    Non-toasted bagel with meh smear!
    Leslie D.

They don't really toast their bagels. - mostly just "warmed" them. And the smear was less than desirable. And somehow there is cinnamon on my bagel when I did not order it with any kind of cinnamon. Staff was friendly though.

Sorry excuse for a Lox Bagel

Einstein Bagels in Lafayette, Colorado. Do not come to this location, the old lady with the slick back hair that was making our bagels had such a nasty attitude. Her face just said it all. We wanted to change the bagel before she started making it and got her attention and she just turned back around and pointed to the younger gentleman that was there. I own multiple franchises as well and if my employees treated a paying customer like this I would have a serious talk with them. Our lox bagel LITERALLY had 1 caper in it , and a thin piece of salmon. If the owner sees this please check with your employees about how they greet and treat your customers.

I've had good service and great bagels here. Coming from the east coast, this place does pretty well in getting some unique flavors across. Love the spicy bagels and the veggie cream cheese. They have pretty tasty frozen coffee drinks too.

Update they NEVER get my order right. NEVER Don't bother using their drive thru. I have NEVER received the correct order. I ask them to repeat my order back and it is ALWAYS . Today I order two plain Asiago cheese bagels no cream cheese no toast. Please see the picture - extra cream cheese. It seems like the people working there just don't care about doing the job correctly or about their

UPDATE: I contacted the location and they had me come in and they remade my order for free. It was great. Thanks! I ordered a tasty turkey with potato salad and they gave me some spicy breakfast sandwich with no side instead. Completely thewrong order and I didn't realize until I was back at work. :(

Where's the tuna? Sorry excuse for a sandwich. Random large chunks of celery and super dry as there was as little tuna as possible.

The only saving grace is the convenience of the drive thru for the laziest of people like myself. I ordered a lunch portion tuna salad on everything bagel and it was just a complete disappointment. Once I removed the soggy old lettuce it was even more apparent that there was no tuna. It was dry and I was still hungry after eating this despite not being a big eater. There is zero effort put forth by the employees for quality food at this location. Photos speak for themselves. Step it up!

Here's the avocado you get...did they think I was ordering for a child?!

Takes way too long to get a bagel...15 minutes plus in the morning and only 3 people working. Drive thru time is also very long.

Slow service, wrong order, don't answer the phone in order for me to address the error! Won't be back.

Don't go to this Einstein's if you're looking for a bagel dog. They're on the menu but they don't carry them. No explanation as to why.

Horrible service. How can it take 16 minutes to get an already prepared bagel. Many left when they heard that but still a wait!

If you come to this Einstein, plan on being here for a looooong time. This is the most inefficient place I've ever been.

Still exceptionally slow, unfriendly and way too expensive. Three plain bagels for $16.00. You have to be kidding me.

The Sicilian sandwich spread is a little bit spicy but the bread tones it down well. I really liked the Le Club sandwich with turkey and bacon. Both were dressed with fresh salad greens. We tried the toffee pecan and ginger molasses cookies, which were great, and only $3.75 a piece. I also got an iced salted maple latte with oatmilk. Also very good! They bake bread and pastries in-house with locally sourced heirloom grain flour. They make breads with slow fermentation processes making the end product delicious and overall better for your body. AKA: A really high quality. You can purchase loaves of bread as well as grain flour and sourdough starter. They have options for vegetarians, vegans, and those that are gluten-free. In addition to sandwiches and pastries, they have salads, sides, and a nice coffee bar. The only alternative milk offered is oat milk. There's a cute little shop inside as well featuring local, artesian goods and foods. I like that there is indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio area along the main street. Overall, the quality and taste really made this spot worth a visit, I certainly will be back to try more things!

Food prep is awful. I have found hair in my food, more than once. The tomatoes would be close to…read morerotten and it's terrible. The last few times I visited the restaurant, it was dirty. Basically, we only order food from there once in a while because there isn't much choice, during that time and we don't cook anymore since we're empty nesters and my husband is my sole caregiver. I would not recommend eating here is you can help it. I would to give this place five stars, I've had issues, every single time. From ordering through "Rapid Delivery" (both from web+mobile), if I save a past order as a favorite & just want to re-order the same thing (my hubby & fam aren't up-to-change), I like to keep an open mind & try possibilities. Since our order is always lacking some piece or items, food or special requests...my hubby has us going to "Noodles" as our alternative. I haven't found something that I really love, exception of mac n cheese w/veggies. I think that having a "finicky" eaters of a family, the things you can't really go wrong, unless u burned it, which is pretty hard. We use our "rewards" at places, now we opt-out at times. My hubby gets scared of retaliation, and he won't ever let me express my feelings for paying (food, sides, etc.), and never receiving the correct order really sucks! I get supposedly "reward(s)" for being a "customer" appreciation for being returning customer it is just so hard to place my "rapid order" and get my discount, utilizing supposedly the "non-wait" pick-up is backwards. When I ask for a bread bowl, I don't get a bread bowl, I do get the soup without the baguette ontop, frustration! Last night, my husband travelled out to the Westminster location so that we could actually get what we order. We have to eat out everyday because of my incapacity to have the stamina long-enough, as we have aged, with many physical limitations and our only other option is really "fast food" burger, fries & soda, which has been even harder on our "health" and my husband believes if we complain too much that the workers would do something bad to our food. Sadly, he's right about that...how many documentaries that has actual interviews of staff and how they retaliate on customers, because they ("staff") are having a bad/off days or what they would do to people whom they believe are "rude" obviously should not be working in an environment of preparing food.
