Went to fix my moms iPhone 11 Pro Max screen. The screen completely went black and messaged a lot of repair shops for quotes. El Amir had by far the best rate and was very efficient. I was a little skeptical given he only had 1 review and had such a good quote but I took a leap of faith and decided to go for his service. I dropped off my phone at his booth in Ontario Mill (exit 6) and he promised it would be done in 45 minutes. Right on the dot it was finished within the time promised and my moms phone was working great! He included a free screen protector as well. Super kind and communicative. Highly recommend him!! The service we go too is the kiosk located at Ontario Mills by the restaurant Rain forest Cafe we have been going to them for years, we recently just got 3 phones fixed with all 3 different issues, he was able to fix all 3 phones at a reasonable rate! He is very quick as well. He also has a wide variety of phones that are unlocked for purchase. Wonderful service! I'm usually very skeptical about buying used phones, but this place displayed genuine customer service. I needed to buy a used phone for my 11 year old son. The owner showed me all the phones that were compatible with my cricket carrier, made sure it was compatible, working and he also threw in an extra charger and a temper glass protector free at charge. I have to say that this is the best service at literally less then half the price of near by competitors. I was quoted 75$-100$ for a job with 3 to 5 week lead time (which is crazy). El Amir finished the job in less then an hour for $40! Enough Said....... read more

I recommend this place because the guy was very helpful. He changed the camera on my phone and helped us out with a tablet that was not downloading apps. He didn't charge for working on the tablet and he had the best price for changing the camera when I requested quotes through yelp. read more

It is a stall within an indoor swap meet sort of mall, so not a traditional mall like other reviews made me think. You have to walk around to find his stall, B-07, but it's worth it. read more

Highly recommend Amir! My husband and I had broken phones that we've been putting off to get it fixed - mainly because we couldn't find a trustworthy person to fix our phones, at a reasonable price. My husband found Amir on yelp and Amir was super responsive over yelp to answer all the questions my husband had! When we went in to get our phones fixed, we were so pleased by his great service all around! He's quick - he will let you know approximately how long it would take, and the time depends on how many phones he needs to fix before he gets to yours. You can walk around the swapmeet while you wait - there are lots of shops and even food court. He is definitely talented, honest and trustworthy based on our experience! He knew exactly what was wrong with each of our phones - beyond just a screen replacement, and was honest about whether it can be fixed or not, and if it's worth fixing or not. If he can't fix it on the spot, he will connect you to his network to get it fixed. Very reasonable prices too! Amir is located inside Anaheim Swapmeet - plenty of parking but it's a maze in there! I took my Iphone 7plus to get the screen fixed because i need to turn it in for a warranty exchange(whole separate issue), and it was an amazing experience. At first i was a little wary because I had never had to get my screen fixed before but when I got there, it was super easy and reasonable. I just went up to the shop, dropped my phone off after I was quoted the price to repair it ($60 btw) and 30 min later it was done. And it only took that long because they were a bit busy. When i got my phone back, it looked just like when I took it out of the box for the first time. Oh and I received a free Tempered Glass screen protector too, which i am going to have them install when I get my replacement phone. He helped me also with being able to hear Volume again for such a reasonable price! He has done all my Screen protectors and none of them break as crazy I sometimes even come in with my own and he attaches them for a good price too! He is super easy to work with and is always down to help with anything! Today he helped my family with Fixing our IPad and not being able to log in within a Day he was able to have it ready and it was super reasonable! Amazing. I got quotes from four other repair places near me in Orange - all were $120+ and some would've taken much more time because of parts needing to be ordered. I read the reviews and decided to go with El Amir. Perfect service. He was very polite and did as advertised. Half the price of other repair shops, just an hour, and my phone was good as new. He put a screen protector on it, too. It's actually kinda crazy that I cracked my screen last night and got it fixed the following morning. 10/10. My iPhone screen stopped working last night and was stuck on the Apple logo. No matter how much troubleshooting I tried, it wouldn't turn on. I had to go to work the next morning and ended up going the entire day without a phone. I drove from Norwalk, and as soon as I got off work, I went straight to El Amir. Even though it was Sunday and he was busy, he fixed my phone in less than an hour. It turned out to be just a broken screen. Came to watch my niece perform and while I was waiting decided to have my nephews screen repaired. Mind you he's 10 and only uses the phone as an iPod with WiFi so we weren't looking to pay top dollar. There's only 3 venues in the Anaheim Marketplace that repair the screens and I got quotes from each place. El Amir was the cheapest and fastest. He charged me $50 to replace the screen and the home button since it was missing. The phone was pretty bad. But now the phone looks brand new! read more

El Amir has got to be everyone's go-to place when you need to repair your screen. I visited several spots to fix my 4th gen. iPad before coming here and all the other places looked sketchy and non reliable. Not to mention at different places they were trying to charge me $120 more than Amir's price. Any who, when you come across Amir's spot to fix your devices, look no more. Excellent customer service and very reasonable price. During these tough times we are going through with businesses closed for being non essential, it was difficult to find someone reliable that's open. Amir was all of the above, within 10 mins of calling him and luckily of course he was was near by, he came to my place replaced my i phone screen in 15 mins in his car. Best service ever !! Day 4 of 5 Disney slam, phone screen broke on Rise of Resistance, heavens. Contacted El Amir who said easy, 30 min !! Ubered over, phone was magically fixed (new back as well), in 30 min, lyfted back, total time away 1 hour or so. I shattered my screen on my iPhone 7+ while at Disneyland. I came to Amir to get a price which at $60 was very reasonable and even better was he fixed on the spot in 10 minutes with a new screensaver included. Very polite and I give him 10 stars as 5 isn't enough. read more
