We eat here often, especially when out-of-town guests arrive. I'm addicted to their shrimp fajitas, and they never disappoint. They are famous for their Cadillac Margaritas. Your choice of dining inside or outside, as they have a huge shaded patio area. Service is fast, friendly, and attentive. Very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.

This is for our server, Jacqueline She was exceptional, so friendly and courteous, she brought out everything we needed plus more and didn't give our table any attitude, even though we were there for a bit. She let us take our time. Never felt rushed. Although my family has been patrons of this restaurant for over a decade, the food has never impressed me. But it's an excellent place for groups and has massive margaritas, so it's a win.

Chips and Salsa

I ordered the Dorado Burrito, and Cheese Enchilada Plate The Chips and Salsa were good, the chips came out hot, none were stale and had a great flavor. The salsa is very average, tastes like it's out of a can, if they put a bit more effort into the salsa it would definitely be the best around. The Burrito was a great size and great ratio of rice, beans, meat, and lettuce. None of the meat was chewy and the salsa and cheese was good. I would recommend to order this. The Enchilada plate overall was good, the sauce is very tasty, rice was not stale, but the beans were a big let down. Hopefully I just got a bad batch. I would still recommend to order this dish. I didn't give this place a 5 star for a two reasons, I have no issue with their food prices, but their drink prices are absurd especially for how they taste. I've tried 4 different drinks here and all of the are below average but each one is around $17-$20 each, even for a classic margarita. The next reason was my service was good until I got my food, then I was not checked on again and had to eat my food with no refill unfortunately. The staff was friendly and the ambiance is pretty outdated but it was still clean.

I did a review about 20 minutes ago and it didn't go through. So here it is again. This restaurant is nostalgic for me because I grew up in the area. I do love the chips and salsa. It is not my favorite Mexican restaurant, but I come every few years for the nostalgia. The ambiance is always lively. I brought my grandpa here last weekend for a late lunch. He had the enchiladas lunch special. It is $20 and comes with a side salad. For the price, I think it should also include rice and beans. Oh well, he did enjoy the enchiladas. I had the filet fajitas. They were excellent. The steak was juicy and I loved all the condiments/ sides that came with the fajitas. We had a very nice time.

Ambiance is very cute and charming. It has a traditional Mexican style throughout the restaurant, with Spanish tiles, a wrought iron chandelier and a fireplace in the main entrance room. The room we sat in had a solarium with plants, which created a cozy environment. It's also very spacious and has many different rooms to dine in. Unfortunately, food is just average. The quality of the food is mediocre. I had a steak fajita and the steak quality wasn't very good. Flavors were not bad. Also, they were skimpy on the meat portion. Most of the dish were bell peppers and onion. Margarita was also average and tasted very much like premade in a bottle. I do like that they offered free chips and salsa and the salsa was tasty. Service was very nice and friendly and orders came out on time. I would've liked to give it a higher rating but food quality is the most important and it lacked here. This place is good to dine at if you want reasonably priced Mexican food with a charming Mexican vibe.

A friends recommendation for a lunch hangout yesterday. Beautifully decorated and themed venue. Very warm and welcoming service and very attentive staff. We were seated very quickly and didn't wait long to be served. I ordered a coconut margarita and one of their lunch specials and both were delicious. The pricing as well was reasonable (sad they didn't have lunch specials on the cocktails but it is what it is). Still worth it. Parking is convenient, it's easy to find, and for some history, this specific location was the second one to open. So there's history to this specific one.

Food - 4/10 - The fajitas were mainly bell peppers and onions ..... I Ordered the shrimp fajitas and they were skimpy on the shrimp . It was very mediocre. The taquitos weren't that great. Me and my party all had some stomach issues after dinner . Maybe cross contamination or cleaning of such in the kitchen or perhaps not so fresh ingredients which is a health hazard. Service - 10/10 Bartender was kind and did a great job on the drinks Ambience - 7/10 it was a cozy Spanish style restaurant (Don't expect Authenticity)

Delicious chips!

Tried this place for the first time back in May. The place is great! It's very cultural and it makes you feel like your in Mexico. They couldn't have done it any better with that. The menu is a bit expensive, but I would recommend coming down here to give the food a try. My order was a burrito with pork inside. It was really good and the portion was just right. I didn't get to finish it in the restaurant because it was very filling. The servers here are cool and professional, and the place here is overall clean. The restrooms were very interesting too!

Gluten free options? I'm celiac and trying to prepare for this weekend family gathering? Any gluten in meat marinades for fajitas? Are chicken enchiladas safe?

I would think you are safe with those options but ask your server to check. My friend always orders the big salad compuesta, it's off menu now but they will still make it. That tells me that the chefs may be accommodating to requests.

Is there a brunch on Sunday?

No, no breakfast or brunch

Do you have to make reservations?

They only take reservations for 20 or more people. I just called right now to ask.

Do you have happy hour?

It's not worth it only a dollar off most drinks

Why is there chunks of beef (I think in my green corn tamales? Been eating them for years.

Ask your server to correct this

How many are they able to accommodate right now? Looking for a bridal shower restaurant.?

Call the restaurant

What are the vegetarian/vegan options here?

Theres not too many. Beans bean and cheese burritos, chese enchiladas. Just like normal stuff that you would ask without meat. Hope this helps 🤘🏽

Do they have Mariachi?

They do not have live music.

Their front of house focus is the wine bar, but they also have a good cocktail and martini menu, as well as a nice selection of food items. The interior is warm and cozy with two different seating areas. The larger front area has bar seating, quite a few tables, and a lounge area in the back corner with several couches. There is another area in the back which is smaller, and houses their cocktail bar and a number of two seat high top tables. You can order anything on the menu from either area. We sat at the bar in front for some Sunday evening cocktails and small bites. We started out with the spinach & artichoke dip ($15). The dip came out very hot, was a big portion, and was very good. However, the menu said it came with toast points, but instead it was served with tortilla chips which were just ok. The advertised toast points or fresher tortilla chips would have made this appetizer better. My first cocktail was the Limoncello Martini (vodka, fresh Limoncello, lemon juice, $15). I usually love anything lemon and this was a good martini with light lemon flavor. She started with the Purple Martin Martini (vodka, raspberry puree, pineapple, $15). This was another good martini with light sweetness from the raspberry and pineapple, not a sugar bomb. We wanted a little more food, so we ordered the Caprese flatbread ($18). It was a good size, and the dough was great. It had a good amount of cheese and tomatoes, and I really liked the balsamic drizzle on top. However, it did not come with the basil that was listed on the menu. Next, I tried the Peperoncino Martini (vodka, Italian Peperoncino brine, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil, $15). I loved this, one of the more unique martinis I've had. She liked her sip so much, she ordered her own for number three. Her second cocktail was the Carmel Apple Martini (carmel apple vodka, Licor 43, lemon, star anise, caramel cube garnish, $15). Most of the time, you would expect a caramel apple martini to be a sugar bomb, but not this one. The flavors were great with a light sweetness. And who doesn't like a caramel square treat? For my last one, I had the Cinnamon Sleigh (bourbon, cinnamon spice, maple, orange twist, $15). This was a good sipping finisher with light cinnamon notes and those great orange aromatics. KJ was our server, and she was very sweet and friendly. We came early in the evening and it was a little slow, so we chatting with her quite a bit. I'd take a half point off for the two food items not coming with the listed items, but rounded up to five stars overall. The bill had a 3% charge added for using a credit card. They have a music trivia night on Thursdays which would be fun to try. We enjoyed our first visit here, and will definitely return again.

From the moment you walk in, the whole vibe hits you--the moody, neon-lit ambiance sets the tone perfectly. Not too loud, not too mellow--just the right balance where you can vibe, have a conversation, and still feel the energy of the room. You can tell they actually care about the experience, not just throwing a playlist together. Now let's talk about the drinks... because that's really where they shine. Every cocktail feels intentional and crafted with care. You can taste the quality immediately--nothing watered down, nothing basic. They have a really cool mix of classic cocktails and modern twists, and even the familiar drinks feel elevated. It's the kind of place where you want to try something new every round because you trust the bartenders know exactly what they're doing. Service was on point too. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain drinks and made great recommendations, which made the whole experience even better. The shrimp linguine another hit with fresh tomatoes and jumbo shrimp with a nice snap. The light seasoning with lots of garlic was just perfect. We also ordered the beef short ribs. My friend said it melted on her mouth and the fresh mash potatoes- just right. Did I mention the portions were huge! Lots of goodies to take with us. To add to the dining experience we watched as patrons steadily came and went throughout the evening. You can tell this is a favorite for many. There were High-5s, handshakes and lots of "Welcome back friends!" Just an overall beautifully decked out neighborhood restaurant with so much heart and soul.
