We had a group of 10 people and we were welcomed in with no problems. Our server was super understanding and friendly, and she helped all of us individually with our questions with the menu. I loved the interior decor and atmosphere. I also really liked the music playing in the background. I ordered their Picanna with Sweet Potato Chunks and Black Beans. Everything was delicious and everyone was satisfied! Prices were fair. The staff came out and sang to me for my birthday with sparklers, very fun. Overall, great experience! Definitely recommend checking out this awesome Brazilian restaurant!!

At the same time, in culinary context, it means cooking food over hot coals. This Brasas Steakhouse & Grilled at this location cooked food with a Cuban and Latin leaning. First, ambiance is full of neon light with colors changing at a regular pace. This gives a vibrant setting and a club atmosphere. We started with a red sangria. It has a good pour of sangria combined with fresh fruits. Service here is outstanding, staff answered every question with knowledge explanation! I ordered Churrasco with Moro rice and fried Yucca. The portion is huge! A whole pound of skirt steak marinated with garlic and other seasoning cooked to perfect medium rare. Wife opted for a short ribs stew. She was pleasantly surprised at the big piece of meat with her yellow rice and vegetable medley. The short ribs were flavorful; vegetable medley were crunchy and yellow rice blended well with the entrée! The servers are friendly and professional. We are planning to try their picada, mixed grilled with guests on our next visit. There is ample parking which is convenient for guests and inside, you can feel the place permeates with cooked meats and seafood. The establishment also provides a lively entertainment atmosphere with live music on the weekend. With the lights, this is more than just a meal, it gives a tantalizing feast of senses which is perfect for gathering and celebration. Maikol, you did a good job in your set up!

Princesa has been established for nearly 5 years. This is my first visit here. There are two or three outside tables and five inside tables with more than 6 or 7 feet apart. A little sign inside displays "Coffee, prayer & Conversation always welcome here" They serve breakfast, lunch, and meals from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM with eggs, toasts, empanada, croquet, spaghetti and Pizza. A friend informed me that she loves their Cuban Sandwich, Chicken Empanada, pastry, and coffee there! The menu is limited but do very well in everything they prepare. An excellent business strategy! We ordered a Cuban Sandwich, Beef Empanada, Guava and Cheese Pastellito, and a Batido de Mamey for lunch. The Cuban Sandwich was huge and tasty. Beef Empanada flavorful, and the Batido de Maney (Mamey Milkshake) was creamy and smooth. The price is reasonable and it was too much food for two. We saved the Guave and Cheese Pastellito for afternoon coffee break. The ambiance is a relaxed neighborhood bakery and café. The staff is friendly and will answer any question about their menu! This is a hidden gem in Lehigh Acres.

At this point, the staff knows my order before I even get to the counter, which says a lot about how often I'm here and how much I enjoy the place. In my opinion, they serve the best Cuban tostada in Southwest Florida. The Cuban bread is exactly how it should be--not overly soft or spongy--and toasted to the perfect golden crisp. Pair that with a large café con leche, and you've got the perfect start to the day. Every now and then I'll add a couple of ham croquetas, and they never disappoint. Over the years I've worked my way through much of their hot food selection, including the congri rice, yuca, fried plantains, pork chunks, ropa vieja, and Cuban tamales. Every dish has been consistently flavorful and satisfying. I've even ordered large catering platters for holidays and family events, and they've always been a hit. Needless to say, this is one of my go-to spots. Great food, friendly people, and consistent quality keep me coming back week after week. And I almost forgot--the chicharrones are absolutely FIRE. If they're available, do yourself a favor and grab some.

1 STAR -- Absolutely Terrible Customer Service…read more I would give ZERO stars if I could. This was one of the most disappointing and inconsiderate experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. I called La Delicias ahead of time specifically to confirm their hours because I wanted to make sure we could come in and eat. I was told they were open until 7:00 PM. We arrived at approximately 6:15 PM -- nearly 45 minutes before their posted closing time -- expecting to sit down and have dinner. Instead, we were told, "Sorry, you cannot eat here because we close at 7:00 and we need time to clean." Seriously? If you don't allow customers to sit down and eat at 6:15 PM, then YOU ARE NOT OPEN UNTIL 7:00 PM. Change your hours to reflect the actual time you stop serving customers. I even explained to the woman that I had called ahead before coming and specifically asked about their closing time. I told her, "I called an hour ahead of time. You told me you close at 7:00. It's 6:15, and I'm here, and I can't even sit down and eat?" There was absolutely no empathy, no attempt to accommodate us, and no concern whatsoever that we had made the effort to call ahead and come there based on the information they gave us. I completely understand that employees need time to clean and close the restaurant. But you don't start turning customers away nearly an hour before your advertised closing time and expect people to be okay with it. If you need that much time to clean, then your business hours should say that you close at 6:15 PM. This wasn't about expecting special treatment. It was about basic honesty, reasonable customer service, and respecting people's time. We drove there expecting to have dinner, only to be turned away while they were still technically open. Extremely disappointing. Extremely inconsiderate. I will not be returning, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend La Delicias to anyone.
