what they were doing which leads into my second topic. When they first opened - this location at Union Centre had great staff that were always friendly - now all their employees seem to be rude moody guys who act like they could care less. Two weekends in a row we had a bad experience here. Last Sunday at 11 am they were out of at least a half dozen kinds of bagels (they close at 2). I am so through with this place. It is always something when you come here. The staff is almost always rude. My order is usually screwed up one way or the other. Today was another shining example... After waiting for about 3 minutes at the microphone with only one customer in front of me and zero customers in the store... I ordered a combo meal with an iced tea. I get to the window and pay for my order and then I get informed that they don't have any iced tea. I don't want to drink any of the other tea or soda so I asked for a milk. She informs me there's no bottles of milk but they do an 8 oz cup of milk instead. I say a cup of milk is fine but I really wanted a little more to drink than 8 oz and ask for a slightly bigger milk. She says okay and then a manager comes over and says we only have one size cup for the milk. The tone was completely rude. It's not like I had a big ask... They didn't inform me about the drink situation till after I paid and I did it want to fool with a refund because I know that would have taken another 20 minutes. The manager was completely put off by the idea that I wanted more milk. Well I paid $2 for a drink that unbeknownst to me until after I paid wasn't available. I could have bought a whole gallon of milk for two bucks. I thought maybe they were short-handed but there was at least three workers in there and there were zero customers in the store. The service is lousy, and the people are rude. It's no wonder this store is always a ghost town. The reviews suck and for good reason. Do not eat here or you will regret it. To cap it off I asked for a water at the very end to supplement my drink after she gave me an 8 oz milk and she gives me a tiny cup of water also. read more

The bagels here are really good and they have decent deals. However, their customer services is not at all up to par. I've gone through their drive-through twice, and both times it has been incredibly slow. Both times, it took them 20 minutes to get through 3 cars. Well this was a really good Einsteins when it first opened, I use to stop and get a dozen bagels regularly for my staff. Always left a tip. HOWEVER over the last few months the boys that work there have got progressively more rude. The last straw for me was today when my wife and I went through the drive through. It was not busy. I had difficulty hearing the speaker do to traffic and needed the order repeated to verify. We then received 2 hot lattes instead of iced as ordered and a bagel that was not toasted as ordered. All this delivered with a very sarcastic double yawn and an eye roll from the punk worker! We left without complaining and later through out the bagel without eating it because the employee obviously had a problem with us ! We will not be back ! read more

i am truly disappointed in this location. not only is the service lacking in professionalism, the food is less than mediocre and expensive. i ordered an avocado toast and a smoothie in the drive-thru. i asked for an everything bagel, which already has a good amount of salt on it. one bite into my untoasted bagel, all i could taste was salt. the avocado was already brown when spread on my bagel.. i attempted to eat through the other half, anticipating that it would not be as salty and unfortunately it was worse. my smoothie was too sweet and melted as soon as i got it. i feel like the menu prices along with the amount of effort the staff puts into making the food does not match up. the younger gentleman is always nice and polite, while the older lady just wants to take your money and basically force you out of the door (drive thru window).. as much as i want to love them, i cannot with my experiences from this location. read more

I also love the honey almond schmear on the power protein bagel. I buy a dozen bagels to freeze at home for days I cant eat there. All of the employees are friendly and hard working. read more

I ordered the Italian Chicken sandwich (hot sandwich option) with a side of chips through the drive thru window. When i sat down to eat it only 5 minutes later at my desk, the chicken and pesto were cold as if it had just been removed from the fridge, cheese was barely melted and there were no chips in my bag at all. I sat in the drive through line for 18 minutes this morning. There were 7 cars in front of me when I pulled in. There were very few people inside, and I would have gone in if it weren't for having my kids in the car. The lady working the drive through appeared to be moving slowly, and even though I ordered one cup of black coffee, I sat at the window waiting while she took a few more orders and made a specialty coffee drink. This was a highly disappointing experience. I have experienced long wait times in their drive through line before, but usually the workers are apologetic and kind. That was not the case today. If you don't have 20 extra minutes in the morning, I highly recommend going across the street to McDonald's or to Starbucks. read more

Honestly one of the best places to eat in West Chester. As soon as I walked in I felt welcome to the establishment and then guided by the workers on which bagels to purchase. The price was perfect and did not hurt my budget at all. The atmosphere of Einstein Bro's was very chill and relaxed.
