Have placed several calls to the owner (Jacqueline), and she continues to apologize and offer assurances, but they have not been to our property. Today we have had several inches of accumulation and they are nowhere to be found. Left a vm and no response. Strongly recommend against using them for snow/ice removal. Total SCAM.

The second attendant that came out did a much better and after she left I felt the place was move-out clean appropriate. Even though both attendants were late, I'd say between the $180 price tag and thei overall attentiveness when i was unsatisfied, I'll probably give Morfin another call if I have similar needs in the future.

The 2 woman that arrived were cordial, but neither spoke English which made communication difficult (Ukranian & Polish).
