I remember when Einstein used to be good. I just paid $10 for two bagels. There was a whisper of cream cheese on both. Usually the cream cheese is spilling out of the sides. As it should be. But this time, I literally thought they forgot to put it on. What is the point of paying for cream cheese if there's no cream cheese? And the bagel was burnt on one of them. I got the farmhouse which is my go to order! It's always so amazing so if you haven't tried the farmhouse bagel it's a must.when entering the store we were greeted upon entering the store which is nice! I was also shocked to see that this location is the only location I've been to that has seats to sit in. The employees were super nice. It only took 2-3 minutes to make the food so it was super quick! I was super impressed because they are understaffed and they are still working hard and fast! Best location have visited! My order is wrong every single time I go here. This location specifically could not care less about quality service and it shows. Expect your order to be incorrect every time and very lucky if it's correct. Slowest restaurant / drive-thru in Riverton. Every time. If they don't have the staff to maintain both service inside and through the drive-thru, they shouldn't run both. This location is definitely the slowest Einstein's I've been to, but Einstein's on the whole is always slow no matter which location you go to. Bagels are decent, but not great. I wish this area had more options for breakfast bagels because Einstein's is never very quick or very good. read more

This may be the lowest stars that I can remember giving. Service - zero stars! Walked in only one person in line. I was confused on where we we're supposed to stand. The lady started taking our order then tells me "shhh" so she can hear her headphone. The she switches to another worker midway. The next guy looked irritated and wanted to leave. He also had red eyes, maybe he was tired who knows it's only 11:30am. He's very short with us, didn't smile and seemed out of it. Food - 2 stars Chai Tea Latte- I've never tasted anything like it. We placed our order and then waited (wait wasn't to long) we ordered ready begals / a begal sandwich / chai tea. They called my name and we were looking around to see where we needed to go. It's not that big but someone called our name and we didn't see anyone. So weird. Went to one side and picked up sandwich. Then someone else calls my name again. Same thing - looking around to see where to go, I walked to the other counter then the lady gestures and gets my drink and pulls my drink out. All in all - we won't be back here again. Einstein used to be one of the best bagel places. But that was a long time ago. I wish there were more bagel locations in the valley that actually cared. Because the employees at this one don't. We ordered three bagels. Two cinnamon sugar bagels and a plain bagel. They put the side of cream cheese in first, then the obscenely over cream cheesed plain bagel, then the two cinnamon bagels. The meant the side of cream cheese smooshed into the bag. The two cinnamon sugar bagels began to melt and dripped all over the plain bagel and the rest of the bag. I have a go-to meal when I visit Einsteins' and it's usually perfect. But this last visit was a little disappointing. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and a berry smoothie. Like I said, it's something I regularly order so I know what it should taste like. The bagel must have been stored next to one with onions in it because it had an onion-y flavor. Not a great pairing with cinnamon and raisin. The smoothie was also disappointing. The ice chunks were so big that I could not enjoy the drink with a straw....I had to open it and carefully drink it while driving. Not ideal. On the bright side, the service was great. Both the cashier and the gentleman who handed me my bagel were both friendly and quick. I'm hoping this was just an "off" day and will give them a try again. read more

This is for Delivery! Never have a problem with getting bagels delivered. Always taste good to me. I wish they would allow you to add schmear to your bagel sandwich -1 star. There are no modifications to add schmear. So I had to buy schmear to add it. Also would be cool if they allowed you to pick the bagels you want if you get a dozen. Ordered 2 turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwiches it was good! It was our second time ordering and would probably order again. Can't speak about the service since we get it delivered. Went to the drive thru this morning @7:00am waited a few minutes for a greeting and nothing. They weren't busy as there were no cars in front or behind me and parking lot was pretty empty. I said hello a few times into the speaker and still no reply, just ended up driving off. I know this place has horrible customer service but come on to completely ignore a customer is another level. Great bagels and great staff. We went in for a quick pick up. We were helped by Kris. She was really sweet. She was very patient with us as we did have half a dozen of bagels to pick up. We got 3 jalapeño cheese, 1 everything, 1 Spinach and cheese and 1 plain. We got the tub of jalepeno salsa cream cheese and garden veggie. The bagels are usually always good it's just the whole tip thing that frustrates me at this location. I think it's very awkward for them to ask if you want to leave a tip when you go through the drive thru. It doesn't make sense to me and I hate being put on the spot. I don't understand the low stars? I've been here several times now and the service is always friendly. Sometimes it's a wee bit slow but that's because it's usually in the morning and they are slammed with people needing a carb fix. The Farmhouse is so good that every time you get a get breakfast Sammie from anywhere else you'll feel like you cheated on your spouse with a potato lol The Schmears are great until it gets schmeared all over your beard. Bagels are always fresh and tasty. Just be aware this is a breakfast joint and they make their bagels so the later in the day the less selection you will have. Let's talk about Coffee, Caribou Coffees vanilla hazelnut is the sh!t. I have literally passed 17 Mavericks, 20 Starbucks and a couple Beans and Brew just to get a cup all the way on the other side of town from where I live. Love the food, but today I had to sit at the board to order in the drive through for almost 20 min... I was the only car there besides the one at the window. My total for 2 bagels was $16.00 even. When asked to tip, I selected $0 as the service so far was not tipable. However the screen didn't change right away, the cashier pulled the machine back in the window and selected a $2.00 tip for herself. I caught it on my receipt, and when I politely confronted her about it, she copped a huge attitude with me and was mumbling under her breath and being completely rude from then on out, she gave me two dollars cash back with my food and was rolling her eyes the whole time. I would be cautious that I'm not the only one this is happening to and that it happens regularly because she seem to have done it without any hesitation whatsoever. I'd love to give this place a 5 star review but unfortunately everytime I've gone, something happens to ruin my experience. Who doesn't love bagels? Especially Einstein Bagels! But for some reason this location struggles. The bagels are tasty and always what I order, so that's why I've given a 4 star review, but their drive thru is a painful process. I've yet to try to go in and order, so maybe that's the trick? Both times I've gone through drive thru the wait time is super long. The last time I went I had a coupon for $7 for a half dozen bagels, only to realize that after waiting in the painful long line they charged me the regular pricing but still took my coupon. I really should of checked my recipet but why should I have to do that? Sigh... We just moved from California and we're craving a really good bagel place. We drove about 15 miles to get here. I got the six cheese bagel with cream cheese and egg and cheese. 5/5 stars Customer service: I believe it was the manager who is really kind and nice, all the staff seem to be really, dating it was a really friendly environment. 3/5 stars food: just ok. Bagels around the small flat side and the cream cheese was on the skimpy side. 2/5 cleanliness: flies galore. Please invest in a fly trap. Small hair in my cream cheese. read more

I went to the Draper location the staff was beyond rude and served me a moldy green egg on my sandwich. The staff could care less and refused to give a refund. I contacted the HR twice with no response. This was the worst customer service and food experience I've ever had. I was appalled with how rude the staff was and that they knowingly would serve moldy food. We ended up getting sick and will never eat there again. Still waiting to hear from HR as well. read more

Can't say I tried the food. I went inside today to grab a later lunch- it was after 1:00- the place was empty. Drive thru guy was standing by his window w his headset on, there was one other customer getting- I assume - a sandwich. There was no one in the drive thru and I decided to go inside because I thought they may have a low supply w no lunch rush happening. There were at least 5 employees.. including the drive thru guy. I went to the register to order. Every employee saw me, not one acknowledged me or came to take my order. I waited patiently for a few minutes and left. I guess they had more pressing things to do than serve customers. Pretty pathetic. The bagel bins were full- so perhaps others have decided, as I have, to just stay away. read more
