The meat-to-bread ratio was spot on and the ingredients tasted crisp and fresh, but it's the roll that's the star of the sandwich. It has that perfect "crusty on the outside, soft on the inside" texture that most sub shops miss and it's dense enough to hold up to the oil and vinegar in the dressing without getting soggy. The "Everything" roll -- topped with everything bagel seasoning -- adds a great savory crunch. It was, by far, one of the best Italian subs I've had in recent memory. My dining companion and her sometimes-pescatarian father both had tuna subs, which they both enjoyed. The service was also a highlight. Despite being busy with the lunch rush, the team was professional, patient, and engaging with us during the ordering process, even when my dining companion asked the obvious question "What's the difference between the 5" sub and the 7" sub?"
