Asked for 2 classic lox bagels and a cup of soup. Instead of a "shmear" of cream cheese, we received 2 bagels with a SCRAPE of cheese, old red onions, absolutely not fresh, bottom piece of tomato and about a tablespoon of capers. Oh and let's not forget, the 2 cut in half, pieces of pitiful lox. All of this grumpily prepared by the young lady who kept picking deep inside her ear. Will never return. Very disappointing customer service every time I come here. Unhappy employees with bad attitudes and have little interest in helping the customers. They have no interest in helping guests at all, would rather be chatting with each other, they seem very inconvenienced by any costumer presence. read more

In my first visit to this location I did not get a side to my bagel (the one with lox), I didn't think of it until I heard them ask somebody else what side they wanted. They forgot to make my iced green tea and the ladies room was completely out of toilet paper. It was not busy, just 4 people sitting so I'm glad the girls had time enough to chat with each other. read more

Terrible service! Waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes for 3 bagels and OJ. My order had been sitting by the window for the majority of the time. The manager gave me my order finally and I said I had been waiting 20 minutes in the drive through he said "yeah we're busy" and closed the window. The bagels were cold of course! read more

So I go to the Einstein Brothers Bagel shop here in Lafayette at least once a week for a Latte (Which are always so much better than Starbucks and Around $1 less per coffee) and I get a Bagel every other time, maybe 2-3 times a month. They are the ONLY Bagel shop I've ever been to that has a good Whole wheat/Whole Grain Bagel that is Dense and Chewy the way a Bagel should be. They have a GREAT selection of Low-fat flavored Cream Cheeses spreads, and this morning for the first time I tried one of their classic egg sandwiches (Ham, fried egg and Swiss cheese on an everything Bagel) and it was FANTASTIC, the Bagel was so fresh, and Chewy, with all the great flavors of the everything bagel, the egg was cooked perfect etc........ the only reason that I did not give a 5 star review is that the Drive through regularly takes 10-15 minutes, I was once in the Drive through for 18 minutes, but I still use the drive through because they are super slow if you go inside as well, it seems to me that making all the Coffee's slow them down so much. I've watched and they'll have one girl making all of the Coffees (Mochas, lattes, espresso etc....) and one dude making bagels/Sandwiches etc..... and then it seems that the coffee person, has to do all the Coffees and take people's orders, and that person is making all the Coffees for the restaurant and the Drive through......... but it's still worth is because as I said, great coffee, great Multigrain bagels, the breakfast sandwiches are off the hook good, and the Employees are seriously all Really nice, good customer service providers, I always get a warm greeting and a smile which goes a long way with me read more

Unbelievably slow!! Attempted to go through the drive through at 10:15 on a Saturday morning. I was last in a very long line. The line didn't move for 15 minutes, so since I hadn't even reached the spot to place my order I backed out and went inside hoping for faster service. Inside I placed my order within a few minutes but waited an additional 30 minutes to get my order, and it was just for a plain bagel. Yep, that's a total of a 45 minute wait for a bagel. I went to the new Einstein Bros Bagels in Lafayette,Co. It was my first visit to any Einstein Bros. It's was also my last visit. I placed my order for my friend and I then I paid for it. It was a to go. I waited and waited. People after me we're getting their orders. I asked about my order. I was told they got busy after my order was put in and they lost my order. The manager brought me my order. I told him this was my first visit and my last visit. He said to me "oh I'm sorry ma'am. Have a nice day". He didn't asked why I was so dissatisfied or what he could do. Nothing. I took the order for my friend and I. It was terrible. Hardly any meat. I asked for mayo. They put just a light smear that only covered part of the bread. The potato salad was awful. The bread didn't even seem fresh. I'm never going there again. read more

Horrendously slow. The order box is adjacent to a main road, so with the noise they couldn't take my order and I had to give it at the window. Over 15 minute wait in drive-through line before even getting to place order. Most inefficient drive-through I've ever experienced. Plus the window girl wasn't too polite. read more

OMG! Terrible, I waited 35 minutes at the drive thru, with 2 cars in front of me, and they wouldn't answer their phone! I was so mad. They were so rude too. i waited for 20 minutes for my sandwich, despite the fact there was only 1 person there besides myself. while i was waiting i overheard some of the girls working there, and found that one of them had the stomach flu-she was throwing up, having diarrhea, then handling other people's food. needless to say i did not eat my sandwich when i finally got it. read more

This place is terrible I've been here quite a bit thinking it will get better but it doesn't. Today was the last straw. I waited about 15 minutes in the drive through... btw, it wasn't really even that busy, it never is... maybe there's a reason for that. So I ordered a cinnamon sugar bagel toasted with plain cream cheese and a coffee with cream in it. First of all, as usual there was no cream in my coffee, and then when I got home and opened up the bagel, it had chive cream cheese on it. It was not even edible so I decided I was going to take it back. I took it back up there and the guy I talked to was the same one that gave me my order at the window, I told him the situation and he was like oh yeah, the order said chive cream cheese... I said, no, I ordered PLAIN cream cheese, the same thing I always order. He was just like, well it said chive and I don't like to change peoples cream cheese orders. So, basically trying to make me feel like I was the one that ordered it... no you idiot... the moron who took my order put it down wrong... and why would common sense not tell you to ask the person if they truly meant to order chive cream cheese with a cinnamon sugar bagel. I'm pretty sure this guy is a manager too, I'm not really positive about that, but he's always there when I've been there,and he's not a teenager, so I'm just assuming. If he is, in fact a manager, he's terrible. Not even an apology... this place is constantly screwing up my order and the drive through is probably way longer than just going inside... this place SUCKS!! Don't go there! I'll drive a little further and go to Broomfield. read more
