It was my first time here and I got to see the restaurant during a rush. I decided to wait outside patiently as there's limited space and there's lots of outdoor seating. Much to my surprise my order was ready in less than 10 minutes! The staff stayed calm and worked hard during a rush. My order was accurate. The food was fresh and good quality. From there, it was a short drive to Greater Nevada field. +/- - Counter service was slowed down by the counter person taking phone orders. - Somewhat limited Bagel selection this late in the day. That was OK as my half dozen selection of sundried tomato, wheat, and combo bagels was a good one. - They were out of regular cream cheese, so I settled for a bit pricy smear of Herb. Positives - Easy access on and off Virginia and good available parking. - Expected casual bagel shop ambience, including display and sandwich making behind the counter. - Bagels are baked, no steamed. - Bagels were put in plastic bag (with tie) which in my opinion preserves freshness vs. a paper bag. - My toasted breakfast bagel (next day) was the right amount of heft, chewiness, and flavor. I almost could have eaten it without the cream cheese, but that smear just added to its goodness.
