This is my favorite Moe's location primarily because of the staff! They are always busy working, yet attentive when you walk in. They are always kind as well. Their bagels are great and they put a decent amount of cream cheese on their bagels. Some places it's such a thin layer- which I don't like. Who doesn't want to taste the cream cheese? The bagels here are amazing from savoury to sweet. My mom and I had breakfast here two days in a row, with the sweetest ladies. Today Brenda made our bagels the asiago was so flavorful with veggie cream cheese and bacon, and my mom loved the bacon egg and cheese on everything. Behind the counter is clean, the strawberry lemonade is obviously fresh, and the coffee is great quality, the bathroom was super clean as well. My mom got the sandwhich she got for lunch yesterday for lunch today, and im gonna try the brownie. 10/10 experience's I couldn't recommend this place more!!! read more

An overall just okay experience. The staff were kind of dismissive and made the ordering experience awkward. The bagel itself is good, but nothing over the moon exceptional. Went in the morning, no line. I stood there to order and no one was coming over to take my order. A lady walked in and order ahead of me. Don't expect to be greeted by anyone here. Mostly workers talking among themselves as they are busy. Bagels were good. I ordered an iced chai which seemed to be already made and was quickly poured out from a dispenser. It was the worst tasting chai I've had. It was strong and tasted like ginger. It also looked like dirty water which did not help. I did not stay long, just ordered and left. read more

Clean store not too crowded around 8am on a weekday. My bagel came out hot and fresh. The cream cheese I got was artichoke Parmesan. I wish there was more artichoke but it was pretty good. Service was quick as well. Highly recommend. read more

Bagels are a reasonable facsimile of a real NJ/NY bagel. The only issue is that here in such a dry climate they don't stay fresh for too long. And then you have to toast them. And you never ever toast a fresh bagel.. gets rid of the classic chewiness that makes for a great bagel. But more importantly, THIS LOCATION IS REALLY FILTHY. The mgmt here needs to spend more time making sure the place is presentable.... Looks like it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in ages inside and out. read more

Gave this place an honest try. First and foremost the girls working the counter were so sweet and friendly on a very early Friday morning. Place was pretty empty, quiet and clean. Ordered an everything toasted with plain cc.. very big fresh and fluffy but disappointingly, bland and flavorless. An everything is supposed to be a flavor bomb; despite all the seeds, this lacked the necessary salt and garlic for a tasty bite. Alas, at New York prices I would expect more pizazz. They have a wide variety of different spreads ranging from salty, spicy and sweet. I love the free flowers stickers too. I find them to be a bit pricey - $10 for a breakfast bagel, but it's delicious and worth it! Go try em out! read more

Whispered a prayer to the bagel gods as I walked in that this place would not disappoint Northeast fans of bagels. The picky teen liked the plain bagel and the bottled drink options were plentiful. Favorite bagel was the cranberry walnut, added a little maple walnut cream cheese and it was delicious. The Italian (what!?!? Aka Everything) was solid but I prefer more seasoning and had not brought my own (yes, I've done that). The staff were nice and the selection of bagel flavors available was good. Ummm! I literally just went to Einstein's yesterday and they're not even that great, but their Salmon Lox is like 100X better than Moes and was a little over $6! Not only that, I got literally a QUARTER of what I got there salmon wise for DOUBLE the price. Even the egg looked like they got it frozen out of a box (flat and terrible quality) and Einstein's cooks theirs in house. The bagel was also tough and mediocre. I had to pay extra for capers and they didn't even follow to order and put them on the bagel. I had to ask the guy for some after the fact! Again.. We did a loving-hands-at-home taste test of "everything" bagels from different vendors and Moe's was the best. However, it's the staff who are excellent. They have always been very accommodating and sweet about it, calling when they don't have enough of a bagel (for a dozen) I've ordered, understanding when I'm a bit late to pick up, plus just so personable when I pop in. The "everything" (which Moe's refers to as Italian) bagels are super yummy, as is their challah. They have lots of cream cheese options, including a vegan option. read more

I typically love Moe's bagels but my experience at this location was not great. Our order was wrong after we clarified twice with the girl who took our order. My bagel was also not cut. The person at the register walked away for a long time then gave us our change in quarters. Sometimes this little lady sure likes to eat like a truck driver, so she swings by Moe's in Louisville for a greasy, sodium-laden egg, meat, and cheese bagel sandwich. Mmm, that's the stuff. What's even better is that my sandwich dwarfs my husband's go-to: artichoke parmesan cream cheese on a poppyseed bagel. This is also a great place to pick up bagels for the week. The last time we bought a dozen fresh bagels, we got an entire bag of slightly older bagels for free! We threw those straight into the freezer and they were fine once thawed. (The texture isn't the best, but hey, free bagels!) The only thing that stops this from being a five-star review is the service. The last time I ordered here, the girl at the counter took my order, got distracted by a coworker, then turns to me and says, "What was that again?" while giggling. Not exactly professional. While the service leaves something to be desired, though, the bagels are dependable and sandwiches are delicious. read more

I love me a good carb and especially for breakfast. I'm always excited about fresh made bagels especially ones that are New York like- outside of New York. I just got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese- can't go wrong with testing out the ol' reliable of bagels. When I first bit into it... I was not so much a fan. Something just tasted off. But after I wiped off a lot of the cream cheese it tasted much better.- they put WAAAYYY to much cream cheese on their for my liking. I will have to ask for it on the side or just buy a tub of it for my fridge. They do have a large variety of juices, organic drinks, and of course different bagel flavors. I got my bagel toasted although it could have been warmer when I took a bite- but still good. It took a few more bites to finally enjoy it. The cashier end is a little crowded when waiting for your food. There is no clear waiting/pick up area because the coffee bar is in the way. This location is new though so maybe they still have some kinks to work out. Don't forget to grab a sticker on your way out. They have them just laying right on the counter by the register. This place has a nice, homey environment. A nice place to study or get some breakfast. Prices here are reasonable, my only complaint, unfortunately, is the food. My girlfriend and I both thought our food was worse than what we were expecting. I got The Denver bagel and my girlfriend got a sandwich. Their customer service is always terrible - I walked in 20 minutes before close and had to explain four times what I wanted, wasn't asked if I wanted my bagels toasted and they just assumed I did, things left off sandwiches, and the two high schoolers working at close on 11/23/20 were so standoffish it was insane. They locked the doors after I left even though their posted close time was 15 minutes after I left, had already completely cleaned everything to where my order was an inconvenience to them, and they still had bagels left.
