I ordered the beef chimichanga, what I received was a oiled attempt at a chimichanga. Moving past that, the food didn't even taste seasoned or flavorful. My fiancé ordered the shrimp tacos, he said they were semi decent, just lacking in the flavor department. Both dishes came with rice and beans, but it was literally like 1 spoonful of beans and 2 spoonfuls of rice. I wouldn't come back here. I wouldn't recommend. read more

The food here is absolutely delicious and really, really authentic. Everything I've tried here (the burritos, enchiladas, tacos, fajitas, veggie soup, chile relleno) is so delicious and the portions are very generous. I believe they make their own taco shells as well, which that the hard shelled tacos to the next level. Even when we get delivery, it's always super hot and fresh. The food is outstanding!!! Perfect seasoning! It's so flavorful but not powering at all. Every food item you can taste their flavor for example if you mix the rice and beans you can taste the flavor of both. The beans flavor don't overpower the rice flavor. Not a lot of restaurants know how to do this, either they don't add enough seasoning or they don't put any seasoning at all so it tastes bland. Well that is my experience ‍. Besides my family...... I love, loveeeee food! ... Great tasting food that is! This place is a hidden gem. It's so cute! I feel like a little piece of Olvera Street has been planted in Burbank. Finally, I found a place that makes tasty rice and beans. The chicken enchilada plate is delicious perfection. The food is not too heavy. The chicken is tender and fresh. The tortillas are fresh and homemade, but not too thick. We ordered take-out after a long day at work. The food was made quickly and everything was made to order. When we picked it up, it was a cute quaint little restaurant. The smell reminded me of Mexico (visited a few years back for my stepfather's parent's 50th anniversary!) and it had some Spanish music playing. Walking in, I just had a gut feeling that it was going to be good. We picked up the food and headed home. Upon opening the food, it was hot, fresh, and smelled AMAZING. The presentation was neat (sorry, no pic!) and the food tasted great. I have a soft spot for Mexican food, so it's hard for me to say anything bad about what I got, considering how much I enjoyed it. I got the chicken enchiladas and it came with a side of rice and beans. There were only a few chips provided but everything complemented each other so well that I didn't care about the amount of chips.
