I'm sure it tastes even better with cheese because my lactose intolerance man scarfed his down before i could get a bite ! We also ordered mimosas and they were PERFECT but be careful ! More than two will probably knock you flat. The bacon was thick and smoky without being oily and the hashbrowns tasted great even without ketchup. Whole meal was a 10/10 ! Our appetizer arrived lukewarm and was served at the same time as our main dishes, despite being ordered with drinks. The waitstaff seemed to neglect checking in on us; our coffee carafe was empty for quite some time, as were our water glasses. To make matters worse, our plates were not cleared after we finished eating, which only added to the feeling of being forgotten. I ordered the Trifecta with a carrot cake pancake, expecting something special, but it turned out to be just a basic pancake with carrots, raisins, and nuts added. It lacked the unique flavors and creativity I had hoped for, making it not worth the trip or the money. To top it off, the table across from us sent back an order. As one partner finished eating, the other's new dish arrived. This just added to the sense of disorganization in the restaurant. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning to this First Watch location anytime soon. There are plenty of other brunch spots that offer better service and more memorable meals.

The latte was good and extremely hot so be careful when drinking! It was less flavorful than other places, but still good. Note that this restaurant is in a busy strip mall with many other shops and there's plenty of parking although could be busy around meal times. Also, the restaurant is noticeable not pristine clean as there are small stains on table mats and some tables and chairs had crumbs. So if that is an issue for you, you may want to do to-go or look carefully for a clean table. Otherwise, it's a great place to enjoy a meal and cup of coffee. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous for the pricing.

Ken's family hails from Cambodia and founded a restaurant in New York,( it's still going)! His mother's recipe for home fries is a must. It is added to " The Hobo " signature sandwich. I ordered the chicken cutlet with lettuce and tomato on a roll. Not just any roll, but a bake in house roll. Home fries on the side . Fresh ice tea. The menu is simple but plenty of choices. Nothing over $9 The family motto is "Love is the Main Ingredient " and it permeates the restaurant. Breakfast or lunch you will enjoy delicious food prepared per your order.
