The place was clean and very organized, with several staff helping to prepare orders on time. I tried the new special--a bagel sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese--along with some hash browns. For just $2 more, I upgraded my drink to passion fruit. The bagel sandwich was delicious, but unfortunately, the hash browns were burnt.

Our office buys a few boxes of assorted mixes to celebrate my coworkers birthdays with fresh fruit. We order in store for pickup and the service is always fast and efficient. The ambiance is always great and our orders are packed up nicely and easy to pickup and go.

This is my local Einstein bagel shop and I truly love it here. The service isn't always the fastest but they are very friendly and helpful. Their bagel sandwiches are so good. I get one usually twice a week.

We went into the Einstein because we wanted some of their Vanilla Hazelnut Coffee we'd frequent in our airport days. We opted to order some bagels and cream cheese to take home since we could save it for the week. I personally feel that with places like these, your expectations really should be open. You never know when they'll be busy, stressed, slow, quick, or if they change employees quickly, or have a team that sticks together for the crazy days. Trust me, I've experienced it. I found this location well organized. The staff was quickly trying to get the orders out. Our cashier was friendly, and our bagels came out quick. When we went to pour our coffee, there were a lot of grounds in the carafe. I asked if they'd be able to make more, and the staff member in charge of it seemed a bit irritated. I completely understand though, because you have to ger rid of the carafe, clean it, and rebrew it. However, she just poured out the coffee and rebrewed it, so when I poured my new cup, it was still a bit grainy. Not too crazy, but I was able to make myself a decent cup of coffee. There's not much description for the bagels, they're typical, nothing too crazy, soft, different than what you're used to what you'd get at a bakery. They slice them of you if you like, they provide the shmear if you opt for it, or you can buy a tub. Just a basic visit for the weekend quick coffee if you're in the mood for something different. We will be back, maybe earlier for a chance to refill our coffee so we can also hang out!

I go to this place every once in a while. Food always hits, service is at a good pace and servers are always so nice I have never had a problem at this one location compared to other locations. Plus, this one server named Chris is so easy to talk to and such a sweetheart. They make everything easy for me and I'm glad to see them every chance I get.

One of the things that's rough living out west is .. having an early morning bagel.. so why not go to Einsteins , they have many options in bagel as well as schmear.. But it seems like at this location. The vibe always seems off. I've been coming here for 2 years and a half on and off, so I feel like that is good enough judgment, I see some familiar faces when I place / pay for my order etc it just seems like they don't care. They are just there for the paycheck.. when I order a bagel, with spread make it look somewhat presentable .?. This looks like a pancake.

I walk in nobody's in the store. Two people's back is facing me and the other girl is cleaning the counter. I asked if anybody is going to serve me and they said they're busy.. don't count on getting a bagel quickly in the store. The service could not care less about Customer Service.

I'm hoping the owner gets to see this review. First I'd like to say the staff is attentive and sweet, and they deserve a sparkling clean working place. The bagels are small but I understand economy is rough. You need to seriously deep clean this place and invest some money in upgrading the paint and furniture. Not sure why it stays open being so dirty. Our community deserves better !

A good selection of bagels. Their smear of lite cream cheese, as are their prices, is more than I like.

Great bagels. Sometimes the service and cleanliness is lacking during peak times, but overall, it's a good place for bagels and coffee.

I found a space and only had about a two-minute walk to Public Works. The space is industrial but cozy, and I love the little community library in the red phone booth. That's such a cute touch and very on-brand for a neighborhood spot. It also turns into a wine bar at night. I ordered the iced matcha honey latte with almond milk. It was good, but definitely on the sweeter side. Almost milkshake-like. (Not frozen, just thicker and sweeter than a traditional matcha). I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for an earthy or classic matcha. The texture was a bit grainy with some settling at the bottom, and I did get a small clump in one sip. Not a big deal, just noticeable. If I had to guess, they use a pre-sweetened matcha powder. They don't advertise having pure or ceremonial matcha, so I'm not too pressed. Just sharing my experience. Service was quick and I got my drink within just a few minutes. There's plenty of indoor seating plus a spacious, dog-friendly patio. The vibe is very social and family-friendly, with lots of conversation, families, and groups. I personally wouldn't come here to study or work, but it seems like a great spot to meet with friends or family, or just a casual coffee run. I'd come back when I'm in the mood for something sweet. I'm curious to try the Cuban latte next time since it gets so much love. I'm glad I checked this place out.

I remember visiting once but maybe or maybe not buying a drink, then just never returning since it was a bit out of the water. But I relocated to a closer Henderson neighborhood and started checking out some of the nearby casinos, and it just seemed like a good idea to stop by today... and take advantage of a casino partnership as well. I tried two drinks. The Cold Brew ($7.00, 24 oz) felt like a dark roast at first but expressed mostly fruity notes later on. It was certainly smooth and low in bitterness and acidity. I also wanted to try a latte since that tends to be where these cafes get the most creative. The Cuban Honey ($7.00, 16 oz) was the recommendation of the employee at the register, and it was simple and tasty enough. Milk, honey, and cinnamon are some very classic and comforting flavors, and they're beautifully balanced in this latte. I was also interested in trying a quiche ($5.95), so I did. They come as a compact "personal" size and apparently just get heated warm for you even if you're taking them to-go. The Florentine is definitely spinach-forward but also seems to have mushrooms and caramelized onions. The crust is suitable, the egg custard isn't the most amazing, and it leans a bit salty overall, but it's an enjoyable food option. I probably blew past the parking lot which I'm vaguely aware of, but that's because parking was actually available on the street. Some spots were marked for 12 min only, but there were plenty of open unmarked spots a few yards up. The place was almost empty around Saturday lunch too. I have no idea why since it seemed quiet enough for a study or work spot. Public Works has filled a coffee-seeking niche in this area of Henderson for a long time, and hopefully they'll do so for years to come. If you play at Emerald Island or Rainbow Club, ask the casino about using points here since it's as good as money.
