Visiting the area and decided to stop in. They are extremely friendly and the food is great! Reasonable pricing and large portions. It is a dining room inside of a gas station mart so, you wouldn't stop unless you already know about it or are getting gas. This was the best burrito I've ever had. I took the first bite, and I said, "Holy s***, this is really good." Honestly, the restaurant didn't look very promising from the outside as it does appear to have taken the place of a convenience store. But the food definitely proved me wrong! It was also extremely busy and their phone was ringing off the hook. A lot of people were calling in their orders, I guess. I ordered a shredded beef burrito. There was a little bit of a wait before I got my food, but it was worth it. The meat was so tender, juicy, and flavorful. It also had bell peppers/onions inside, but no rice, which was perfectly okay with me because the meat was so good. Size-wise - pretty big (in length, not width like Chipotle). Definitely a bang for your buck ($4). I would highly recommend it. My friends had the Snowflake burrito (beans, chicken, and cheese maybe?) and the carne asada burrito (carne asada, beans, and pico de gallo). They enjoyed their food as well. read more

Love the food. It's so good, nothing else matters. My "usual" is the red chili burrito with added jalapeño cream cheese. But you know? I think one of the reasons it's so good is their tortillas. Excellent fresh cooked food. Done fresh and on the grill. The salsa is great too. Tip 1) Don't go at 10:55 - 11:15 on a school day. Tip 2) Try a breakfast burrito - and super size it for $1 (they call it "gronday" for some reason) Tip 3) Also, try the carne asada torta. Good food but it's hit or miss whether you get what you ordered.. Once again my wife came home with what was supposed to be a Red Chili Burro,, very disappointed to bite into egg and onions!! Not the 1st 2nd, 3rd, 4th time that we've ended up with the wrong order, but it is the last time!! Not mention the many times I've paid extra for Grande and not received,, it's clear when my wife's regular size ends up bigger than my Grande. I love El Cupidos. They do a Chili rellno burrito that I could eat for every meal. And on Fridays they do some of the best bbq ribs I have ever had. I have yet to have a bad meal there.
