    Non-toasted bagel with meh smear!
    Leslie D.

They don't really toast their bagels. - mostly just "warmed" them. And the smear was less than desirable. And somehow there is cinnamon on my bagel when I did not order it with any kind of cinnamon. Staff was friendly though.

Sorry excuse for a Lox Bagel

Einstein Bagels in Lafayette, Colorado. Do not come to this location, the old lady with the slick back hair that was making our bagels had such a nasty attitude. Her face just said it all. We wanted to change the bagel before she started making it and got her attention and she just turned back around and pointed to the younger gentleman that was there. I own multiple franchises as well and if my employees treated a paying customer like this I would have a serious talk with them. Our lox bagel LITERALLY had 1 caper in it , and a thin piece of salmon. If the owner sees this please check with your employees about how they greet and treat your customers.

I've had good service and great bagels here. Coming from the east coast, this place does pretty well in getting some unique flavors across. Love the spicy bagels and the veggie cream cheese. They have pretty tasty frozen coffee drinks too.

Update they NEVER get my order right. NEVER Don't bother using their drive thru. I have NEVER received the correct order. I ask them to repeat my order back and it is ALWAYS . Today I order two plain Asiago cheese bagels no cream cheese no toast. Please see the picture - extra cream cheese. It seems like the people working there just don't care about doing the job correctly or about their

UPDATE: I contacted the location and they had me come in and they remade my order for free. It was great. Thanks! I ordered a tasty turkey with potato salad and they gave me some spicy breakfast sandwich with no side instead. Completely thewrong order and I didn't realize until I was back at work. :(

Where's the tuna? Sorry excuse for a sandwich. Random large chunks of celery and super dry as there was as little tuna as possible.

The only saving grace is the convenience of the drive thru for the laziest of people like myself. I ordered a lunch portion tuna salad on everything bagel and it was just a complete disappointment. Once I removed the soggy old lettuce it was even more apparent that there was no tuna. It was dry and I was still hungry after eating this despite not being a big eater. There is zero effort put forth by the employees for quality food at this location. Photos speak for themselves. Step it up!

Here's the avocado you get...did they think I was ordering for a child?!

There was hardly any chicken salad on my sandwich, they forgot the potato salad and my coke was nearly all ice. I'll never go back.

So bad I had to download Yelp in order to give them one star. Waited in drive through for 19 minutes with two cars ahead of me.

Food is great BUT don't go through the drive thru unless you have a couple books to read while you wait.

The Sicilian sandwich spread is a little bit spicy but the bread tones it down well. I really liked the Le Club sandwich with turkey and bacon. Both were dressed with fresh salad greens. We tried the toffee pecan and ginger molasses cookies, which were great, and only $3.75 a piece. I also got an iced salted maple latte with oatmilk. Also very good! They bake bread and pastries in-house with locally sourced heirloom grain flour. They make breads with slow fermentation processes making the end product delicious and overall better for your body. AKA: A really high quality. You can purchase loaves of bread as well as grain flour and sourdough starter. They have options for vegetarians, vegans, and those that are gluten-free. In addition to sandwiches and pastries, they have salads, sides, and a nice coffee bar. The only alternative milk offered is oat milk. There's a cute little shop inside as well featuring local, artesian goods and foods. I like that there is indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio area along the main street. Overall, the quality and taste really made this spot worth a visit, I certainly will be back to try more things!

The veggie combo platter was disappointing. It consisted of two falafel that were hard as rocks and two grape leaves that were just OK. The rest of the plate consisted of some hummus, some baba ganoush, a good bit of parsley salad, and about half the plate of white rice. She also brought some pita bread. So, most of the plate was filler. I've been to other restaurants that were much more giving of the substance of a veggie plate. My friend had already ordered a serving of grape leaves, so I was quite full of that. In fact, the appetizer was more satisfying than the plate, which cost double what the appetizer did. My friend didn't seem very impressed with her gyro sandwich. Although the lunch was disappointing, I remembered that the baklava was made with pistachios, so I convinced my friend to order a piece, which we shared. We both thought it was the best baklava we'd ever had. I think the owner ought to open a bakery and sell that baklava. If her recipe is that good, I'd bet other pastries would be great, as well. But unless she gives more falafel and grape leaves plus more to eat on a veggie plate than so much rice, it's not worth the menu price. I think the only reason I'd go back would be for the baklava.

For context, you can pick out what you want in your bowl, similarly to Waikiki poke, or Chipotle for example. When you first make your plate, you can ask for pita- I asked the staff member for pita, and was ignored. I had to repeat myself multiple times. When I got to the vegetable section where you can pick five for a plate, I asked for the village salad and was ignored once again as the second staff member proceeded to give me tomatoes. I just asked for lettuce and onions as a replacement for the village salad. I made the mistake of asking one more time about the pita- and the person checking me out responded with a look of disgust? I proceeded to ask one more time. No apology or frankly some sort understanding. I asked for the name of the people working- should've asked for a manager because this staff member proceeded to lecture me about giving bad reviews, and called me weird multiple times. I was flabbergasted, did not know what to say so I left after paying. Holy moly. I was asked multiple times if I knew it was extra for add ons I asked for. I confirmed the first time, but was asked multiple times afterwards. Honestly the reason why I like the plate is because I can add on extra protein and still have room for veggies, etc. I also get extra hummus with my meal and am aware and have happily paid the surcharge. I enjoyed this place so much! I'm going to come back because the quality is wonderful, however if I see these individuals working, I will walk out and choose somewhere else to eat. Thanks the simple Greek for a great lunch! Lost my appetite after the unprofessional costumer service I experienced. However I was able to pass on the meal to a person who enjoyed the quality food.

So many places just use cheap cuts of meat and processed everything. I love the freshness and quality that Organic Sandwich Company brings to their menu. They have some unique concoctions for their sandwiches and offer a lot of variety especially for those with dietary restrictions. I've tried a bunch of their menu items but sometimes just a simple turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo sandwich on French bread does the trick. Really nice people working there and this location is quaint, but lovely. I especially love their little herb garden box out front greeting you with a refreshing aroma as you walk through the door.
