The breakfast bagel sandwiches we had were incredible! Got the Chorizo Sunrise and Texas Brisket sandwiches on jalapeno bagels. I also got Maplehouse Egg on a plain bagel and All-Nighter on Hash brown bagel sandwiches. The big let down was the twice baked hash browns, which were mediocre at best. So far we have eaten the brisket and all nighter both were delicious and huge! We couldn't eat the additional bagels, saved them for later. read more

To me it was just ok because I wanted something without bacon or ham. I eat a lot of whole grains and not a lot of grease so it was difficult to digest. They were super duper nice and kind though, and for me that goes a long way. This is a chain so you gotta take what you can get. The pros was the service was great and fast and that it didn't feel like any kinks needed to be ironed out, even on opening week with how the place was being run. The cons was definitely the taste of the food. The bagel was chewy and tasted like it was microwaved. Ordered the All-nighter breakfast sandwich because the sandwiches looked yummy. But the hash browns on top of the bagel was pretty crispy and just kept falling off the top and was a sad small egg in the middle. Coffee options were affordable and had a few to choose from, but the dark roast tasted like burned beans. Staff was working hard and well as a team in such a small space especially after just being opened. Nice area for pick-up of takeaway orders and was being filled in a timely manner, no one was waiting for their pickup orders which is a good staff sign! They are Open! It is grand opening day of this long awaited Einstein Bros Bagels. No line and the ladies were all friendly and helpful. The food was coming out quick. I enjoyed my ham and Swiss sammy on a bagel and will be eating some of the bagels I purchased for tomorrow morning. This one doesn't have a drive thru like the one in Pflugerville and it's not as big inside like others where there are multiple tables and chairs to sit at. You can order ahead on the app for pickup. I order the salmon and you never know what the main ingredient will be - could be onions, could be salmon, could be tomatoes. Forgivable as this is a new location and the food is tasty.) THERE'S NO SEATING, inside or out. None. Nada. Zilch. No espresso drinks and said they won't be getting an espresso drinks. 2:00 seems like an early closing time. There's always parking. read more

Hopefully the app doesn't charge me a second time. The manager just blinked at me and did not offer any solutions. Only one employee knew how to help resolve my issue. They just opened and I needed a bagel in the worst way. There were about 15 people behind the counter all training and getting experience which was a bit intimidating. Caution when using their app since it the discount that you see during checkout may not be the same after your credit card is billed. That location agreed to cancel the order when I noticed the "error" only for the charge to appear on my credit card statement. When I disputed the charge with that location, their solution was to credit the charge on their app & not remove the charge as originally promised. I've took up the issue with their corporate office (DBA Caribu Coffee) & to be told that the issue has been resolved on their end & to take it up with my credit card company. No bueno! read more
