The latte was absolutely amazing and loved the subtle sweetness and fragrance of the saffron. In fact, I think it's my favorite latte I have ever had in the area! Ended up going with the Dirty South blend and grabbed myself a decaf Americano while I was there. Really enjoyed it. Smooth, flavorful, and not overly strong or bitter like some Americanos can be.
