As a mexican i am truly appalled, this just feels disrespectful to my people. Everything was amazing !!! Except for the huevos rancheros (verde). I've had that dish done better and spicy. Other than that I have to rave about the posole !!!oh my God that stuff is so good. In a food desert El Camino is kinda your only choice. Little to no parking. Get there early or they won't have an order ready... even if you call ahead or order online. They will either have the food cart sufficiently staffed or no one at all. Sometimes they will answer the phone or not. My favorite is the shrimp burrito, which is around $13 - it's huge and has shrimp, rice, beans, crema, avocado, etc. The place is fairly popular so I typically order ahead online to save time. There is a parking lot next to the truck which is convenient. There's some covered seating outside, but I usually take it to go. Great taco truck located a little past U Village! Was craving tacos while in the area and decided to check this place out. There was a lot to park in and a covered area for seating. A lot of options that I was contemplating between but decided to get two carne asada tacos. Can't say enough good things about this place. I only wish they would open a full service restaurant -- the food is well worth it. I got a chicken mojado burrito with mole, and it could easily be the biggest burrito I've ever had, as well as the most delicious. My only critique would be that I wish the chicken had a bit more seasoning, but the rich and smoky mole more than made up for it. The burrito was enough for 2 meals and was only a little over $12. How do I even begin to write this review. I have never once in my life left a review on anything, so this food truck takes the cake. To start, the service was awful. The guy running the counter was extremely rude and impatient, even when I had first arrived. He took a very long time to take my order, and even forgot to give my friend a buzzer until he came back to the front to get it. When our orders were mixed up, he argued with my friend for a solid 3 minutes until he finally just took our buzzers and gave us our food. It took us AN HOUR to get 4 orders of food . When I finally got my torta (priced at 14 dollars?) it was bland, the meat was rubbery, and made me sick after I ate it. I had also tried ordering a Horchata, for which they said they had none, even though two people from my party had previously ordered it. I settled for a coke, but when my friends asked for their horchata it only magically appeared when we asked for a refund. As my friends were sitting, even the canopy didn't wanna be there! It collapsed on my friend and got water all over him. The cherry on top was when I asked for guac, and instead had 3 avocado salsas thrown in my bag. Massive burritos and good food. Got two El Camion burritos (chicken asada and carnitas), Pollo Mole burrito, and a veggie burrito. Also tried all the sauces, which were all great. Crowd favorite was the Pollo Mole with the chipotle sauce. All were good, but this was especially tasty. The chipotle sauce has a great smoky flavor as well. None of the sauces are very hot if you're used to spice - even the habanero sauce didn't break a sweat. Other burritos were good, but nothing special besides size. The veggie burrito could have had more veggies, but if you're good with rice and beans with a little zucchini, bell pepper, and onion, it's good. For my next visit, I'll get the Pollo Mole with 2x chipotle sauces. Or perhaps I'll try some massive tacos. read more

Most other places fill up their burrito with rice and beans (because it's cheaper than meat), but El Camion is here for the people. And at $8.95 this is for sure a steal. I pride myself in being a part of the clean plate club and even I have a difficult time finishing this monstrosity of a burrito. And to top it off (pun intended) they have so many different salsas and guac that you can add to enhance the flavor to your liking. From jalapeno, to chipotle, to habanero they cater to all levels of spice. It's amazing how much happiness and satisfaction can be produced out of this small Taco Truck. They serve up food of the people, you're able to get a filling, delicious meal for less than $11 and fast. They offer an excellent variety of different Mexican food but you can never go wrong with the burritos here. Best burrito in Seattle? After seeing this food truck poppin' during lunch on too many drives past enroute to Seattle Children's Hospital, I had to stop by on this rainy Thursday after work. So glad I did! My party of four ordered the flagship el Camion burrito with assorted proteins (carne asada, shrimp, veggie) and it was PERFECTION. Even on today's rainy afternoon there was a healthy line of customers. It was so worth it. We sat outside at the covered seating picnic benches happy as clams--supremely enjoying our huge burritos. You can chose from a variety of proteins including carne asada, carnitas, spicy pork, chicken, shrimp, fish... For ~$11, our burritos were packed with rice, beans, cheese, tons of meat, with a nicely crispy and toasty tortilla wrap. There is also a wide selection of 6-7ish salsas to chose from (verde to chipotle to habanero) that were also so fresh and delicious. We also ordered the chips and guac to share, and the chips were so crisp and clearly homemade. So happy I finally stopped at El Camion. Will definitely be back to try more of their extensive menu. read more
