Could improve in many ways. I think the service is just ok, bagel selection is fine, and prices seem a tad bit high If you have ever been to a NY or NJ bagel shop set your expectations really low. For $10.49 the lox sandwich was not at all satisfying, onions capers and cream cheese were all over the paper wrapping and the other items were just falling out of the bagel because it wasn't placed properly. Gone is the box they used to use and now it's just the gross paper wrapping, which would have been fine had the wrapping been done properly and not dirty with cream cheese everywhere. During busy hours, there might be a little wait, but they all work fast and hard. I love this place. I get the "Nova Lox" bagel (cream cheese, salmon, capers and onion) and it's yummy (PS I'm from NYC). The hash browns are off the hook! It has a relaxing environment, sometimes they're a businessman in here and right now there's a table up to where the guy has such a great laugh. The music is medium to low, there is plenary of seating and the staff is wonderful and friendly. I don't know if this matters to the reader (you) but there is a bulletin board up where I presume you can post information. Will try to post a pic.
