First time in and I really liked the friendliness of the staff. Food was delicious and I think I got lucky because it was not busy. Definitely coming back.

    Holiday Themed tablecloths
    Ken L.

I just started trying out the many El Salvadorian restaurants in this area. I was amused by the holiday themed tablecloths. I ordered a Pupusa de queso con loroco and the Caldo de Res o Del Pollo. Now maybe I did not order the right thing. The Caldo was a dry piece of chicken with rice and a salad and a small soup. I've been elsewhere where the chicken is boiled inside. It was okay. Decent. The pupusa was really disappointing. It was undercooked and slightly on the raw side. There was another table in front of me who ordered 3 pupusa and his cheese was melty and stringy. Mine was not. I like it when it's slightly burnt and the cheese is melty. It was undercooked and hard and not burnt at all. Also the tortilla that came with my Caldo was undercooked as well. It was cheap but I've had much better closeby. Also they started to play really loud blasting music which I did not enjoy at all. Way too loud.

Second time ordering from here for delivery. Oh my.. these pupusas a SO DELICIOUS! Ordered revueltas and was given a generous amount of curtido and salsa. Will definitely be ordering from here often.

Mojarra Frita o Ranchera o en Aceite de Ajo (Holy fish, Batman! Aquaman is not going to be happy!)
    Elena C.

We had another great experience! We had our go to which is the carne asada plate (tasty as usual) and also tried the mojarra frita (fried fish). I had to attach a pic of it, it is some serious fish. The skin was tasty and there's some sautéed onions and peppers that are hidden under it. And if you haven't had whole fish below, be careful of the bones. It all comes with tortillas, side salad, Jalapeño, rice, beans and sautéed onions.

I just called through two different phones to let them know they gave me the wrong order and not only that the rice and beans were dry. They Answered the phone once and hung up tomorrow I will be there to speak with the manager but overall experience was a 0. It was three lady's working there and not one can get the phone. Unacceptable.

Un heir on my tamal don't buy food on this restaurant there it's no sanitation and I will make a report to health department

There was a heir on my tamal y no salsa y no curtido en my order. I call the restaurant and they blame door Dash people. Bad experience with this restaurant and I will make a report to the health department

They have an area for bands

We came a couple of months ago and had their loaded yucca fries with carne asada as well as some pupusas. The meat on our fries felt really low quality-- the best way I could describe it was it tasting like frozen hamburger meat-- and gave us indigestion for the rest of the night, which was really disappointing to experience. Today we unfortunately experienced some really rude service. My bf ordered a plain water and we were given a fresco ensalada (no big deal, he likes it) We don't eat pork and ordered fried yucca on its own, just yucca frita. We were given a plate of yucca con chicharron :( I told the service we just ordered yucca frita and we were told that we did not specify that for her. I explained that we don't eat pork so we sent it back and were met with a displeasing look. I said we didn't want to yucca anymore since we had a lot of food already and she said "the kitchen already made it." So I said it was fine but just the yucca this time and she came back with the same exact plate just without the chicharron-- no visible plate change. Needless to say for the price, decline in food quality, and rude service, it's not worth coming back. At least not for a while.

We…read moreusually make the drive to North Hollywood, but decided to give this place a try--and it definitely did not disappoint! We started with the ensalada, which was refreshing and had just the right amount of sweetness. For pupusas, we ordered the revueltas, loroco con queso, and frijol con queso. We tried both corn and rice dough, and honestly, both were delicious. My personal favorite was the frijol con queso with the rice dough- so flavorful and perfectly cooked. The yuca frita was exactly how it should be: crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. The chicharrón was cooked perfectly as well, and the homemade green salsa that the sweet lady helping us made was the perfect addition. She was so kind, welcoming, and always had a friendly smile, which made the experience even better. Another thing that really stood out was how clean the restaurant is. It's spacious, with plenty of seating whether you're coming with a large group, your family, or just stopping by for a meal on your own. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back. Next time we're bringing my Salvadoran in-laws- I have a feeling this place will get their authenticity approval too! Spanish!

Service was quick, there is a big dining room with plenty of seating in case you want to dine in, looked very clean. Massive pupusas with a lot of filling, not one of those restaurants that give you nothing but masa, these pupusas were legit. They come with Curtido and the usual salsa roja. So much flavor packed into these things, these are some of the best pupusas I've ever had, good size and they do not cheap us out on filling. Definitely try em if you're in the area!
